Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji rasio-rasio keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Return On Assets, dan Dividen Payout Ratio) yang mampu membedakan kelompok harga saham tinggi dan kelompok harga saham rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 perusahaan manufaktur. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki laba positif dan membagikan dividen sebagai sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 47 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Z-Score dan analisis diskriminan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa rasio-rasio keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Return On Assets, dan Dividen Payout Ratio) dapat membedakan kelompok harga saham tinggi dan kelompok harga saham rendah pada perusahaan manufaktur. Total Assets Turn Over adalah rasio keuangan yang mendominasi dalam penentuan kelompok tingkat harga saham tinggi dan harga saham rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at Wyndham Garden Hotels Kuta Village Badung Regency. Data type has been used in this study that are quantitative and qualitative. Data has been used in this study are primary that get directly through fill of questioner by respondents. Population in this study is all employee in Wyndham Garden Hotels Kuta Village Badung Regency by number of 108 people. From the result shows that transformational leadership have been positive and significant toward organizational commitment at Wyndham Garden Hotels Kuta Village Badung Regency. Motivation have been positive and significant toward organizational commitment at Wyndham Garden Hotels Kuta Village Badung Regency. Job satisfaction have been positive and significant toward organizational commitment at Wyndham Garden Hotels Kuta Village Badung Regency. Abstract

A customer in determining the intention to repurchase is determined by various factors, such as the image of the home country and the equity of a brand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of the country of origin on repurchase intention mediated by brand equity. This research was conducted on Xiaomi brand smartphone customers in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken as many as 120 people, with the method of non-probability sampling, especially purposive sampling Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The collected data is measured by Likert scale with scale 1-5. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis shows that all hypotheses are accepted. The country of origin has a positive and significant impact on brand equity. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention, the country of origin has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention and the brand equity is able to mediate the influence of the country of origin on the intention to repurchase the Xiaomi brand smartphone in Denpasar City. Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi harga, promosi penjualan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar yang melibatkan 105 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai metode dalam pengambilan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisikan pernyataan berkaitan dengan variabel persepsi harga, promosi penjualan, citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selanjutnya, data dari hasil pengumpulan kuesioner tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan konsistensi indikator dalam kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dan Teori Solimun. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persepsi harga, promosi penjualan, dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan dan persepsi harga terhadap word of mouth (WOM) melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Denpasar, Bali dengan populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pelanggan layanan transportasi Go-Jek serta ukuran sampel sebesar 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur 15 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah path analysis dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WOM, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WOM, kepuasan pelanggan secara positif dan siginifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap WOM. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan diharapkan mampu fokus terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga mampu menciptakan WOM positif. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peran mediasi motivasi kerja pada pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fairmont Sanur Beach Hoteldengan sampel sebanyak 72 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan sebanyak 13 indikator. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis) disertai dengan uji sobel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menyatakan bahwa semakin baik pengembangan karir di perusahaan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan, dan semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan Fairmont Sanur Beach Hotel. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, BOPO, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal yang dilakukan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2017. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS dengan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling method. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa CAR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. LDR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. NPL dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, profitabilitas

Abstract

The development on the hospitality industry businesses in Bali, especially in the Ubud, today felt more advanced and rapid impact and very competitive. Until now in the Ubud there are many 3-star hotel. Hotel Cendana Resort & SPA is one of the hospitality business in Ubud, Gianyar. As one of 3-star hotel that exist in ubud, of course, the quality of service achieved based on good  employee's performance. Therefore companies need to pay attention to the factors that have affect towards performance factors such as leadership, compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect between leadership, compensation, and discipline towards employee performance in simultaneously and partially in the Hotel Cendana Ubud Resort & SPA, Gianyar. By using saturated sampling technique has been obtained number of sample were 51 respondents. Data analysis techniques by using multiple linear regression. The results has been obtained that are there are significant effects in simultaneously and partially between leadership, compensation, and discipline towards the employee’s performance in the Hotel Cendana Ubud Resort & SPA. Abstract

Lembaga Prekreditan Desa is one element that runs Pakraman institutional financial potential with the aim to encourage rural economic development manners . The ability to generate profits is called profitability , to gain a high profit to consider the factors that affect profitability . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth in earning assets , deposits , and company size on profitability LPD in Badung . The results of simultaneous testing ( F-test ) showed that credit growth , deposit growth , deposit growth and the size of the company and a significant positive effect on the profitability of LPD in Badung . Partial test ( t-test ) showed that the credit variable positive and significant effect on profitability , while growth in savings deposits and no significant negative effect on profitability . Partially firm size and significant negative effect on profitability LPD in Badung . Keywords : credit growth , deposit growth , deposit growth , firm size , profitability , LPD

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of simultaneous or partial significantly between communication, physical work environment, and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Kantor Pusat. Population at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Kantor Pusat as much as 221 people. Sampling was done by using the propotionate Probability Sampling Stratified Random Sampling. The large number of samples is 69. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The test results simultaneously or partially indicate that communication (X1), the physical work environment (X2), work discipline (X3) on work productivity (Y). Large effect was 63.1%. Variable labor discipline is the most dominant variables affecting employee productivity at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Kantor Pusat.
