Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan keseluruhan populasi sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 37 orang yang terdaftar sebagai karyawan outsourcing RRI Mataram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan survey dengan kuesioner, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data sesuai dengan topik yang diambil. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, berpengaruh positif signifikan  terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja dan burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Loyalty is the priceless asset for the company. Nowadays, especially in the hard battle of communication business, the company used many strategic ways to keep the existence of their customers for using their products. Doing of this research is to test the cause of integrated marketing communication and brand equity to customer loyalty in Denpasar. The location of this research, placed in many provider agent that spreaded around Denpasar, with cluster sampling technique and used 115 respondent. With double regression analysis, shows the coefficient regression of integrated marketing communication (X1) is 0,442 and the coefficient regression of brand equity (X2) is 0,314. The conclusion for the company is to build and protect the massive strategy of integrated marketing communication and brand equity, to get the maximum costumer loyalty. Abstract

Industry must maintain alignment relation to society by taking into account social responsibility (CSR) which is very important for the company's activities. CSR is intended that the business is able to reduce the negative impact of the company on social and environmental aspects. Research on CSR has been investigated and showed differences in the results. This observation test CSR and profitability are affected by the variable size of the company and leverage the manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Method of sampling is done the method nonprobability purposive sampling techniques also. Based on these criteria obtained a sample of 66 companies. Methods of data collection in this observation is non participant observation method. This observation using path analysis with the results of firm size and leverage positive effect on profitability, size of firm positive effect on leverage, and firm size, leverage, and profitability positive effect on CSR

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di sebuah hotel bernama Ayodya Resort Bali. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 96 responden dengan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 16 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif, dan komitmen normatif dapat menekan turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif, dan komitmen normatif memiliki peran mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention dengan peran mediasi terkuat adalah komitmen kalkulatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Trust associated with a sense of confidence that one has of a product, so that when the product is in accordance with what is promised, it will affect someone's purchase intention. Associated with it, trust can also arise through consumer perception of value is done by evaluating a product, so that the perception of value becomes important determinant in influencing customer trust and intention to buy the product. Determine the effect of perceived value on purchase intentions with confidence role as mediator is tujan of research. The study refers to the green marketing with eco-friendly products, namely Oriflame as research objects and locations in Denpasar research conducted with a sample of 105 respondents. The results of the analysis with path analysis and Sobel techniques prove the existence of a significant positive effect between the perception of value with the intention of purchasing the product, between perception and trust, and the trust with the intention of purchasing the product. Trust plays an important role and is able to mediate the perception of the value of the product purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas dan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas pada PT PLN (Persero). Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 32 laporan triwulanan dari tahun 2006 sampai dengan 2013, dengan metode penentuan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan observasi non partisipasi. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan adaalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa likuiditas yang diwakili oleh current ratio memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, begitu pula aktivitas yang diwakili oleh total asset turnover ratio dan working capital turnover ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Factor of human resources (HR) is an element that must be considered by the company as an effort to optimize the service to the community, it is necessary for human resources that have the skills and high professionalism, offset it needs to be supported having regard to employee satisfaction so that the employee's performance can be optimized. This study aimed to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and discipline, employee job satisfaction in the Department of Revenue in Tabanan. The population at the same samples in this study were employees of the Department of Revenue in Tabanan as many as 116 orang.Metode analysis used is multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. Regression analysis showed that communication, motivation, discipline and positive effect on employee job satisfaction Revenue Service in Tabanan. F test and t test showed that the variables of communication, motivation, and discipline positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Revenue Service employee in Tabanan

Abstract

Quality of service is an important factor and roots that are able to provide satisfaction for its customers. So that customers are satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses primary data sourced from direct observation and questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who subsequently analyzed using linear analysis berganda.Hasil data analysis found that the variable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and gender differences affect the customer satisfaction at Restaurant Indus Ubud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja di LPD Desa adat kerobokan yang berada di jalan Banyar Peliatan, Kerobokan, Bali. Populasi yang ada di LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan sebesar 46 dan semua Populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 23 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan kesimpulan, maka disarankan bagi manajemen LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan utuk lebih meningkatkan kesempatan promosi yang ada di LPD, lebih dapat memotivasi dirinya sendiri, dan mampu lebih membuat karyawan merasa bangga dengan pendirian yang kuat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of demographic and lifestyle on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycle and how the role of lifestyle in mediating the effect of demographics on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles. This study used path analysis technique is accompanied by sobel test. The results of this study indicate that demographic variables are positive and significant effect on the lifestyle, demographic and lifestyle variables positive and significant effect on purchase intention Vespa Piaggio motorcycles, as well as lifestyle able to mediate the effect of demographics on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles. Lifestyle able to be variable partial mediation, it indicates that lifestyle serves to bridge the influence of demographic variables on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles.
