Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kualitas produk adalah kemampuan suatu produk untuk melaksanakan fungsinya, meliputi daya tahan, keandalan, ketepatan, kemudahan operasi dan perbaikan, serta atribut bernilai lainnya. Dengan kata lain produksi dikatakan berhasil apabila dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan proses produksi dalam skala menengah keatas dan hasil produksinya sudah beredar di pasar luas. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Kesimpulannya proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dengan nilai koefisisen determinasi 82,9%.

To support the success of company activities, it is necessary to complete facilities and reliable infrastructure. This paper aims to review and analyze concepts, definitions, research models, and development of infrastructure management models and intellectual capital from several pieces of literature that have been implemented in various companies. The writing approach used is to conduct a literature study that reviews the concepts and explains them. This paper also tries to describe the relationship or influence between infrastructure management and intellectual capital. Academically this paper is useful for the development of conceptual models in the direction of research and research discourse that is developed, as well as providing an understanding and in-depth understanding of the conception of infrastructure management and intellectual capital. Being an effective HR professional doesn't just change from operational work to strategy. This means learning to master the operational and strategic processes and people. Success in this role requires an understanding of the results, metaphors, and specific actions in each role. The role of corporate infrastructure management in shaping an efficient corporate infrastructure is as an administrative expert who can help in reducing unnecessary costs, increasing efficiency, and continuously finding new ways to work better.

Product quality is the most important part that makes a product acceptable and meets consumer wants and needs. The company has two programs to ensure the quality of these products, namely by carrying out maintenance (preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance) and quality control during the production process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the maintenance, quality control, and product quality implemented by PT. Samase Clothes. And to find out how much influence maintenance on product quality, the effect of quality control on product quality, and the effect of maintenance and quality control on product quality. This study is sample research in which employees, staff, and production admins are respondents in the study, for data collection using a questionnaire with the number of respondents 65 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 25 For Windows. The results showed that maintenance was in the good enough category, quality control was in the good enough category, the product quality was in the good enough category.

To be able to compete, companies must be able to get as many consumers as possible and retain their customers. To be able to retain customers, companies must improve the things that make customers less or not. Customer satisfaction of service companies is closely related to the quality of service and the prices offered by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the condition of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction in the Workshop Division of PT. Wahana Sun Hutama Bandung and to find out and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. The analytical method used is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the quality of service was in the fairly good category, the price was in the fairly good category and satisfaction was in a good category. PA partial test shows that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction and the price has an effect on customer satisfaction. While in the simultaneous test, service quality and price affect customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether or not there are differences in predictions bankruptcy between the Altman Z-Score and the Springate Score methods in textile and garment manufacturing companies listed on the stock Exchange Indonesia (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period. In this study, the independent variable (X) is the Altman Z-Score and Springate Score, while the dependent variable (Y) is bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is a condition that occurs when an organization is no longer able to pay off its debts. This situation does not just appear in a company, but can be seen from the condition of its financial statements. Financial distress is the initial gateway to bankruptcy. Financial distress is a stage of decline in financial conditions marked by a decrease in profit or even profit negative. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports annual of companies in the textile and garment sub sector. This study uses purposive sampling technique in determining the sample, so that five companies can be sampled. The test used in this study is the independent sample t-test with SPSS 21. The final result of this study is that there is no difference in the result of predictions bankruptcy between the Altman Z-Score and the Springate Score methods. This happens because both methods have a high degree of accuracy.

Memiliki berat badan yang ideal adalah dambaan bagi semua orang. Disamping itu berat badan ideal dapat menghindarkan dari berbagai ancaman penyakit. Tapi masalahnya kebanyakan dari mereka tidak tahu apakah berat badan mereka sudah ideal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka penelitian dilakukan untuk merancang sampai mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi pada perangkat mobile yaitu Aplikasi Perhitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh pada platform Android untuk mempermudah dalam menentukan kriteria berat badan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Aplikasi Perhitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh dan penyusun laporan skripsi ini adalah metode studi literature, User requirement dan Pencarian data, Perancangan dan Realisasi, Pengujian, Perbaikan. Sedangkan metode Pengembangan Sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam perancangan Aplikasi ini yaitu menggunakan Model Prototyping.

Imposition of Criminal Sanctions Prison against narcotics abuse principals is basically aimed at providing psychological or deterrent effects on narcotics users so that these users no longer use narcotics after completing the sentence handed down by the judge. In the Indonesian legal system before the imposition of criminal sanctions against narcotics abuse perpetrators by the Judge there are several stages that need to be carried out starting from the investigation, investigation, until the prosecution in the Court. The court has the authority to process any criminal case that takes place in its jurisdiction carried out by the judge through a trial. The problem in this paper is the extent to which the effectiveness of imprisonment sanctions against narcotics abuse offenders, as well as efforts to regulate imprisonment in suppressing drug dependence rates in the future. This study uses a sociological juridical approach. Primary data collection is carried out directly into the field by interviewing and studying case files that have to do with problems researched. Whereas secondary data was obtained through books, the Big Indonesian Dictionary, the Law Dictionary, Encyclopedias and other materials that are related to the writing of this thesis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of imprisonment can be viewed in terms of two main aspects of the purpose of punishment, namely aspects of community protection and aspects of improvement of the perpetrators of crime. Judges' considerations are the basis for imposing prison penal sanctions on narcotics offenders. Law No. 35/2009 concerning Narcotics regulates and recognizes special minimum provisions in imprisonment for narcotics abuse offenders.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of return on assets and dividend payout ratio on stock return. Their search population are companies incorporated in LQ45 index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2019-2021. By using purposive sampling method, obtained 63 financial statements from 21 different companies that meet predetermined criteria. The research conducted using multiple regression analysis method. The result showed that return on assets has no significant effect on stock return, dividend payout ratio negatively and significantly affected stock return, also simultaneously return on assets and dividend payout ratio have no significant effect on stock return.

Zahrah Farm merupakan mitra yang bergerak dalam usaha mikro kecil peternakan kambing Saanen yang hasil budi daya usaha seperti : pembibitan, penggemukan, produksi susu kambing, Kefir sebagai olahan susu kambing, olahan daging kambing beserta bagian – bagian dari daging kambing. Hasil produksi Zahrah Farm saat ini dipasaran secara tradisional dan dilakukan secara pasif yaitu menunggu order dari konsumen (pelanggan). Namun bila dilakukan pengamatan dari segi pontensi pasar, produk hasil budi daya Zahrah Farm ini sangat potensial serta merupakan usaha yang menjanjikan. Namun di masa normal saja UMKM mengalami berbagai tantangan baik dari sisi persaingan usaha, disparitas produksi, permodalan, litbang, pemasaran dan konsumen, apalagi dimasa wabah covid-19 ini menambah sektor usaha kecil mikro mengalami tekanan yang sangat berat. Namun tentu semua ini harus disikapi sebagai tantangan (challange) bagi dunia usaha, karena dengan sikap inilah sektor usaha kecil mikro ini dapat menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam memajukan usaha. Atas dasar tersebut maka dilakukanlah proses analisis dengan metode kuantitatif case studies menggunakan instrumen wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumen. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dan hasil diskusi dengan mitra PkM maka disimpulkan pentingnya pemanfaatan Digital Marketing pemasaran produk – produk Zahrah Farm. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan adalah; menilai website, membangun website berdasar kebutuhan, mengembangkan produk turunan dari susu kambing, melakukan uji coba digital marketing memanfaatkan beberapa medsos

The research entitled The Influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions is a study of how big the influence of the quality of the products produced by the company and the promotional activities carried out to support marketing, resulting in purchasing decisions made by consumers. This research uses a descriptive and verification research design, with quantitative testing research methods. Descriptive analysis in this research uses continuum line analysis and verification analysis uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the quality of the products produced by the company is in the moderately improved category, this is supported by promotional activities carried out by the company which are considered quite good by respondents. Judging from the relationship and the magnitude of the influence between the variables studied, it shows that the quality of the product and promotions, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Of the two variables studied, product quality has a greater influence than promotion on consumer purchasing decisions.
