Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan green marketing terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini difokuskan di Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan keputusan pembelian pada produk Pertalite sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 orang responden dengan metode purposive sampling sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang berisikan pernyataan – pernyataan yang merupakan turunan dari indikator – indikator dalam penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis jalur dengan pembuktian menggunakan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa citra merek secara positif dan signifikan memiliki peran dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel green marketing dan keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan suatu kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan strategi penjualan produk atau jasa yang disediakan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Green Garden Hotel Bali. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Green Garden Hotel. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 52.Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.  Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan burnout terhadap kinerja perawat pada bidang rawat inap (Studi pada RSUP Sanglah Denpasar). Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar yang bergerak dibidang jasa kesehatan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 107 responden. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 responden dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Semakin tinggi burnout maka kinerja perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diberikan maka kinerja perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar akan mengalami peningkatan. Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diberikan maka semakin baik burnout perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Province of Bali. Samples taken as many as 63 respondents. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 item statement. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis showed that perceived organizational support positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support positive and significant effect tehadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and this study also proved that the perceived organizational support affect the organizational citizenship behavior is mediated by job satisfaction in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Province of Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the significance of differences in financial performance of domestic company and multinational corporations of manufacturing sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2015. The financial performance is measured by the five financial ratios derived from the annual financial statements of the company which is liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and market value ratio. This research sample as many as 50 domestic companies and 50 multinational companies obtained through multistage purposive sampling method. This study uses Independent Sample T-Test as its analysis technique. The results showed that there is no significant difference in financial performance of domestic companies and multinational corporations. It can be seen that the average for each ratio in the domestic and  multinational company from year to year is not much different.

Abstract

The consequence of running an autonomous region is that each region is required to increase the sources of revenue for funding the government’s implementation and further improving public service. This study aims to determine efficiency and effectiveness level of local taxes and determine their contributions in increasing local revenues in Badung regency in 2011-2015. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The data used in this study was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Revenue of Badung Regency. The result shows that the tax efficiency levelof Badung regency in 2011-2015 as very efficient and the local tax effectiveness levelof Badung in 2011-2015 as very effective. The contribution of local taxes on local revenue is in excellent level. Badung regency’s government has been able to optimize and managethe local tax revenues well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of organizational climate and job loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior at the Hotel Santika Purwokerto. Respondents are all employees contracts that amounted to 77 people. The sampling method using saturated sampling (penyamplingan saturated). The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to measurement using a Likert Scale to measure the 18-point declaration of 3 variables of the study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that organizational climate positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Besides loyalty employment is also positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The company must pay attention to the organizational climate and employee loyalty to improve organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived quality terhadap perceived value yang dimediasi oleh perceived risk pada KSP Prabhakta Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang nasabah dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value, artinya ketika perceived quality nasabah terhadap koperasi tinggi maka perceived value nasabah terhadap koperasi tinggi. Perceived risk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value, artinya ketika perceived risk yang dirasakan nasabah ketika menggunakan jasa pelayanan tinggi, maka perceived value nasabah terhadap koperasi rendah. Perceived quality berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perceived risk, artinya saat nasabah merasa perceived quality koperasi tinggi maka perceived risk yang dirasakan nasabah rendah. Perceived risk memediasi pengaruh perceived quality terhadap perceived value secara positif dan signifikan, artinya saat perceived quality dan perceived value nasabah tinggi maka perceived risk nasabah saat menggunakan jasa pelayanan koperasi rendah.

akan jasa wedding service. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh brand image dalam memediasi word of mouth (wom) pada niat konsumen untuk menggunakan wedding service di Cahya Dewi Beauty Salon. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Denpasar menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis jalur digunakan sebagai teknik analisis dalam penelitian dan disertai pengujian Uji Sobel untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel wom dan brand image secara signifikan berpengaruh positif pada niat beli, selain itu brand image juga memediasi hubungan wom terhadap niat beli. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara keseluruhan sikap terhadap merek dipengaruhi oleh wom dan brand image suatu produk serta brand image dapat memperkuat hubungan wom terhadap niat beli.

Abstract

Intention to quit is negative perception of employees with their work which has the potential to leave the organization when they feel discomfort and fatigue in work. So that employees do not have a high level of intention to quit, an organization need to pay attention to the factors that affect the desire to get out. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational climate, work stress and employee commitment on intention to quit of the employees. This research was conducted at the Hotel Mercure Kuta-Bali. The samples used were 92 employees with probability sampling method. Methods of data collection is questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that the variables of organization climate has negative influence on intention to quit, work stress has positive influence on intention to quit, and employee commitment has negative influence on intention to quit.
