Abstract

Semakin banyak munculnya industri rumahan yang memicu konsumen untuk bisa menerima makanan ringan yang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Sehingga menyebabkan konsumen untuk bisa lebih peka terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan hasil industri rumahan tersebut. Saat ini para usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) perlu mengkaji bagaimana penerimaan produk yang mereka hasilkan di mata konsumen. Sehingga mereka tidak ragu dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen maka dilakukan analisis kepada beberapa konsumen. Dari hasil yang didapat pada dasarnya konsumen sudah dapat menerima inovasi produk dengan baik. Dan minat beli konsumen juga sangat bagus terhadap makanan ringan industri rumahan. Mereka dapat mempelajari dengan baik akan produk baru, mau mencari informasi terhadap produk-produk yang baru muncul, khususnya makanan ringan. Dengan demikian analisa ini dapat membantu para produsen rumahan untuk lebih bisa melakukan inovasi terhadap produknya selanjutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kualitas produk adalah kemampuan suatu produk untuk melaksanakan fungsinya, meliputi daya tahan, keandalan, ketepatan, kemudahan operasi dan perbaikan, serta atribut bernilai lainnya. Dengan kata lain produksi dikatakan berhasil apabila dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan proses produksi dalam skala menengah keatas dan hasil produksinya sudah beredar di pasar luas. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Kesimpulannya proses produksi dan pengendalian kualitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dengan nilai koefisisen determinasi 82,9%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang penjadwalan produksi dan tataletak terhadap kelanca ran proses produksi sehingga dapat dilihat pengaruh penjadwalan produksi dan tata leta k terhadap kelancaran proses produksi di PT. Sinar Mulia Megah Abadi. Metode yang digunak an dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif. Variabel bebas adalah penjadwalan produksi dan tata letak sedangkan variabel terikat adalah ke lancaran proses produksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sampel perusahaan dari tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2016, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Metode anali sis menggunakan analisis jalur ( Path Analysis ), analisis korelasi, Uji f, danUji t. Dengan mengg unakan program SPSS Versi 21. Hasil analisis jalur menyimpulkan bahwa p enjadwalan produksi dan tata letak berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Be sarnya pengaruh penjadwalan produksi dan tata letak terhadap kelancaran proses produksi secara simultan adalah penjadwalan produksi dan tataletak berpengaruh seca ra signifikan terhadap kelancaran proses produksi.

Abstract

Tourist villages in Indonesia have a very important role in rural development. The village is the smallest unit of rural development in Indonesia that has its own autonomy in management. Even though there are many innovation models have been well developed in some parts of the world, but it has yet to be implemented in Indonesia. Quadruple helix innovation model has been introduced in developed countries to develop their countries. Thus, this model is seen suitable to be adapted in some villages in Indonesia to achieve prosperity and to improve the welfare of Indonesian society. In general, this research is aimed to adapt the quadruple helix innovation model for the tourist village in Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia. Specifically, this research is aimed to (1) identify the driver for the village development, (2) examine the process of village development, and (3) adapt a model of the village process development. The design for this research is a case study. This case study is conducted in a Sukaraja tourist village in Tasikmalaya, West Java that is chosen purposely. Sukaraja Village is chosen as a study location because it has economic potential in terms of tourism and handicrafts. From the existing condition of socioeconomic and cultural in Sukaraja Village this study adapts a quadruple helix innovation model using soft system methodology to achieve prosperity and to improve the welfare of the village community. The results of this study show that (1) the driver for the village development is a tourism industry that have to manage professionally, therefore have to run by village-owned enterprise (2) the process of village development is a holistic process and cannot be done just by single institution, and (3) the model of process development called a quadruple helix innovation model, which is using synergies from four institutions in the village, there are the village government, the village industries, the village education system and the village industrial community. As a whole, the quadruple helix innovation model can be used to improve village welfare communities and in turn will enhance the prosperity of Indonesian society as a whole.

Abstract

Training for Filling Form in the Annual Income Tax Article 21 Individual Taxpayer Year 2017 is carried out in Lengkong District. This training aims to improve knowledge for residents about annual income tax reporting 21, especially in the Lengkong Subdistrict environment and from the training that improves knowledge of income tax reporting as provision for residents of Lengkong Bandung District aswell generally be able to keep track of the current tax developments.

Abstract

The product fails to be a product that cannot be categorized as a final product and is economically or technically irreversible so that it should be discarded or sold below the sale price of the final product, due to the factors affecting the failure Products are the maintenance and quality control factors to minimize product failure rates. Through this research the author intends to further analyze the maintenance and control of quality that affect the failure of failed products in PT. Granesia. The effectiveness of resources is crucial to face the various challenges of the company both internally and externally to maintain the quality of the product. Through increased ability employees are expected to obtain a competent workforce that will reduce the failure rate of products produced by the company. Therefore, the descriptive and Vericular methods become the author's choice with the subject of production division employees. The instrument is used through the validity and reliability test first. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire distributed with 70 questionnaires. The statistical method uses the analysis path. The results of the descriptive research on the production division of PT. Granesia showed that maintenance is already good, the quality control assessed is good and the product level fail to be assessed low. The results of the verificative studies indicate that there is an influence on the maintenance and quality control of the production division of PT. Granesia. Based on the results The study showed that PT. Granesia maintenance significantly affects the product's level of failure. Quality control has significant effect on the failing product level. Quality maintenance and control are simultaneously influential.

Abstract

Every company that has a large or small scale is likely to face problems about choosing the best quality of raw materials, so that the implementation of the production process can run effectively in order to get maximum results.This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on the effectiveness of the production of paving blocks in PT. Samson Jaya Utama. In this study using descriptive verification research method using statistical analysis methods, namely path analysis by testing statistical hypotheses partially and simultaneous. Data collected through library studies, observations, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the quality of raw materials and the production process has an influence on the effectiveness of the production of paving blocks in PT. Samson Jaya Utama.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis konsep-konsep, definisi-definisi, model-model penelitian, dan pengembangan model dari market driven dan market driving strategy dari beberapa literatur yang telah diimplementasikan pada berbagai perusahaan di dunia dalam rangka mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu masih terbatasnya kajian konseptual market driving strategy yang dilakukan oleh para ahli sehingga konsep orientasi pasar masih didominasi oleh pendekatan konsep market driven strategy. Pendekatannya dengan melakukan studi literatur yang mengulas konsep maket driven dan market driving. Artikel ini memaparkan keunggulan konsep market driving yang berbeda dengan market driven dan juga mencoba untuk menguraikan titik kesamaan dan perbedaan konseptual dari market driven dan market driving. Kemudian dijelaskan alasan-alasan perusahaan melakukan strategi market driving dan bagaimana pengembangan ide market driving di dalam tataran praktis. Secara akademis artikel ini 1) berguna untuk pengembangan model konseptual dalam arah penelitian dan wacana penelitian yang dikembangkan; 2) dapat memperjelas perbedaan konsep market driven dengan market driving; 3) membandingkan berbagai keunggulan dan kelemahan konseptual market driven dengan market driving; 4) memberikan pemahaman dan pengertian mendalam tentang konsepsi market driving dan market driven, mengapa dapat menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Bagi para praktisi, 1) menjadi rujukan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen; 2) menjadi panduan dalam pengembangan model strategi yang berorientasi pasar; 3) dapat digunakan untuk menyusun langkah-langkah secara praktis dan taktis dalam formulasi strategi menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang selalu berubah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how maintenance, smooth production processes, and the quality of products that exist in CV Vannisa Brownies. And to find out how much influence the maintenance of product quality, the effect of the smooth production process on product quality and the effect of maintenance and smooth production processes on product quality. In this study, the independent variable (X) is the maintenance and smoothness of the production process, while the dependent variable (Y) is the quality of the product. Product quality greatly affects the entire organization from suppliers to customers and from maintenance to the production process. Product quality is a strategic thing to maintain and improve if you want to do business in the long run. Companies that can meet expected product quality are companies that can meet customer expectations. Product quality can be supported by several factors, including the maintenance and smooth production process. This research is population research. Using a questionnaire with the number of respondents in this study were 23 employees. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 25 For Windows. The results of the study stated that the implementation of maintenance was in a fairly good category, the implementation of the smooth production process was in a fairly good category, the implementation of product quality was in a fairly good category. Maintenance affects the product quality by 72.53%, the smoothness of the production process affects the quality of the product by 8.05%, and the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product by 80.6%. While the results of the T-Test show that maintenance has an effect on product quality, the smooth production process does not significantly influence product quality. The F-test shows that the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product. To achieve quality products that are targeted by companies, they should pay more attention to the maintenance and smoothness of the production process together. Because both aspects play an important role in supporting the quality of the products produced.
