Abstract

The purpose of  this research is to find out whether there was influences of  working discipline, working motivation, school principal supervision toward working per-formance teachers. The population in this research was 37 teacher’s, determination of  the sample using the formula developed by Isaac & Michael, amounting to 34 teacher’s. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data collection methods used a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique use were de-scriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research results are simultaneous the influence of  working discipline, working motivation, and school principal supervi-sion toward working performance teachers is 65.4%. There is a partial influence of  working discipline is 17.56%, work motivation is 27.77%, and school principal supervision of  15:21% toward performance of  teachers. With the existence of  work-ing discipline, working motivation, and school principal supervision can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of  this research is to determine the level of  influence between headmaster leader-ship and trainning experience on proffesional competance in senior high school economics/accountancy teachers Kudus ditrict simultaneously and partially. Populations that used in this research is all of  the economics/accountancy teachers in senior high school Kudus dis-trict (51 people). Methods of  data collection are documentation, questionnaire, and interview. Methods of  data analysis is descriptive and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Headmaster leadership and trainning experience simultaneously affect the proffe-sional competance (40,7%), headmaster leadership partially affect the proffesional competance (17,22%) and partially affected the trainning experience of  teacher’s proffesional competance (32,26%).

Abstract

This research is based on the results of  initial observations of  economic teachers who showed that economic teacher performance is not optimal. It can be seen from the teachers who are less loyal in his duties  because of  the low rewards or compensation provided by the school, as well as to obey the teacher’s discipline at the school is still lacking. This study aims to deter-mine influence compensation and the teacher work discipline on the performance of  economic teacher partiallyer simultaneously. This study involves a sample of  40 economic teacher. This research type is quantitative correlation approach. The method of  data collection by question-naire method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of  regression analysis shows that there is a partial influence of  the compensation on the economic teacher performance at 18,40%, there is a partial effect between the teacher work discipline on the economic teacher performance at 47,47%, there is simultaneous influence among compensation and teacher work discipline on the economic teacher performance at 57,10%. The conclusion partially and simultaneously compensation and teacher work discipline influence on the performance of  teacher.

Abstract

Teachers performance is a job result that reached by teacher in perform duty assignment that is charged to them.  In Fact there are many  problems / con-straint that gets bearing with teacher performance, amongst those, not all teacher are develop Lesson Plan until maximal. where at in it don’t at education point entries nation character and has no it Explorations, Elaboration, Confirmation in activity fundamental learning. Then in teaching and learning interaction performing, not all teacher are utilize media and a variety learning model. Method that is utilized is not variation,only discourse and question-answer. Besides it, extant teacher which haven’t performed Action Research brazes. That thing because of  headmaster su-pervision was not performed with best and teacher have not high job motivation. Problem formulation in this research is what exists positive influence headmaster supervision and teacher job motivation for economics-accountancy teachers perfor-mance in every SMA Negeri of  Pemalang Regency whether simultan or partial.

Abstract

The process which is being a constraint at High School 1 Kroya is the activities of  students in the learning process still lacking, the students still feel scared and ashamed to ask if  there isn’t  an  encouragement from the teacher, the teacher is still lack in the development of  teach-ing variation. The above is caused of   needing to the use of  appropriate and varied methods and media as a tool in teaching and learning, one of  the alternatives by applying the learning strategies Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) assisted by audio visual media. The design of  this study is an action research class with two cycles, each cycle includes planning, imple-mentation, observation and reflection. The results on the cycle I shows the average of   student learning outcomes is 71,5 with classical completeness 65.7%, 67.71% of  the student activity in the high category, teacher’s activity in the learning is 67.5% or high category. For the result on the cycle II showed an average of  student learning outcomes 78,6 with classical complete-ness 85.7%, 76.57% of  student activities or activities of  the students in the high category, for teachers’ activity is 87.5% with very high criteria.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is an encouragement, a sense of  interest and the availability of  the individual to conduct a business without fear of  the risk will occur. Secondary vocational schools are educational institutions that prepare students to be a human resources that ready to work and have capacity for work independently (entrepreneurial) after graduate from this school. Factors originating from within the students and the factors that originate from outside is affecting interest in entrepreneurship. In this study population is 287 students. The samples are 74 students conducted by proportional random sampling. Independent variables exam-ined in this study were internal factors (X1) and external factors (X2). While the dependent variable is the interest in entrepreneurship (Y). The data was collected by questionnaires and documentation. The results of  descriptive research showed that the percentage of  interest in entrepreneurship is included in the high category, internal and external factors are included in either category. Partial internal factors have a significant influence of  28.84%, while external factors also have a significant effect of  7.34%. Variables simultaneously internal and external factors affect the interest of  entrepreneurship by 48.4%

Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah yang dicapai siswa ketika mengikuti dan mengerjakan tugas dan kegiatan pembelajaran disekolah yang ditunjukan dengan nilai atau angka sesuai batas ketuntasan minimum yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah. Hasil belajar dipengaruhi diantaranya oleh motivasi belajar dan metode pembelajaran. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI `16 Brangsong Kabupaten Kendal tergolong tidak tuntas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP PGRI 16 Brangsong Kabupaten Kendal yang berjumlah 116 siswa karena penelitian ini adallah penelitian populasi maka diperoleh sampel sebesar 116 siswa. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar (X1) dan metode pembelajaran (X2) dan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar(Y). Pengumpulan data dikakukan dengan cara menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian deskriptif persentase menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar masuk dalam kategori tidak tuntas. Motivasi belajar masuk dalam kategori baik dan metode pembelajaran masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Secara parsial motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara parsial sebesar 48% dan secara parsial metode pembelajaran berpengaruh sebesar 9,6%. Secara simultan memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 63,8%.Learning outcomes are achieved when students follow and do the work and learning activities in schools are indicated by value or number that corresponds to the minimum passing grade boundaries set by the school. Learning outcomes of which are influenced by the motivation to learn and learning methods. The results of preliminary observations indicate that the learning outcomes of students of class VIII Integrated IPS SMP PGRI 16 Brangsong Kendal considered incomplete. This study population is class VIII SMP PGRI 16 Brangsong Kendal totaling 116 students because the study population, the study is obtained samples of 116 students. The independent variables were examined in this study is the motivation to learn (X1) and methods (X2) and the dependent variable is the learning outcome (Y). Data collection was stiffened by using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the percentage of descriptive learning outcomes in the category is not complete. Motivation to learn in the category of good and learning methods in the category quite well. Partially motivation partial effect by 48% and the partial effect of learning methods by 9.6%. Simultaneously contribute to learning outcomes  of 63.8%.

Abstract

Minat siswa untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern, maupun faktor ekstern, diantaranya adalah praktik kerja industri, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Adakah pengaruh prakerin, prestasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji regresi menunjukkan hasil uji parsial untuk praktik kerja industri  signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, prestasi belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan lingkungan keluarga dengan signifikansi 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F)dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti ada pengaruh prakerin, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha secara parsial maupun secara simultan. besarnya pengaruh secara parsial untuk variabel praktik kerja industri sebesar 11,16%, prestasi belajar sebesar 19,36% dan lingkungan keluarga sebesar 6,76%. Secara simultan sebesar 54,6% selebihnya 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Interest of the student to become an entrepreneur is influenced by internal factors, and external factors, including the practice of industrial work, school performance and family environment. The problem in this study is: Is there any influence prakerin, academic achievement, and family environment to students' interest in entrepreneurship either partially or simultaneously. Regression test showed partial assay results for industrial work practices significance 0.004 <0.05, significant achievement by 0.000 <0.05 and a family environment with significance 0.028 <0.05. The results of simultaneous test (F test) with significance 0.000 <0.05 means that there is an influence prakerin, school performance and family environment for the partial interest in entrepreneurship and simultaneously. partially to the influence of the variable work practices by industry 11.16%, 19.36% for achievement and family environment of 6.76%. Simultaneously for the remaining 54.6% 45.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota merupakan unsur yang utama guna menunjang keberhasilan Koperasi dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas juga penting karena dapat menarik simpati pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang dalam hal ini adalah para anggotanya. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi Serba Usaha di Kecamatan Gringsing masih rendah atau belum baik, sehingga membuat para anggota atau nasabah berpikir dua kali untuk menanam modal di Koperasi tersebut, dengan kualitas pelayanan yang masih rendah partisipasi anggota yang sedikit maka mengakibatkan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha setiap tahunnya menurun. Populasi anggota dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 345 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan area propotional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perolehan SHU (14,2%). Partisipasi Anggota berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Perolehan SHU (13,6%). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Perolehan SHU anggota (13,9%) melalui partisipasi anggota. Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha KSU di Kecamatan Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Pengurus KSU diharapkan lebih banyak menanggapi saran-saran dari anggota di RAT untuk kemajuan KSU kedepannya. Pengurus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya kepada anggota terutama pada unit usaha simpan pinjam agar para anggota tidak pindah ke pesaing lain dengan cara mempercepat proses pencairan dana pinjaman anggota. Jika kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan baik oleh para pengurus maka akan berpengaruh juga terhadap partisipasi yang baik, sehingga akan meningkatkan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Service quality and members participation were a major element to support the success of cooperation and increase the growth of Business Outcome Rest. Good service quality and quality was also important because it could attract sympathy of customers and also could increase customers satisfaction which in this case was its members. The problems that would be discussed in the research was service quality that given by Multibusiness Cooperation in Gringsing District was low or unwell, so it made members or customers thought twice to invest in the cooperation, with service quality was still low and members participation was little, so it resulted in acquisition of annual business outcome rest was down. The members population of the study was 345 people. The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The method of data collection used questionnaires method. The technique of taking sample used area proportional random sampling. The method of data analysis used in this research was percentage descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that service quality and members participation were significantly influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest. Service quality was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (14.2%). Member participation was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (13.6%). Service Quality was indirectly influential towards the acquisition of members SHU (13, 9%) through members participation. Service quality and members participation were influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest KSU in Gringsing District Batang Regency. KSU administrator was expected more receiving the messages from members at RAT for the growth of future KSU. The administrator increased his/her service quality towards members especially for business unit of saving and loan so that members did no move to other competitor by accelerating the proses of fund disbursement of members loan. If service quality that given was good by administrators, so it was also influential towards good participation, so would increase the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest.

Abstract

Alat dan metode pembelajaran merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang penting. Penerapan metode dan alat pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dapat berdampak terhadap keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK N 1 Dukuhturi tahun 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol menggunakan metode metode ceramah  dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode think pair share berbantuan media power point sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari metode pembelajaran, keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil test, lembar observasi, dan penyebaran angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Persentase keaktifan pada keaktifan siswa kelas kontrol yaitu 46%, 50%, 54%, 58%, kelas eksperimen yaitu 74%, 78%, 84%, dan 86%. Sedangkan. hasil belajar pada kelas kontrol yaitu rata-rata nilai pre test 67,30 dan rata-rata nilai post test 71,90. hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen yaitu rata-rata nilai pre test 68,10 dan rata-rata nilai post test 80,31. Tanggapan siswa pada kelas eksperimen dalam kategori sangat tinggi yaitu 85,19%, sedangakan pada kelas kontrol dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 63,75%. Tools and methods learning is an important component of learning. The less proper tools and methods application can influence to the students being active and the results of the students learning. The population of this research are studens of class XI SMK N 1 Dukuhturi 2011/2012. This research is an experiment research which use two classes that is control class and experiment class. Control class uses lecture methods and experiment class uses think pair share (TPS) menthods which is helped by power point media as a research sample. The variables of this research consists of learning methods, students being active and the results of students learning. The techniques of collecting datas are derived from test results, observations, and angkets. The analysis of the data, that’s used in this research is descriptive percentage. The research results show that there is a diference to being active and the results between control class are 46%, 50%, 54%, 58%. The percentage of being active of experiment class are 74%, 78%, 84%, and 86%. Whereas the learning results of the control class has value average of the pre test is 67,30 and the value average of the post test is 71,90. The learning results of the experiment class has value average of the pre test is 68,10, and the post test is 80,31. The responses of the students an experiment class have 85,19% higt category, while control class have 63,75% lower category.
