Abstract

The development of the digital world which is increasingly spreading provides convenience in various fields, one of which is in marketing. By utilizing the development of the digital world in the field of marketing, it is implemented to help UMKM UMKM who need tools to promote their products. Lingga Tiga Village, which is one of the villages in Labuhanbatu Regency, needs more promotion for UMKM activities. Seeing this, Digital Marketing Training was held which aims to empower UMKM in Lingga Tiga so that they can promote their products to the wider world and increase their activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang revolusioner telah membawa dampak besar pada masyarakat, terutama dengan kemunculan media sosial sebagai platform kuat yang membentuk komunikasi dan interaksi sosial. Remaja di usia Sekolah Menengah Atas juga terpengaruh oleh fenomena ini, di mana media sosial menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan mereka. Melalui media sosial, remaja memiliki kesempatan untuk menyuarakan pendapat, memperluas jaringan sosial, dan membentuk koneksi dengan dunia di sekelilingnya. Namun, media sosial bukan hanya sekadar wadah untuk berkomunikasi dan berkreativitas, tetapi juga menjadi panggung bagi remaja untuk mengadvokasi isu-isu sosial yang mereka pedulikan. Namun, ada potensi risiko serius yang terkait dengan penggunaan media sosial oleh remaja. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah penyebaran berita palsu atau hoaks yang dapat dengan mudah menyebar dan memicu kebingungan di kalangan remaja. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi persepsi mereka tentang isu-isu global. Selain itu, perundungan cyber juga menjadi ancaman serius bagi remaja di dunia maya, yang dapat meninggalkan bekas trauma emosional dan membuat remaja merasa terisolasi dalam kesendirian. Kecanduan media sosial juga menjadi masalah serius yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penting bagi pihak-pihak terkait, seperti institusi pendidikan, orang tua, dan guru, untuk bersinergi dan mencari solusi yang tepat. Edukasi tentang etika bermedia sosial harus diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum sekolah dan orang tua harus terlibat aktif dalam mengawasi aktivitas online remaja. Kampanye kesadaran tentang etika bermedia sosial juga dapat diadakan untuk menciptakan budaya positif di dunia maya. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran remaja tentang pentingnya berperilaku etis dan positif di dunia maya. Perubahan sikap dan perilaku positif diharapkan terjadi, sehingga remaja dapat menggunakan media sosial secara lebih bertanggung jawab dan menghindari risiko negatif yang terkait dengannya. Dengan demikian, generasi muda akan menjadi lebih cerdas dan tanggap dalam berinteraksi di dunia maya, menciptakan lingkungan digital yang sehat dan aman bagi semua pengguna.

Abstract

Perkembagnan teknologi serta penggunaan komputer berkembang sangat tinggi, ini merupapakan kemajuan Teknologi yang menjadikan segala kegiatan lebih mudah dan cepat pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada hari senin, tanggal 05 Juni 2023. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi photoshop untuk mengembangkan bakat seni disain grafis pada masyarakat generasi muda pada desa N-6 Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara. di desa N-6, Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat khususnya pada kemampuan desain grafis photoshop guna meningkatkan kreatifitas. Masyarakat desa N-6 belum banyak pengetahuan tentang aplikasi photoshop, khususnya pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi atau perangkat lunak untuk mendesain gambar. Dalam berbagai kegiatan di desa N-6, tim pengabdian masyarakat mendapatkan banyak informasi mengenai masih tentang masyarakat yang belum memahami desain grafis menggunakan Photoshop. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan software pengolah grafis untuk kegiatan yang membutuhkan pengolahan grafis. Metode penerapan pada kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan langsung di lapangan dalam bentuk praktek langsung pengoperasian Aplikasi Photoshop. Adapun sarana prasarana yang kami gunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan kami adalah ruangan aula. Adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan Desa N-6 yang wilayahnya terdalam bias menjadi lebih paham mengenai desain khususnya mampu membuat spanduk atau poster dan lainya.

Abstract

The rapid development of ICT has opened up opportunities for citizens to submit opinions and complaints to the Government, which facilities are guaranteed by law. The provision of these facilities is in the form of implementing e-Government. The government must provide an application that is Government to Citizens/Consumers (G2C) which aims to bring the government closer to the community interactively through access channels that can be reached by the community. Labuhanbatu is a district located in North Sumatra Province with a population of 493,899 people. However, until now there is no facility for the public to submit aspirations or complaints based on e-Government applications. This study aims to create a web-based online application for aspiration and complaint services for the people of Labuhanbatu Regency. This application is called LAPO, which stands for Online Aspirations and Complaints Service. The method used in this research is the Waterfall model. This research has succeeded in creating a web-based online aspiration and complaint service system for Labuhanbatu residents that shows the compatibility between the expected results and the actual results. The results of the study have proven that to design and build this system, the following stages are carried out: analyzing system requirements, system design, implementing the system, and conducting system testing. With this research, it is hoped that it can become one of the e-Government applications for aspiration and complaint services that can be used by the Labuhanbatu Regency Government easily and with low infrastructure costs by utilizing existing human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an effort to secure files in order to maintain important documents as assets for the Perlayuan Health Center. The Perlayuan Health Center is one of the world's health units whose role is to support health and the security of medical record files. Important factual documents that have been recorded regarding the historical history of symptoms and diseases that have been recorded such as disease or illness conditions, prevention or healing techniques that have been carried out and have been missed have previously been documented by the Health service at the Perlayuan Health Center. Medical records have or keep important records that are documented with data in the form of patient identities, examinations, treatment, actions from the facilitators of the Perlayuan Health Center. Rivest's Cipher 6 method is used to lock files. The medical record aims to be an initial benchmark to continue the action plan for drugs and treatments that will be applied. File security with At the Perlayuan Health Center there is very little security for a file because each data is not only stored on one computer and if needed the file will be copied to anyone who asks for the file. That way the file is no longer guaranteed security and confidentiality. Anyone can easily retrieve files by copying formatted encryption or data encryption. Rivest's Cipher 6 algorithm can break 128 bits blocks into 4 sets of 32 bits and this algorithm can work with 4 32 bits registers X, B, Y and D.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has abundant cultural wealth. One of the characteristics of Indonesian culture is Songket. Songket is a typical Malay woven cloth that has many variants of motifs, each of which represents a different meaning and philosophy. Songket is often found in Sumatra Island with different motifs in each region. With so many types of songket motifs, not everyone can recognize and distinguish between one songket motif and another, even Indonesian citizens themselves. With the help of computers, it is easier to find information about a songket motif or to find a similar songket motif. The field that can play a role in solving this problem is Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR). This study aims to carry out a content retrieval process on the songket core motif using graph matching-based processing. In this study, the method used is felzenzswalb segmentation, and graph matching through the VF2 isomorphism algorithm and graph edit distance. The number of songket core motif images used as data is 180 data in the form of color images measuring 64 x 64 pixels. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the optimal graph matching algorithm and parameters in this study were the VF2 algorithm for artificial images with an f-1 score of 91.05%, and Graph Edit Distance with GED≤8 parameters for songket motif images with an f1-score. by 53.36%.

Abstract

PMI Labuhanbatu Regency is one of the central PMI branches where there is a division that handles the blood donation process, namely the Blood Transfusion Unit. UTD PMI Labuhanbatu Regency has the duty to serve blood donation activities and provide blood stock for the Labuhanbatu community in need. As a unit that provides blood donors, UTD PMI Labuhanbatu must always be ready to provide the services needed. One of the concerns is the issue of blood stock availability. If there are many people who need blood, then UTD must be ready to serve. If the amount of blood stock is reduced, then people will find it difficult to get blood. For this reason, the issue of blood availability must always be the main concern of UTD PMI Labuhanbatu. This study aims to build a blood donor information system at the PMI Blood Transfusion Unit in Labuhanbatu Regency. The system built applies a web-based framework. The system development applies the Waterall method which includes the process of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. After designing, implementing and testing, the results obtained are the system has been successfully developed and all designs are in accordance with what is implemented. The conclusion from this research is that the blood donor information system that has been developed at UTD PMI Labuhanbatu Regency has been able to provide convenience for admins and users in managing donor and blood stock management.

Abstract

Software Defined Network (SDN) offers convenience in managing network devices by simply setting the software control plane so as to reduce the complexity of network configuration. However, the ease of management offered is not always accompanied by an increase in network performance when compared to conventional network architectures. This study will perform a performance comparison analysis between networks with SDN architecture (OpenFlow) and conventional architecture. The research methods applied are: topology implementation on Mininet, network simulation and data collection, data analysis, and comparative analysis. Network performance testing is carried out based on latency parameters that are simulated in one subnet using the Mininet emulator. From the results of the latency test, it is found that the average latency on the SDN network is 0.119ms, while the average latency on the conventional network is 0.09588ms. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the network topology that has better performance based on latency parameters is a conventional network topology with an average latency value of 0.09588ms.

Abstract

With the emergence of the Peduli Protect application, which is used by the government to monitor the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, it turns out to be reaping the pros and cons of public opinion on Twitter. From this phenomenon, a research was conducted by mapping the sentiment analysis of twitter users towards the Peduli Protect application. This study aims to compare two classification algorithms that are included in the supervised learning category. The two algorithms are Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes. The two algorithms are implemented in analyzing the sentiment analysis of twitter user reviews on the Peduli Protect application. The dataset used in this research is tweets of twitter users with a total of 4,782 tweets. Then, compared to how much accuracy and processing time required of the two algorithms. The stages of the method in this research are: collecting data from user tweets with a crawling technique, preprocessing text, weighting words using the TF-IDF method, classification using the SVM and Naïve Bayes algorithm, k-fols cross validation test, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the accuracy of the SMV algorithm with the k-fold test method was 86% and the split 8020 technique resulted in an accuracy of 79%. Meanwhile, the Naïve Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy of 85% with k-fold, and an accuracy of 80% with a split 8020. From these results it can be concluded that both algorithms have the same level of accuracy, only different in processing time, where Naïve Bayes algorithm is faster with time required 0.0094 seconds.

Abstract

Economic needs are community needs that are used to meet daily needs. Therefore, economic needs are very important for the life of every society. There is a gap in the economic needs of the community, the government created a social assistance program which is assistance provided to the community in the form of cash or non-cash. The help is made for welfare society from inequality, especially economic inequality. So researchers will carry out a data classification of people who are eligible for social assistance. The classification will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes method. The Naïve Bayes method is a simple classification method for calculating the probability of a combination of certain data. The data to be used by researchers is community data as much as 62 community data. research done by using the Naïve Bayes method aims to classify community data that is feasible to forget social assistance. The first stage of this classification is the process of collecting community data and determining community data that will be used as a filtered sample cleaned, furthermore preprocessing data and then designing the Naïve Bayes Algorithm model. The results of data classification using the Naïve Bayes method show that the number of people who are eligible for social assistance is 14 community data and people who are not eligible for social assistance are 48 community data. These results can be a reference for determining the eligibility of the community to receive social assistance.
