Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict and job stress on employee TI at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria, Bali. In this study, a population of 55 employees, because the population is relatively small, the census approach performed as a method of research, which uses the entire population as a respondent. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool of analysis of this study. The results obtained in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between work-family conflict on TI, as well as the existence of positive and significant influence between job stress on TI. The research has implications that the Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria reduce work-family conflict and job stress for employees that will impact on TI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is how much employees contribute to the organization that is the quantity, quality, duration and output attendance absenteeism at the workplace and cooperative attitude. Employees were able to give a good performance for the company, when the company needs to consider all the factors that affect employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, teamwork and communication to employees performance at Warung Mina Branch Renon, Denpasar. This study uses the entire population as respondents as many as 55 people were listed as employees of Warung Mina Branch Renon. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that all the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. Kerjama team positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communications positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a person's behavior is voluntary, includes the behavior of helping others, volunteering for extra duties, adherence to the rules and procedures in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on OCB. This research was conducted at the Inna Grand Bali Beach. The number of samples used in this study as many as 80 employees with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership and significant positive effect on OCB at Inna Grand Bali Beach and communication are also positive and significant impact on OCB at Inna Gr Bali Beach. A leader and communication have an important role to berjalanya a company because if a company does not have a leader and good communication, the destination desired by the company can not be achieved with good.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family conflict dan  kelelahan emosional terhadap intention to leave. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan perempuan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Denpasar Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perempuan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Denpasar Selatan (sampling jenuh). Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 41 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 10 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to leave karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Denpasar Selatan. Kelelahan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to leave karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Denpasar Selatan. Pemimpin masing-masing LPD sebaiknya menunjukkan rasa kepedulian dan memperlakukan karyawan perempuan dengan baik. Hal ini bertujuan agar tingkat intention to leave karyawan dapat berkurang dan dikelola dengan baik.

Abstract

Companies in the operations require a certain amount of funds to achieve goals. Sources of funding needed one of which comes from long-term debt including bond debt. Bondholders should pay attention to bond price change in investing in bonds. Bond price change was influenced by liquidity, maturity and coupon, so the purpose of this study was determine effect of liquidity, maturity and coupon to corporate bond price change. The research was conducted on IDX. In this research the data is secondary obtained from IDX, IBPA, and TICMI. The number of samples is 57 bonds, using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique applied was multiple linear regressions and processing of data using IBM SPSS 21.0 for windows. Based on the analysis, the conclusion are liquidity have positive significant effect on bond price change. Maturities have negative significant effect on bond price change. Coupons have positive significant effect on bond price change.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the effect of variable price (the price) and perceived quality (perceived quality) of the perceived value (perception niali), as well as the role of perceived quality (perceived quality) in mediating the effects of price (the price) of the perceived value (perceived value). The method used to determine the sample is non-probability sampling form of purposive random sampling with a sample size of 77 respondents. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly in Denpasar and Badung. Data analysis techniques used adalan Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the price (the price) significant and positive impact on the perceived quality (perceived quality) and berepengaruh significantly and positively to the perceived value (perceived value), as well as the perceived quality (perceived quality) significant and positive impact on the perceived value (perception niali) and positive and significant effect on the price (the price). Perceived quality (perceived quality) play a significant role in mediating the relationship between price (the price) and perceived value (perceived value).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the company's capital structure on property & real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period. This study uses a variable profitability, asset structure, growth opportunities, non-debt tax shield, the size of the company as an independent variable and capital structure as the dependent variable. This study uses census entire property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period, namely a number of 43 companies. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability, non-debt tax shield, and the size of the company partially has a negative and significant impact on the capital structure, while the structure of assets and growth opportunities Partial have a positive and significant impact on the capital structure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership styleand organizational climate on job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung. The study was conducted on employees PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung by the number of respondents as many as 52 employees. The number of respondents is determined using saturation sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 18 indicators. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results leadership style positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational climate positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. The limitation of this study is the location of this research will be in the scope of the PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung so the results of this study can not explain the circumstances of the other besides PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada CV. Dharma Siadja. Responden berjumlah 81 orang, penentuan responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan pengukuran data menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 21 indikator. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi stres yang dirasakan karyawan maka semakin besar pula turnover intention, dan semakin baik kepuasan dan iklim organisasi maka turnover intention akan semakin rendah   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine of job stress effect, job satisfaction and organizational climate to turnover intention on the CV. Dharma Siadja. The respondent amounted to 81 staff, determining respondents using techniques saturated sampling. Data was collected by questionnaires and measurement data using 5-point Likert scale to measure 21 indicators. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis showed that the stress of work, positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational climate a significant negative effect on turnover intention.This shows that the higher the perceived stress, the greater the employee turnover intention, and the better the organizational climate satisfaction and turnover intention would be lower

Abstract

  This  study aims to examine the influence of internal bank’s factors (Equity to Asset Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-PerformingLoan, Bank size, BOPO) and external bank’s factors (GDP growth and inflation) to Net Interest Margin at commercial banks on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysis was used as an analytical technique. The studysample consisted of 41 commercial banks which were taken by census method where the overall population become sample. Financial statements of the commercial banks were used as a source of the secondary data in this study. The result of the internal factor showed that EA, LDR, Bank Size and BOPO have positive effect on NIM but NPL doesn’t have significant effect on NIM while the external factors both of GDP growth and Inflation don’t have significant effect on NIM. The slow growth of economic in Indonesia and the NIM fluctuation during the study period are the background of this study result.
