Abstract

Money politics is now considered a "custom" in the Maja community. Even in rural communities who have strong solidarity, money politics is considered to have a strong role to bind people's voices in political contestation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the public's perception of the phenomenon of money politics. in Maja Village, Maja District, Lebak Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the people of Maja Village have different perceptions from legal norms in viewing money politics. The community considers that money politics is a form of gratitude for the votes that will be given and an approach to the community. In social action theory, Weber introduced the concept of a verstehen approach to understanding the meaning of one's actions. In this case, the Maja people build perceptions and action decisions based on their vision of the people around them and the figures they emulate.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between work-family conflict and the performance of female workers. This work employs a quantitative-correlational research methodology. This study distributed a Likert scale questionnaire through the Google Form platform as the data collection method. A correlation coefficient of 0.736 from the Rank Spearman association hypothesis test shows that there is a strong positive relationship between the work-family conflict variable and the performance of female workers. Moreover, the p-value is below 0.05 (particularly 0.037), suggesting a statistically significant association between Variable X (work-family conflict) and Variable Y (performance conflict among female workers). The motivation behind this research stems from the findings of researchers at PT. X, which indicate that married female professionals encounter challenges in balancing their household and public responsibilities.

Abstract

Dalam 10 tahun terakhir, kurikulum di Indonesia mengalami perubahan untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Cikande, dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: Teknik observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati pelaksanaan pembelajaran; Teknik wawancara kepada guru Pendidikan Pancasila kelas X, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan kelas XII, wakil kepala sekolah bdang kurikulum, dan peserta didik; dan Teknik dokumentasi berupa Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Modul Ajar serta Instrumen Penilaian. Dari hasil penelitian, pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam perencanaan, guru menyusun Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), selanjutnya dalam pelaksanaan guru melakukan perwujudan dari RPP yang telah dipersiapkan serta dalam evaluasi, guru melakukan penilaian dari tiga instrumen, yaitu: penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Sementara, implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam perencanaan guru mempersiapkan perangkat yaitu Modul Ajar, selanjutnya dalam pelaksanaan guru melakukan perwujudan dari Modul Ajar yang telah dipersiapkan serta dalam evaluasi, guru menilai dari instrumen yang telah dipersiapkan diModul Ajar

Abstract

This study examines the problem of the implementation planning process, implementation and results of the implementation of Regent Regulation No. 47 of 2018 concerning restrictions on the operational time of land transport cars on the roads of Kresek district, Tangerang regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of planning, implementation and results of Regent Regulation No. 47 of 2018 concerning restrictions on the operational time of Land Transportation cars on the roads of Kresek district, Tangerang regency. The research method used is descriptive method using qualitative approach by conducting interviews. The results of this study indicate that the planning process for the implementation of Regent Regulation No. 47 of 2018 concerning restrictions on the operational time of land transport cars on the roads of Kresek subdistrict, Tangerang regency, is based on the Regent's policy so that the state conditions in the tangerang Regency area can reduce the problems that occur, the implementation of most, less dust and slippery roads when it rains and less traffic accidents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas seputar upaya promosi budaya dan penguatan identitas kewarganegaraan, hambatan dan tantangan dari setiap kegiatan seni yang dilakukan serta faktor pendukungnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi dari Dewan Kesenian Kota Tangerang dalam mempromosikan budaya di Kota Tangerang sebagai upaya memperkuat identitas kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menyatakan Dewan Kesenian Kota Tangerang adalah organisasi yang berdiri sendiri dan bergerak di bidang seni budaya serta tidak bernaung dengan suatu organisasi massa apapun, namun memiliki hubungan yang sinergis dengan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang, selanjutnya telah melakukan strategi yang diperlukan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan tertentu melalui upaya dengan berbagai media promosi budaya, melalui strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran agar para generasi muda lebih mencintai budaya dari daerahnya. Penelitian ini perlu dibahas lebih lanjut karena diharapkan bisa menjadi tujuan akhir yaitu memperkuat identitas kewarganegaraan, kemudian ditemukan adanya hambatan dan tantangan yang sering muncul seperti pendanaan, perizinan dan perbedaan pendapat, disamping itu, adanya faktor pendukung yang berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal selama pelaksanaan kegiatan kesenian. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya Dewan Kesenian Kota Tangerang telah melakukan strategi promosi budaya dan penguatan identitas kewarganegaraan dengan memaksimalkan art area, art activity, new artist sehingga dapat berdampak langsung terhadap masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dari setiap kegiatan yang diadakan oleh Dewan Kesenian Kota Tangerang serta mengembangkan kreativitas berkesenian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in students' learning interests, and to determine whether there is influence of YouTube media on students' learning interests in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a “quasi experimental” method. The population is class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran with a total of 241 students. The samples used were 58 samples taken from control class and experimental class. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the results of the learning interest of the experimental class and the control class with the results of the independent sample T-test obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 > 0.05. In the linear regression results, the results obtained were Tcount > Ttable, namely (4.650 > 1.701), so that the YouTube media had a significant effect on the learning interest of the experimental class students.

Abstract

The study aims to know: (1) a work program in disaster alert caduna, (2) to know the factors behind and impediment to the implementation of the socially conscious character of the disaster alert in the city of cilegon. The study involves a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is conducted with interviews, observation, and documentation and data analysis and triangulation. This study suggests that tagana's work program of the city of cilegon was designed in a comprehensive way, involving stages that included prabdisaster, disaster relief, and post disaster recovery. Moreover, implementation of social concern character at every stage of a tagana work program demonstrates a commitment to provide effective and sustained help to affected communities. In the aspect of prabdisaster, a preventive approach and preparation before disaster are considered crucial, while in times of disaster, a quick and effective response is needed. It also focuses on post disaster recovery, including actions such as search and relief, medical assistance, evacuation, relief distribution, psychosocial counseling, education, and reporting and coordination. Then, contributing factors in this process include community participation that is considered a key element in disaster relief. Stakeholder coordination is also identified as a critical contributing factor to ensure an effective and coordinated response in disaster situations. As for the disruptive factors that can affect the implementation of the social care character in tagana city cilegon, which isa diversity of human resources in organizations, financial and equipment limitations, technical difficulties in the field, activation of varying members, and resource limitations in general are a challenge faced.

Abstract

The teaching and learning of Pancasila and Civic Education in 8th grade of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsN) 1 serang city tends to be implemented in a teacher-centered manner in terms of learning outcomes, while the students have not yet reached the minimum completion criteria (KKM). Therefore, the author tried to conduct research on the influence of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model on cognitive learning outcomes for 8th grades of MTs. Negeri 1 Serang city. This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model on cognitive learning outcomes in Civics subjects in 8th grade of MTS Negeri 1 Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach, the experiment method with a sample of class VIII A students as the control class and class VIII B as the experimental class. In the experimental class, learning uses the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model, while in the control class uses the conventional learning model. To measure learning outcomes in both classes, test techniques were used with instruments in the form of multiple-choice questions. Based on the hypothesis test using the Mann Whitney test, the asymp value was obtained. sig (2-taliled) is 0.000. The value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that the use of the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning model has an influence on the cognitive learning outcomes of Civic Education subjects for 8th grade of MTs 1 Serang City for the year academic of 2023/2024. Thus, it is concluded that "Hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Pondok Pesantren Al-Fathaniyah Serang dalam menerapkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti menemukan bahwa pesantren berperan aktif mengimplementasikan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui berbagai kegiatan. Pesantren berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang baik dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila, mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, dan menanamkan sikap toleransi serta gotong royong. Meski menghadapi tantangan dalam penyesuaian kurikulum, pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk santri sebagai warga negara berintegritas. Peneliti menyimpulkan perlunya upaya berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi antara pesantren, pemerintah, dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan peran ini dalam pengembangan pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang holistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansinya pengaruh model pembelajaran examples non examples terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik purposive sampling dan kelas yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini ialah kelas IX D (Kelas Eksperimen) dan kelas IX C (Kelas Kontrol). Untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa tes tertulis dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 butir soal yang telah melalui tahap validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan dua kelas tersebut dimana hasil keduanya berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Independent Sampel T-Test mendapatkan hasil adanya pengaruh yang signifikan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan dimana diperoleh nilai rhitung sig(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < rtabel yaitu 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran examples non examples terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (quasi eksperimen pada peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran) pada materi keberagaman masyarakat dalam bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika.
