Abstract

Shopping is an activity that is often made public. Of all the activities undertaken consumer spending, not all of which are planned purchases. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of research, particularly in countries developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of demographic variables, quality of service, atmosphere shop to impulse buying. This research was conducted at Hypermart Mal Bali Galeria. The number of samples taken 180 peoples, with the purposive sampling method. Analysis technique usedd is a mulltiple linear regression. These results indicate that demographic variables, quality of service, the atmosphere stores have a significant effect on impulse buying at Hypermart Mal Bali Galeria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, maturity and coupon bonds to changes in prices corporate bonds. This research was conducted at the companies which issuing corporate bonds in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the first quarter of 2013 until the second quarter of 2014. The samples used in this study were 54 corporate bonds. Based on the results of the analysis found that liquidity significant and positive impact on price changes corporate bonds first quarter of 2013 until the second quarter of 2014. Maturity significant and positively related on price changes corporate bonds first quarter of 2013 until the second quarter of 2014. Coupon not significant and not positively influence on price changes corporate bonds first quarter of 2013 until the second quarter of 2014. Keywords: liquidity, maturity, coupon, bond prices

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to manage the quality of service to build (word of mouth) WOM customers mediated by the trust of customers. This research was conducted at PT. Good Auto Rent A Car Denpasar. Samples taken a total of 110 respondents with pusposive sampling method. The data collection questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale, to measure the 11 indicators. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. These results indicate that the quality of service significant positive effect on word of mouth (WOM), quality of service significant positive effect on customer trust, customer trust positive significant effect on WOM, and trust significantly mediate the quality of service to the (word of mouth ) WOM.

Abstract

Organisasi harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhh keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian melibatkan karyawan perusahaan keramik di Desa Pejaten Tabanan berjumlah 90 orang melalui metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara parsial keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Untuk meminimalisir turnover intention maka keadilan organisasi sangat penting diterapkan agar karyawan tidak merasa diperlakukan kurang adil sehingga dapat mengganggu niatnya dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel is engaged in the business of tourism hospitality accommodation. This study aims to determine the effect of performance, seniority, and loyalty on job promotion at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, the number of samples used is 70 people. These results indicate that performance has significant influence on the job promotion, seniority has significant influence on the job promotion, loyalty has significant influence on job promotion. Variable performance, seniority, and loyalty effect simultaneously significant effect on job promotion.

Abstract

The capital structure is balancing the number of short-term debt that is permanent, long-term preferred stock and common stock. To find out what may affect the capital structure to consider several factors such as business risk, Company Size, and Sales Growth. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of Business Risk, Company Size, and Growth Sales to Capital Structure. The research was conducted on the Stock Exchange by using a sample of 12 companies acquired by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis, it was found that the risk of business and company size does not significantly influence the capital structure while sales growth and a significant positive effect on the capital structure in the automotive industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation bagimana rationa, emotional motivation and self-esteem of the smartphone purchase decision on udayana university students and how gender roles in moderating . The data in this study , using path analysis to discuss the direct influence of rational motivation , emotional motivation to self-esteem and also a direct influence on purchasing decisions , this study accompanied Sobel test to determine the effect of indirect and interaction test ( MRA ) to determine how gender roles in moderating . The results showed that the rational motivation and emotional motivation significant positive effect on self-esteem and motivation are also rationa, emotional motivation and self-esteem significant positive effect on the smartphone purchase decisio. Results of the analysis showed that gender moderation able to moderate in other words there is no difference between men and women in the smartphone purchase decision. This study provides insight into the influence of rational motivation, emotional motivation and self-esteem of the smartphone purchase decision in moderation by gender through path analysis research methods , analysis and test interaction Sobel (MRA)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Green product is a product that started emerging due to environmental issues and problems that occur at this time, Environmental issue is connected with green product.. Green product is also connected with green advertising and green claim. This study aimed to analyze the effect of green advertising and green claims on repurchase intention of consumer of the green products (bottled water products AQUA). By using purposive sampling, the samples taken as many as 100 people. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis showed green and green advertising claims positive effect on repurchase intention green product. It is proved that the product claims in advertising in accordance with the wishes of consumers can affect consumer intention to buy again. Abstract

This study analyzed the difference of abnormal return and whether the content of the information contained in the LQ - 45 before and after the events would legislative elections in 2014 on April 2 to 16 2014. This study used event study, carried out observations of the average abnormal return for 5 days prior to the event date, and 5 days after the legislative elections of 2014. The data used in this study include the daily closing stock price, stock index . Expected return using a model adapted to the market. The samples used are stocks that are included in the list of LQ - 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the analysis of paired samples t - test showed results that there is no significant difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the 2014 legislative elections events.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja seseorang atau kelompok dalam melaksanakan tugas yang dibandingkan dengan target atau standar hasil kerja yang ditentukan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan. LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan merupakan lembaga keuangan milik Desa Pakraman yang bertempat di wilayah Desa Pakraman. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan LPD dilihat dari perkembangan asset dan laba yang tentunya tidak lepas dari peran pemimpin yang dapat mempengaruhi bawahannya untuk semangat dalam bekerja, budaya organisasi yang berbeda dengan lembaga keuangan lainnya, dan kompensasi finansial yang selalu mendapat perhatian lebih dari pihak LPD. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 56 orang karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh, dimana metode ini menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil regresi linier berganda yang digunakan menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan LPD Desa Adat Kedonganan.
