Abstract

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of Leader Behaviors And Motivation To Performance In Preserving Culture Weaving Craftsmen In Palembang. Respondents are weavers residing in the city of Palembang samples taken convinience numbered 30 people. While the questionnaire used three variables and ten (10) sub-variables. Data analysis using SPSS regression. The regression results of this study are: the behavior of influential leaders in performance of 25.3% with a significance level of 0.003. Motivation effects the performance of 4.6% with a significance level of 0.132. Leader Behavior and motivation influence simultaneously on a performance of 17.9% with a significance level of 0.012. The results of this study are expected to be useful and for the information of the leadership of each micro-scale enterprises, especially the weaving industry and the government and the next researcher to preserve the cultural product results in Palembang.

Abstract

The research carried out tried to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement On   Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees at Unika Musi Charitas Palembang. Research   respondents were employees as educators, namely lecturers without additional assignments and lecturers with additional (structural)  assignments  and  employees  as  educational  support  staff  at  the  Faculty    of Science and Technology, Faculty of Business and Accounting at Catholic University Musi Charitas in Palembang. The results of the Discussion of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement Analysis Influence Against Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees At Catholic University Musi Charitas Palembang. Analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Research Method is a case study. Sampling Technique is a convinience.. The results of the study are expected to be useful for improving job satisfaction, motivation, work involvement, which has an impact organizational commitment In Bangau Campus Employee. As input for various policies needed for the progress and continuity of organizational life. For further research, this research is used as information material for research to be carried out in the future by combining other variables outside the variables that have been studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this researched is to find out the effect of transactional leadership style toward employee’s performance. The subjects of this research were 30 employees of human resources department and organization. The data were analyzed by using regression analysis. Results show that the influence of transactional leadership style toward employees’ performance was 50% - 80%, and the significance level was 0.00 < 0,05. The most influential sub variable transactional leadership style was loyality variable of work 86,4% toward employees’ performance. The questionnaires were tested by validity and realibility test. The result of validity test was 0,755 > 0,30 with α 0,05, the result of reability test was 0,966 > 0,60 cronbach alpha value, and the result of clasic asumption consist of: autocorelation test with 1,454 < 1,825 – 2,498 and normality test was 0,355 > 0,05. The result of respondent questionnaire was 10%-20% of them disagree toward the internal environmental condition of the company.

Abstract

Work environment is one of the most important thing to be foccused by a company. The aim of this research was to know weather there is any significance influence of work environmental toward achievement of the PT ALKON’s Sriwijaya Palembang employee. There were forty participants as the samples of this research, they were all PT ALKON Sriwijaya Palembang employee. The data was analyzed by using the principle of validity, realibility, classic assumption, simple linear regression analyzes and Software Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 17.00. Based on the data analyzes, the writer concludes that work environmental influenced the employee’s achievements. It was firstly shown that the sig value less than 0.05 in the confficient table. Secondly the variable of work environment to the variable of employee achievement was 0.157 or 15.7 %. The rest 84.3% was influenced by other variables which are not investigated in this precise.

Abstract

The low productivity of women was influenced by the limitance of knowledge (horizon) and skill they had. On the other hand, the economy of family became problem which was heavier by the higher cost of living. Knowing this, we, the lecturers of Business and Accounting Faculty, were interested to share our knowledge to help them to have value added for the economy of their family. The materials given were made according to the needs of a women entrepreneur such as the development of enterpreneur creativity, bases of tax, and socialization of Tax Amnesty. While we also gave them go green skill to manage the waste of plasted (straw) to be artistic products such as flowers, bag, etc. From this training the participant could get horizon, knowledge, and skill to make them as qualified enterpreneur. The materials were given in the form of copy and were delivered in simple and easily understood, while for the skill of making the handicraft of the straw was given and practiced directly by the participants. The interactions as questions and answers in this training would make all the participants really involved and understood.
