Abstract

Weddings are performed by bond of trust , means that men and women who were married in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall have the religion together . The principle of the law of marriage is absolute means to not have a period of time dalaluarsa . Marriage must also be registered at the Office of Religious Affairs and registered atNote Civil . Marriage is an agreement between a man and a woman in the scope of family law . Marriage is a worship that will continue to take place up in heaven . By because it's every couple must keep the rope marriage that is not interrupted and canceled . Inamong those who cancel the marriage are divorce. Divorces according to Language is decided bond . As for the term fiqhi is decided bond of marriage with the pronouncement of talaq or that convey the same to the pronouncement of divorce . This study discusses "the effect of the Sighat Tak'lik agreement on the marriage bond in Sharia and its impact on divorce in religious courts in Tarakan City "The research is aimed to know the result of treaty sighat Tak'lik and its impact on the divorce that happened in court Religion Tarakan City and knowing Forms agreement sighat Tak'lik who cancels wedding in sharia . The type of research that is used is the study of law Juridical Normative among others case approach, conceptual approach and statute approach. Abstract

AbstractThis article highlights the importance of journalistic ethics concerning disseminating information to the public, especially on social media, so that community unity and integrity are maintained and are not easily provoked by false issues. This research is legal research using a normative approach and Islamic literature approach. This research found that a Muslim journalist must put forward several principles: tabayyun, positive thinking, and intention not to spread fake news.Keyword (s): Ethics, Journalistics, Islamic law.

Abstract

To maintain the existence and sustainability of higher education institutions requires a leader, namely a chancellor who is able to seize opportunities and read situations that are challenges far ahead, so that a chancellor has an important and strategic role in managing the institution. in the context of leadership that aims at the direction of rapid progress and change is transformational. So that the leadership style is very relevant to be used as a basis and studied scientifically. Practically in this article, it will be explained about the transformational leadership of the rector in the Nahdlatul Ulama tertiary institution which substantially examines how the rector provides exemplary, motivational, intellectual stimulation and consideration with subordinates in the higher education environment. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study model at Nahdlatul Ulama University. As for data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. As for the data analysis using the preposition technique between the findings and the theory used. The results of the research explain that the transformational leadership of the rector in private tertiary institutions includes 1) exemplary which is manifested through uswah hasanah, morals, work and work ethic, 2) motivation is carried out in two ways, namely orally and in writing, while the mechanism is carried out through formal and non-formal forums. formal, 3) stimulation carried out by the chancellor by giving itibar or inspirational stories to work well and sincerely to advance the Institution, while 4) consideration is carried out through humane relations with all elements within the Institution by prioritizing kinship and mutual care, compassion and care.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang eksistensi pendidikan agama Islam pada era inovasi disruptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi massif dalam tubuh pendidikan Islam dibutuhkan supaya bisa menjawab tuntutan serta tantangan zaman yang senantiasa mengalami perubahan. Terlebih pada saat pendidikan Islam memasuki era inovasi disruptif memberikan berbagai dampak di sejumlah bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Di era ini memunculkan peristiwa disruption yang mendorong dunia pendidikan Islam supaya bisa melakukan penyesuaian diri. Pada saat ini lulusan pendidikan Islam berhadapan dengan berbagai tuntutan, kebutuhan serta tantangan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah ditemui. Oleh karenanya perlu dijalankan inovasi, adaptasi serta pembaharuan pada sistem yang integratif, inovasi kurikulum, tata kelola, kompetensi SDM, sarana serta prasarana, etos kerja, budaya serta lain sebagainya. Apabila tidak dijalankan berbagai hal tersebut maka dikhawatirkan pendidikan Islam bakal semakin semakin tertinggal. Oleh karenanya perlu dicari berbagai langkah yang konkret untuk pendidikan Islam supaya bisa bersaing di era ini. Langkah solutifnya ialah dengan ikut mendisrupsikan dirinya dalam perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Religious programs cannot be carried out due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, after the repeal of PPKM, the school resumed carrying out the religious program. This study aims to analyze the school's efforts to revitalize religious programs when schools are allowed to hold face-to-face learning in line with the decline in the spread of Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research informants are school principals, PAI teachers, and students. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the revitalization of religious programs was carried out after the program was not implemented optimally or even could not be implemented due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This revitalization is essential as a form of school responsibility in strengthening character education, one of which is the religious program. The revitalized programs are 1) Quran recitation at the 0th hour, 2) commemoration of Islamic holidays, and 3) Yasin recitation. On the other hand, the school also revitalizes the teachers' understanding of the importance of religious education, teacher professionalism, and moral degradation as a challenge. Revitalizing religious programs can be done after the end of Covid-19 by revitalizing the program and teacher's understanding so that it can educate students' character through religious education in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and study the spread of radicalism and terrorist teachings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang.This literary descriptive research is a qualitative study with analytical approach that tackles the spread of radical techings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang. The respondents include students and stakeholders both in the university and in the foundation as well. It is expected to prevent the spread of radical teachings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang and to provide policy recommendations to the university’s stakeholders through Islamic education and introducing modern Islamic culture.
