Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of job embeddedness to the labor turnover intention, to test the effect of perceived organizational support to the turnover intention, and to examine the influence of organizational commitment to turnover intention. This research was conducted on Muji Motor which is located in Jalan Trengguli Gang XXII No.5 Denpasar. The number of respondents that used in this study was 108 respondents, all employees of Muji Motor using saturated sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the job embeddedness of the work has a significant negative effect on turnover intention in Muji Motor, perceived organizational support has a significant negative effect on turnover intention in Muji Motor, and organizational commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention in Muji Motor.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of financial ratio (ROE, DER, EPS, and CR), condition of capital market (IHSG), and changes of exchange rates (Rupiah to US Dollar) on stock return of food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was used food and beverage companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. Sample chosen by non-probability sampling method with census technique. The analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the analysis in 11 companies, the conclusion are: partially ROE, EPS, and CR have significant positive effect on stock return, DER has significant negative effect on stock return, and changes of exchange rates has no significant positive effect on stock return.

Abstract

Consumer’s perceived value differs among individuals. As marketers, consumer perceived value must be understood as it represents consumer behavior before purchase, during purchase and after purchase. This research was conducted to examine the relationship among consumers’ perceived price, perceived quality and perceived value of boarding houses in Jimbaran. Purposive sampling method was used to collect data with a total sample of 100 respondents and path analysis was used to analyse the data. The result of this study shows that perceived price has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality but insignificant effect on perceived value, while perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value and it also significantly mediates the relationship between perceived price and perceived value. This indicates that providers of boarding houses in Jimbaran should set their prices that reflects the quality of their rooms and services.

Abstract

Investasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang terdapat dalam pasar modal yang memiliki tujuan mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dari penanaman modal tersebut. Risiko merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan investor dalam berinvstasi. Risiko tidak dapat dihilangkan tetapi dapat diminimalkan dengan diversifikasi (portofolio). Pembentukan portofolio optimal dilakukan agar investor mendapatkan return tertentu dengan risiko yang terkecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saham-saham apa saja yang dapat masuk ke dalam portofolio optimal serta proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut yang dibentuk dengan model Markowitz. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Indeks IDX30 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks IDX30 periode Agustus 2015-Juli 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 saham terdapat 6 saham yang dapat masuk ke dalam portofolio optimal bentukan Model Markowitz dengan proporsi masing-masing yaitu sebesar 9.57 persen saham ADHI, 28.92 persen saham BBCA, 6.20 persen saham LPKR, 18.99 persen saham SCMA, 25.38 persen saham TLKM, dan 10.94 persen saham UNVR.

Abstract

The level of society’s trust is an absolute thing must be had by every banking corporation. One way of maintaining this trust is by doing an evaluation on bank health level. Bank Indonesia as the central bank of Indonesia has released the regulation about Bank Health Level Evaluation through Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 13/1/PBI/2011. This evaluation including the method of RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). This research aims to evaluate the level of Mandiri Bank’s health by the RGEC method in the period of 2013-2015. This research is  descriptive research with quantitative approach. The variable risk profile is measured by NPL and LDR ratio. Good Corporate Governance is measured by CAR ratio. The result proves that Bank Mandiri achieve the well health  predicate in the period of 2013-2015. This result shows that Bank Mandiri is capable to deal with negative influence from business condition that may happen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran kepercayaan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas website e-commerce terhadap persepsi risiko. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 orang yang dikumpulkan dengan metode non probability sampling berbentuk purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung dan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor konfirmatori, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap persepsi risiko. Kualitas website berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Kepercayaan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara kualitas website terhadap persepsi risiko. Pentingnya peran kepercayaan pada website e-commerce akan berdampak terhadap persepsi risiko konsumen pada website e-commerce.

Abstract

Compensation factors and motivational play an important role in increasing spirit at work. This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation on spirit at work at and to determine the motivational role in mediating the influence of compensation on employee morale. The study was conducted on employees Unagi Handicraft & Painting by the number of respondents as many as 40 employees. The number of respondents is determined using saturation sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 11 indicators. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The test results compensation positive and significant impact on spirit at work, compensation positive and significant impact on motivation and motivation positive and significant impact on spirit at work. The limitation of this study is the location of this research will be in the scope of the industry in Unagi Handicraft & Painting so the results of this study can not explain the circumstances of the other industry besides Unagi Handicraft & Painting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengidentifikasi peran brand equity dalam memediasi pengaruh word of mouth terhadap niat beli. Penelitian ini difokuskan di Kota Denpasar. Populasi yang menjadi sumber sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Denpasar yang berniat membeli Chitato Rasa Indomie. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pupossive Sampling dengan sejumlah kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian sehingga terpilih 100 responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria dan terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan mengisi kuisioner yang telah disebarkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam riset ini yaitu analisis faktor konfirmatori serta teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand equity terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh word of mouth terhadap niat beli. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa brand equity memiliki peran dalam menjembatani pengaruh yang terjadi  dari variabel word of mouth terhadap niat beli. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan kebijakan terkait strategi penjualan produk  yang ditawarkan.The aim of this research is to identify the role of brand equity in mediating word of mouth’s effect on buying intention. The research focused in Denpasar City. Population in this research is whole citizens in Denpasar who have any intention to buy product Chitato Rasa Indomie snack. This research used purposive sampling as the method of sampling with several criterias which have been adapted with the aim of the research itself until selected 100 respondents that answered whole the questionaires that distributed. The data analysis technique which used in this research are Confirmatory Factor Analysis and also Path Analysis. The output of this research show that brand equity has proven can mediating the effect of word of mouth on buying’s intention. Conclusion of this research would be a best consideration for the company in applying any decisions related with the product’s sales strategy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentiondi CV. Bengkel Bintang Pesona Group.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan di CV. Bengkel Bintang Pesona Group.Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan keseluruhan populasi.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan wawancara.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 18.0 for windows.Hasil analisis menunjukkan komitmen organisasional  berpengaruh negatifterhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila komitmen organsiasional dan kepuasan kerja meningkat maka tingkat turnover intention karyawan akan menurun.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh retail marketing mixterhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada Indomaret di wilayah Denpasar barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indomaret wilayah Denpasar Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalahwawancara dan kuisioner.Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 160 responden dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa retail marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, retail marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh retail marketing mix terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Indomaret di wilayah Denpasar Barat. Indomaret harus lebih memperhatikan kualitas produk yang di jual, lebih menguatkan promosi yang tidak hanya melalui katalog saja dan suasana toko juga menjadi aspek yang penting dalam bisnis ritel.
