Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan salah satu wabah yang sangat berbahaya dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Ibu hamil tercatat sebagai salah satu kelompok rentan resiko terinfkesi COVID-19 karena adanya perubahan fisiologis pada masa kehamilan yang menyebabkan penurunan kekebalan parsial. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Lao. Jumlah peserta yaitu 21 orang ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan COVID-19 selama masa kehamilan. Metode kegiatan adalah memberikan penyuluhan, demonstrasi dan diskusi dengan para peserta. Pengetahuan ibu hamil dinilai melalui hasil pengisian kuesioner yang diisi oleh peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan serta hasil tanya jawab pada akhir kegiatan. Pengetahuan ibu hamil setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini dilaporkan meningkat. Diharapkan peningkatan pengetahuan ini, ibu hamil dapat memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang baik untuk menjaga kesehatannya selama hamil agar terhindar dari COVID-19.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Pregnancy is a normal process and must be given good attention so as not to cause complications to the mother and fetus. During pregnancy there are several changes both anatomically and physiologically. These physical changes cause discomfort or physical complaints during pregnancy. Situation analysis: From the results of interviews conducted with the team during a visit to the hamlets of Rai Cehet and Rai Waso, it was found that there are many pregnant women who think that the discomfort that occurs is abnormal and assumes that it can lead to complications for both the mother and the fetus. . This causes anxiety for the mother and family` Problem: Many pregnant women in the hamlets of Rai Cehet and Rai Waso do not understand how to deal with the discomfort that occurs during pregnancy. Solution: Providing health education to pregnant women about how to deal with discomfort during pregnancy Conclusion: After being given health education to pregnant women in the hamlets of Rai Cehet and Rai Waso, they have knowledge about the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and how to overcome them. Abstract

Pregnant women with a positive HBsAg risk are very dangerous to the fetus in the mother's womb because it can threaten the safety of the mother and her baby. This assistance to babies is a key step in creating a new generation that is free of Hepatitis B. At the Wae Mbeleng Health Center, the number of cases of pregnant women with hepatitis B in 2020 was 40 cases, compared to the 2019 data, which was 35 cases. The high cases of hepatitis B infection in pregnant women at the Wae Mbeleng Public Health Center is a big concern for the public to be more aware of the dangers of this infection, both for mothers and their children. Therefore, the community needs to be given education about HBV, to break the chain of transmission of this infectious disease. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge about the hepatitis B virus and increase awareness for screening. This service activity was carried out for 3 months. The participants of this activity were 30 pregnant women. The method of implementing the activity is through counseling, as a promotive and preventive effort in controlling hepatitis B virus infection. The results of this activity are an increase in public knowledge seen from the posttest. The ability of participants in mastering the material after the counseling activity can be said to be good (83.3%).

Abstract

The phenomenon of free sex has spread among teenagers, and has an impact on the increase in sexually transmitted diseases, so education on reproductive health, especially Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD), should be informed to children, especially teenagers, both through formal and informal education. The activity was carried out at Vocational High School Karya Ruteng. The number of participants is 61 people. This activity aims to increase adolescents' knowledge at Vocational High School Karya Ruteng about Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) in the good, enough, and fewer categories. The method is to provide counseling, question and answer, and discussion with the participants. The level of adolescent knowledge at Vocational High School Karya Ruteng was assessed through the results of filling out questionnaires filled out by participants before and after the activity as well as the results of questions and answers at the end of the activities. The knowledge of participants after participating in this activity has increased. The increase in knowledge expecting to shape adolescent behavior to avoid free sex among adolescents so that unwanted pregnancies and increased transmission of sexually transmitted diseases do not occur.
