Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine whether a scientific approach to learning can improve learning outcomes matter of creativity and production activities in class VII D SMPN1 Winong. This research is a class action (PTK), which consists of 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of four phases, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed keaktivitas student learning with scientific learning approach in the first cycle of 59% with a sufficient criterion increased 16% with high criteria on the second cycle ddan again increased 6% with high criteria of the third cycle. Thoroughness of learning outcomes in the first cycle at 69% increased 15% in the second cycle and increased again by 10% in the third cycle. Percentage of average score of creative products in the first cycle of 67% with sufficient criteria has increased 8% with high criteria and an increase again 8% with high criteria in the third cycle.

Abstract

Students need to understand the concepts of Human Resources Management (HRM) because it is very useful in the job world. Unfotunately, the fact showed that students were less enhusiastic in teaching and learning process of the subject. The promblem of this research was: 1) did the SQ3R method improve students’ understanding to the concept of HRM? Thus; the objective of the research was: 1) to improve the quality of HRM learning, to improve students’ enthusiasm in learning the subject, to upgrade the lecturer’s skill in developing the learning model media also to improve students’ achievement. It was a class action researchconsisted of three cycles. The result of research showed that the students’ achievement were better on each cycle. The complete learning before applying the SQ3R methode was only 0%. It increased up to 8% after applying the SQ3R methode. Furthermore, the students’ enthusiasm, livelinnes and cooperation (the ranges are among 1-4) were at good category (3.2). Similarly, the result averages of the lecturer’s skill in teaching HRM were 3.2 from the 1st cycle, 2nd cycle, and 3rd cycle by applying the SQ3R method. Based on the results above, it is suggested: 1) for the lecturers of HRM to implement the SQ3R method in teaching the subject since the method can improve students’ ability and understanding. The method gives opportunity for students to do survey, compile questions, read literature, review the concept, and discuss to other students. 2) for other researchers to continue this research on other subjects or other students.

Abstract

The interest of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such as entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment. The result of preliminary observation in SMK Islam Nusantara Comal showed that the entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students in the academic year of 2014/2015 was still considered poor. On the other hand, their entrepreneurial knowledge was pretty high as well as their family environment which was considered good. The objectives of this study were 1) to find out whether or not there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015, 2) to find out the influence of family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015, 3) to find out the influence of both entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015. The population of this study was the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015 as many as 316 students. The number of sample was 76 students decided by using Slovin calculation formula and chosen using proportional random sampling technique. The methods of collecting the data were test, questionnaire, and documentation. While the methods of analyzing the data were using percentage descriptive technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study based on the regression analysis it was found that Y = -6,787 + 0,493 X1 + 0,170 X2. The result of hypothesis testing in partial showed that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge positively influenced the entrepreneurship interest by 32,60% and family environment positively influenced by 18,40%. While simultaneously, the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest was 52,70% and the rest 47,30% was explained by other factors beyond the model of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting student engagement in Microeconomics online classes based on E-Learning Engagement Design (ELED). This study applied a mixed method with a sequential model. The study population included all students of the Department of Economics Education UNNES who took online courses in Microeconomics and Microeconomics 1, both regular and international classes, with a total of 320 students and 4 lecturers handled the classes. The results showed that situational interest, personal significance, mastery of self-talk and mastery of self-talk for performance had a positive effect on student engagement in Microeconomics online classes. Meanwhile, mastery of self-talk to avoid negativity, environmental control, independent consequences, and setting proximal goals do not significantly influence student engagement in Microeconomics online classes. The concept of E-Learning Engagement Design (ELED) has been applied to all components. However, it is necessary to standardize the learning environment components to make sure there is no gap among Microeconomics classes which leads to less optimal academic services.

Abstract

Minat siswa untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern, maupun faktor ekstern, diantaranya adalah praktik kerja industri, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Adakah pengaruh prakerin, prestasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji regresi menunjukkan hasil uji parsial untuk praktik kerja industri  signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, prestasi belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan lingkungan keluarga dengan signifikansi 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F)dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti ada pengaruh prakerin, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha secara parsial maupun secara simultan. besarnya pengaruh secara parsial untuk variabel praktik kerja industri sebesar 11,16%, prestasi belajar sebesar 19,36% dan lingkungan keluarga sebesar 6,76%. Secara simultan sebesar 54,6% selebihnya 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Interest of the student to become an entrepreneur is influenced by internal factors, and external factors, including the practice of industrial work, school performance and family environment. The problem in this study is: Is there any influence prakerin, academic achievement, and family environment to students' interest in entrepreneurship either partially or simultaneously. Regression test showed partial assay results for industrial work practices significance 0.004 <0.05, significant achievement by 0.000 <0.05 and a family environment with significance 0.028 <0.05. The results of simultaneous test (F test) with significance 0.000 <0.05 means that there is an influence prakerin, school performance and family environment for the partial interest in entrepreneurship and simultaneously. partially to the influence of the variable work practices by industry 11.16%, 19.36% for achievement and family environment of 6.76%. Simultaneously for the remaining 54.6% 45.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ada tidaknya pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang  keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar siswa terhadap minat belajar IPS kelas VIII SMP N 3 Purbalingga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 12,347 + 0,206 X1 + 0,179 X2 dengan uji simultan diperoleh F hitung=13,4 dan signifikansi 0,000<0,05 menolak H0 dan menerima H1 yang menyatakan ada pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai ketrampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar siswa terhadap minat belajar. Besarnya R square sebesar 26,5%. Uji partial diperoleh persepsi siswa mengenai keterampilan mengajar dengan t hitung=2,381 dan signifikansi 0,02<0,05 menerima H2 yang menyatakan ada pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar. Fasilitas belajar siswa dengan t hitung=2,115 dengan signifikansi 0,032<dari 0,05 menerima H3 yang menyatakan ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap minat belajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini dalah Persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar IPS kelas VIII SMP N 3 Purbalingga. Saran yang bisa diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepada guru agar dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan siswa pada pelajaran IPS dan kepada sekolah diharapkan untuk meningkatkan ketergunaan peralatan pembelajaran dengan sebaik-baiknya.The purpose of this research is to know whether there is effect of students perception of teachers’ skill and learning fasilitise related to students’ interest in IPS clas VIII SMP N 3 Purbalingga. From regression analytic result, we get regression Y equality = 12,347+0,206X1+0,179X2. By simultaneous test, we get F count= 13,4 and signification 0,000<0,05 regret H0 and accept H1that said there effect of student perception about teachers’ teaching skill and facilities of students’ learning. The amount of R squere is 26,5%. Partial test obtained about teachers’ teaching skill with t count=2,381 and signification 0,02<0,05 accept H2 that said that there’s effect of student perception about teacher’s teaching skill related student interest in IPS. Facilities of learning with t count=2,115 with signification 0,032<0,05 accept H3 that said there’s effect of student learning facilities to student interest in IPS. The conclution of this research is that students’ perception about teachers’ teaching skill and facilities of learning affect to student interest in IPSof class VIII SMP N 3 Purbalingga. Advice that I can this research is theacher sould improve intention to learn IPS and school should improved usability of learning tools well.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor, baik faktor intern maupun faktor ekstern. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dari data nilai UAS IPS Terpadu sebagian besar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan mendapat nilai rendah dan menyebabkan tidak lulus KKM. Hal ini dapat dijadikan indikasi bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar IPS Terpadu. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu Siswa Kelas VII dan faktor apakah yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu dan faktor apakah yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP N egeri 1 Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII sebanyak 131 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proposional claster random sampling dan didapat sampel sebanyak 100 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar IPS Terpadu kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan Kabupaten Kendal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan analisis faktor terdapat 5 komponen yang akan membentuk 5 faktor baru. Adapun tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa dari 5 faktor baru berdasarkan uji Deskripsi Persentase sebagai berikut : (a) kemampuan siswa 61,55%, (b) kemampuan guru 66,75%, (c) sarana penunjang 77,00%, (d) dukungan sekolah 72,67%, (e) dukungan keluarga 62,00%. Dari kelima faktor yang ada, faktor kemampuan siswa merupakan pengaruh yang paling dominan dengan koefisien varian sebesar 61,55% dengan kategori menghambat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan guru sebaiknya memberi latihan-latihan dan tugas-tugas untuk mengasah kemampuan siswa. Untuk siswa sebaiknya membentuk kelompok belajar, serta untuk orang tua selalu memberikan dukungan yang penuh terhadap putra-putrinya dalam belajar sehingga siswa dapat belajar dengan maksimal. Learning difficulties are influenced by such kind of factors whether it is the intern or extern factors. Based on the observation result from the data of Integrated Social Science final examination, most of the seven grade students in SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan got the low marks and they could not pass the KKM. It can indicate that students have the learning difficulties in Integrated Social Science subject.The problemsthat were examinedin this studyare whatare the factorsthat influencelearning difficultiesof IntegratedSocial Scienceand whatis more dominant factor affectingthe Integrated Social Science learning difficulties for Seventh Grade Studentsof SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan, Kendal School Year 2011/2012. This studyaims to determinethe factors that influence learning difficulties of Integrated Social Science and the more dominant factor of it. The research was conductedat SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan, Kendal. The population was 131 seven grade students. Sampling wasdone by using claster proportiona lrandom sampling and obtained 100 samplesof students.The variablesin this studyare the factorst hat influence learning difficulties of Integrated Social Science in seven grade of SMP Negeri 1 Plantungan, Kendal. Data collection methodswere questionnaires and documentation methods. Then, the data was analyzed by the factor analysis and percentage descriptive. Based onfactor analysis, there are 5 components thatwill form 5 new factors. The students learning difficulties level from 5 new factors based on the test of percentage descriptionas follows: (a) 61.55% the students ability, (b) 66.75% teachers' ability, (c) 77.00% supporting media, (d) 72.67% school support, (e) 62.00% family support.  From the fivefactors, the students’ability factor is mostlydominant with the 61.55% coefficient variance of obstructing category. Based on the results of the study, teachers are expectedto give exercises and assignments to hone students' skills. For students, they should create study groups, as well asthe parents always give full supportto their childrenin learning, so that students can learnto the maximally.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 26 siswa (72,22%) belum menerapkan 10 jarinya dalam mengetik naskah dan 22 siswa (61,11%) kelas X AP 1 hasil belajarnya masih rendah. Upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran mengetik manual, yaitu dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan media audio musik dalam pembelajarannya.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Bakti Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 65,02% (23 siswa) dan pada siklus II sebesar 81,42% (29 siswa) dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Kemampuan siswa menerapkan sistem 10 jari buta dalam mengetik pada observasi awal sebesar 27,78% (10 siswa), pada siklus I sebesar 50% (18 siswa), dan 77,78% (28 siswa) pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal ketepatan siswa dalam mengetik naskah pada observasi awal sebesar 83,33% (30 siswa), pada siklus I sebesar 63,89% (23 siswa), dan 80,56% (29 siswa) pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal kecepatan siswa dalam mengetik naskah pada observasi awal sebesar 61,11% (22 siswa) meningkat 38,89% menjadi 100% (36 siswa) pada siklus I dan II.The problem found during the research are that 26 students (72,22%) have not applied 10 fingers yet in typing the documents and 22 students (61,11%) of the X AP 1 students still have low scores. To improve the students’ result in the learning of manual typing, an action research by using musical audio as the media in teaching and learning procedure was conducted. The subject of the study is the students of X AP 1 SMK Bakti Purwokerto of Banyumas Regency which consist of 36 students. The design of this study is an action research class with two cycles, each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the result of research, it can be said that the result of students’ activities for cycle 1 is categorized as high with a percentage of 65,02% (23 students). Next, the percentage of cycle 2 is 81,42% (29 students) and it is still also categorized as very high. The students skill in applying the system of 10 blind typing in the initial observation is 27,78% (10 students), in cycle 1 is 50% (18 students), and 77,78% (28 students) in the cycle 2. The completeness for classical accuracy of the students in typing the documents in the initial observasition is 83,33% (30 students); then in cycle 1 is 63,89% (23 students); and 80,56% (29 students) for cycle 2. The classical completeness speed of students in typing the documents in the initial observation is 61,11% (22 students). Then, it improves as much as 38,89% cycle 1, and 100% (36 students) for cycle 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan yang berjumlah 354 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas yaitu kinerja guru (XI), penggunaan fasilitas belajar (X2), dan hasil belajar (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data: dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisi deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persaman regresi Y = 14,003 + 0,049X1 + 0,055X2. Secara parsial ada pengaruh positif kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 9,4%, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 7,4%. Secara simultan ada pengaruh positif kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 40,1% dan sisanya sebesar 59,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Perhitungan secara deskriptif menunjukkan variabel kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar dalam kriteria baik, sedangkan variabel hasil dalam kriteria sangat baik.This study aims to determine The Influence of Teacher’s Performance, and Learning Facility Towards Learning Result for The Craft and Entrepreneurship Subject X Grade of SMK 02 Pekalongan. The population in this study were all students of X grade of SMK 02 Pekalongan amounting to 354 students and the sample in this study amounted to 78 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The variable in this study is the independent variable is the teacher’s performance (XI), the use of learning facilities (X2), and the achievment (Y) as the dependent variable. Method of data collection: documentation and questionnaires. Methods of analysis, descriptive analysis of the percentage and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by the regression equation Y = 14,003 + 0,049X1 + 0,055X2. Partially teacher’s performance impacts on learning result of the craft and entrepreneurship’s students as many as (9.4 %). While the use of learning facility are partially influenced as many as (7.4 %). Simultaneously there is a positive influence teacher’s performance, and use of learning facility impact on Achievment of 40.1% and the remaining 59.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. Descriptive calculations showed variable teacher’s performance, and use of learning facility in both criteria, while the criterion variable in achievment in excelent criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran surat menyurat kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Palebon Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Palebon Semarang yang berjumlah 80 siswa. Responden yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi (penelitian populasi). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS release 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 42,423 + 0,289X1 + 0,275X2. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 50,592 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha3 diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) variabel keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) diperoleh thitung = 2,953 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, sehingga Ha1 diterima. Variabel lingkungan keluarga (X2) diperoleh thitung = 3,012 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, sehingga Ha2 diterima. Secara parsial keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan keluarga masing-masing berpengaruh sebesar 10,17% dan 10,56% terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Based on the results of preliminary observations by teachers vocational subjects Palebon correspondence, obtained information that the learning outcomes in subjects correspondence is still low due to gain mastery criteria below minimum value is 7.5. Based on the problem of this research is there any influence students' perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers and family environment on student learning outcomes in subjects correspondence class X Office Administration majoring in vocational Palebon simultaneously and partially.The population of this study were students of class X SMK Palebon Office Administration Department Semarang totaling 80 students. Respondents who used the whole of the population (population studies). Methods of data collection using documentation, questionnaire and interview. Data analysis using descriptive analysis of the percentage and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS release 16.The results showed that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation: Y = 42.423 + 0,289X1 + 0,275X2. F test obtained F = 50.592 with the significance of 0.000 <0.05, so HA3 accepted. Partially (t test) variable teaching skills of teachers (X1) obtained t = 2.953 with significance 0.004 <0.05, so Ha1 accepted. Family environment variables (X2) obtained t = 3.012 with significance 0.004 <0.05, so Ha2 accepted. Partially teaching skills of teachers and family environment affect each of 10.17% and 10.56% of the student learning outcomes. ÂÂ
