Abstract

The aims of this research are to determine the impact of incentivizing, motivation and discipline on the performance of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City employees simultaneously and partially. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so. The determination of discipline, incentives, and motivation tends to be neglected in improving performance so that it is necessary to examine the relationship to performance in human resources, which is an important contribution of research.

Abstract

The central government authorized the local government to manage its finances independently in the regional autonomy system. The local government system must be transparent and accountable. The Report on Local Government Finances is one of the government tools to accountable it. However, based on the audit report in 2017, the Local Government Finances the Government of Musirawas, South Sumatera, Indonesia found inaccuracy. The research aims to examine the factors that influence the quality of the Local Government Finance of the Government of Musirawas, South Sumatera, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 110 persons from the government apparatus who represent their working unit of the Finance Management in the Government of Mursirawas, South Sumatera, Indonesia. The research utilizes a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method.   The research results showed that the Performance quality of the LAPD in the Government of Musirawas, South Sumatra, Indonesia, is simultaneously influenced by the competency of the Apparatus human resources, motivation, and the local accounting system; partially, it was influenced by the apparatus human resource competency.

Abstract

This study examines the career development of government civil servants in the implementation of the policy of equalizing structural positions into functional positions and how the preparation of supporting factors and obstacles faced in the career development of the apparatus because of equalizing positions. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation of 11 informants in 4 regional apparatus of the city of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The findings suggest that the equalization policy aimed at promoting the career progression of local government officers has not been fully effective. The other problems found are the ability of individual apparatus to collect credit numbers as proof of performance, mismatches of qualifications and competencies of positions, and work mechanisms that have not been adjusted after the equalization of positions. The recommendations of this study require adjustments to the work system, competency mapping, and priority training maps, as well as the preparation of counseling services for the apparatus resulting from the equalization of positions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia, memastikan bahwa setiap anak, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, memiliki kesempatan untuk mengakses pendidikan. Pergeseran menuju pendidikan inklusif memperluas pilihan bagi anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, beralih dari sekolah khusus ke sekolah reguler, dan membentuk lingkungan pendidikan yang memenuhi kebutuhan semua siswa. Dalam kelas inklusif, proses pembelajaran melibatkan penanganan dan pengurangan hambatan-hambatan dalam belajar dan partisipasi aktif, sambil mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang tersedia. Salah satu aspek kunci dari pembelajaran inklusif adalah komunikasi instruksional, yang mengharuskan penyesuaian terhadap karakteristik yang beragam dari siswa. Guru harus menunjukkan sensitivitas terhadap kebutuhan masing-masing siswa dan mengembangkan pola komunikasi instruksional yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan berbagai pendekatan yang digunakan guru dalam komunikasi instruksional dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif, menekankan pentingnya kesadaran dan responsibilitas guru terhadap kondisi unik siswanya.

Abstract

Pada pelatihan ini membahas penerapan Blended Learning dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan workshop daring dan luring, serta tahapan seperti tatap muka, demonstrasi, dan kegiatan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pemahaman guru terhadap Blended Learning, efektivitas implementasi di tengah pandemi, serta keunggulan dan hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran. Ditemukan bahwa Blended Learning memberikan fleksibilitas dan interaktivitas dalam pendidikan, terutama dalam kondisi pandemi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan kontemporer.

Abstract

Peran Pengembangan Usaha Pengembangan usaha tidak hanya penting untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dalam pasar yang kompetitif tetapi juga untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Pengembangan usaha mencakup berbagai strategi seperti diversifikasi produk, ekspansi pasar, dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional, Mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Widyatama dengan memberikan inspirasi dan arahan terkait peluangpeluang usaha yang ada di sekitar mereka. Pelaksanaan ini dilakukan pada 10 Februari 2024 dengan populasi mahasiswa Universitas Widyatama jurusan ekonomi. Tujuan utama untuk memahami potensi keuntungan dan risiko yang terkait dengan ide bisnis yang ingin dijalankan. Potensi keuntungan meliputi estimasi pendapatan, margin keuntungan, dan potensi pertumbuhan bisnis di masa depan. Identifikasi risiko mengidentifikasi risiko pasar, persaingan, perubahan regulasi, dan faktor lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Kebutuhan pasar dan preferensi konsumen melibatkan penelitian pasar untuk memastikan ada permintaan yang cukup untuk produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan. Dengan menggabungkan analisis peluang usaha dan pengembangan usaha dari segi pemasaran, bisnis dapat menciptakan fondasi yang kuat untuk kesuksesan jangka panjang. Fokus pada pemahaman pelanggan, branding yang kuat, pengembangan produk yang tepat, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif akan membantu bisnis tetap relevan dan berkembang di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan di era globalisasi dan persaingan pasar yang ketat. Faktor-faktor seperti pelatihan kerja, kesehatan mental dan fisik karyawan, serta hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM, termasuk Training Need Analysis (TNA), membantu organisasi dalam merancang program yang relevan dan bermanfaat bagi karyawan. Dukungan organisasi, fasilitas pelatihan yang memadai, dan evaluasi keberhasilan menjadi elemen penting dalam memastikan efektivitas pelatihan dan pengembangan. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini secara holistik, organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan karyawan serta mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Kupang is the most corrupt city based on a survey by Transparency International Indonesia. The problem is what are the causes of corruption in Kupang City? and what are the strategies the Kupang City Government could adopt to prevent and eradicate corruption in its regions? This research identifies corruption behavior based on terminology, behavioral factors, a mode that is often used to commit corruption, and what must be done to overcome it The method used in this research was an explanatory method using secondary data. Qualitative analysis was then conducted using SWOT analysis. Results showed that corruption is an action to enrich themselves, their families, groups, and corporations by violating rules, norms, and human rights through the exploitation of economic, political, socio-cultural, and environmental resources by maximizing the potential of their resources (position, network, and power). Factors that cause corruption are individual motivations and poor government organization systems and will increase the influence of corruption if it is supported by an environment in which individuals and poor systems are located. Based on this, the strategies that can be carried out by Kota Kupang Government are to immediately carry out an MoU with law enforcement institutions; to use electronic or online systems for all financial transactions within the government; to form a task force against extortion in the government; to enforce financial reporting for all officials within the government; to have a more efficient government budget for a dual and unnecessary function to open access for public monitoring through electronic database, and to have an integrity pact-based performance measurement. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengidentifikasi perilaku korupsi berdasarkan terminologi, faktor penyebab perilaku, modus yang sering dilakukan untuk melakukan korupsi, dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif menggunakan data sekunder. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa korupsi adalah tindakan untuk memperkaya diri, keluarga, kelompok, dan korporasinya dengan cara melanggar aturan, melanggar norma, melanggar hak asasi manusia melalui eksploitasi sumberdaya ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya, dan lingkungan hidup dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya yang dimiliki (jabatan, jaringan, dan kekuasaan). Faktor penyebab korupsi adalah motivasi individu dan sistem organisasi pemerintah yang buruk, dan akan semakin meningkat pengaruh korupsi jika didukung oleh lingkungan dimana individu dan sistem yang buruk berada. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Kupang adalah segera melakukan Memorandum of Understanding dengan lembaga penegakan hukum, segala transaksi keuangan di pemerintahan menggunakan transaksi elektronik atau online, pemerintah membentuk gugus tugas pemberantasan pungli di pemerintahan, memberlakukan pelaporan keuangan pada pejabat di lingkup pemerintahan, efisiensi anggaran pemerintahan yang ganda fungsi dan tidak bermanfaat, membuka akses pemantauan publik melalui base data elektronik, dan pengukuran kinerja berbasis pakta integritas.

Abstract

This study was purposed at examining the work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. The sample used in this study consisted of 15 respondents from 35 employees. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation obtained was Y = 22.100 + 1.167 X1 + 0.420 X2 + e. The result of the research by using t-test that leadership style and work motivation have a significant positive influence on employee performance. The results simultaneously using F-test showed that all independent variables significantly affect employee performance coefficient determinant (R2) is 0,594 which means 59% employee performance is explained by independent variables, where 41% is explained by other variables that are not followed. Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership Style, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Policy for Distribution of Social Assistance Programs to the Community Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City, the type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research, where data collection techniques are obtained with primary and secondary data in the form of articles, journals, news, and other literature studies related to this research. Based on the results of research related to the policy of distributing social assistance programs to the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City through the role of the sub-district government in collaboration with their staff including RT, RW and youth organizations and public order has been running very well and on target.
