Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease is a very dangerous disease that is often not seriously considered with the effects of this disease which leads to death. More than 26 million people in the United States are not aware of their kidney disease, only 8% of them begin to realize the disease, each body must be known early whether or not the body condition / / by diagnosing it, in this study classifications will be carried out on the diagnostic data attributes Chronic kidney disease aims to simplify the process of classifying symptoms and making decisions on the diagnosis of kidney disease, this process is carried out using a data mining classification approach using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method

Abstract

To improve student learning achievement, the learning process must take place well with the support of teachers who have competence, and the spirit of the teacher. In the current situation, schools do not have a system that can help assess the level of teaching success from a teacher to students at school, so that the principal and parents of students cannot know the success of teachers in teaching and guiding students. Realizing this problem, the writer is interested in building a decision support system by comparing 2 methods. Researchers will use the Weight Product and Simple Addictive Weighting methods. At this stage the results of the calculation of the Weight Product method will be compared with the results of the calculation of the Simple Additive Weighting method. Where the results of the comparison are that there are results that are not too significant but the results of the comparison are more dominant towards the SAW method. The accuracy of the SAW method reaches a value of 90% because there is a normalization process from the original alternative value. As for the WP method, it only uses a weighting of the existing alternatives.

Abstract

Abstract - Asahan University is one of the private universities in North Sumatra which has Institution B accreditation in 2019 which is led by the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ibnu Hajar, M.Sc, Asahan University has a Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) that regulates the process of conducting research and service of lecturers in Asahan University, but the current problem is that the selection system still uses manual methods by checking data such as whether the uploads research or dedication, looks at proposals submitted by lecturers to LPPM, lecturers' biodata, details of fees, looks at the feasibility of research and service titles. To overcome the current problems in determining the selection of internal grant funding at Asahan University by applying the SAW method calculation algorithm from each of the criteria such as preliminary criteria, literature review criteria, criteria of research and technology research criteria, research method criteria, language criteria and the output criteria from the calculation results is a decision whether or not the lecturer is entitled to get help. From the results of this study, the applications generated are following the existing provisions to overcome the problems that occur at Asahan University LPPM.Keywords - Asahan University, LPPM, Decision Making System, Internal Hibah, Research and Service, SAW Method Abstrak - Universitas Asahan merupakan salah satu Universitas swasta yang ada di Sumatera Utara yang memiliki akreditasi Institusi  B pada tahun 2019 yang di  pimpin oleh Rektor  Prof. Dr.  Ibnu Hajar, M.Si, Universitas Asahan memiliki Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) yang mengatur proses pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengabdian dosen yang ada di lingkungan Universitas  Asahan, namun masalah saat ini sistem seleksi masih menggunakan cara manual dengan mengecek data-data seperti apakah dia mengunggah penelitian atau pengabdian, melihat proposal yang diajukan dosen ke LPPM, biodata dosen, rincian biaya, melihat kelayakan judul penelitian  dan pengabdian. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi saat ini pada penentuan seleksi penerimaan dana  hibah internal yang ada di Universitas Asahan dengan cara menerapkan algoritma perhitungan metode SAW dari tiap-tiap keriteria seperti kriteria pendahuluan, kriteria kajian pustaka, kriteria ungga ristekdikti, kriteria metode penelitian, kriteria bahasa dan kriteria luaran dari hasil perhitungan didapat suatu keputusan berhak atau tidaknya dosen mendapatkan bantuan. Dari hasil penelitian ini aplikasi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada untuk mengatasi masalah yang  terjadi pada LPPM Universitas Asahan.Kata Kunci  -   Universitas Asahan, LPPM, Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan, Hibah Internal, Penelitian dan Pengabdian, Metode SAW

Abstract

The problems that can be seen in the company are related to performance including there are still employees who have poor performance, seen from some employees who often violate regulations. In addition, there are still employee performance qualities that are not in accordance with the company's expectations, the persistence and hard work of employees at work are still low and have not shown satisfying results for the company. Many employees who are not disciplined in work, such as working hours are often used for resting. From the research results show to improve performance among employees at PT. Permata Hijau Palm Oleo (PHPO) Belawan is made based on criteria For each employee value data consisting of discrete (crisp) values, the simulation value will then be made. The simulation value is a value that represents each quality achievement standard with a value range of 0 – 100. In this case, a range of values for the simulation can be made as follows : Nilai 0 dan 1 memiliki rentang nilai 0 – 50, nilai 2 memiliki rentang nilai 51 – 75, Nilai 3 memiliki rentang nilai 76 – 100

Abstract

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits. Based on the background of the problem, namely how to design and make a decision support system for selecting banking products according to customer needs in BNI using the multi-factor evaluation process method. The purpose of designing and making this decision support system is aimed at BNI customers or prospective customers in choosing the right deposit banking product as needed. In the process of opening an account at BNI, currently customer service is experiencing problems in the service time for opening an account which is getting longer. This is because the customer, when it comes to customer service, is still unable to determine which deposit product to choose, so customer service must explain all types of savings products at BNI. For this reason, the authors provide alternative solutions to problems by creating a decision support system for selecting banking products to the appropriate customer needs at BNI with the multi-factor evaluation process method. This decision support system is hoped to be able to help customer service at BNI so that the account opening process is faster and customers can get banking products that suit their needs without a long time.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) Untuk Menentukan Produksi Kopra Menjadi Santan Bubuk adalah sebuah software yang berfungsi untuk membantu atau mempermudah Perusahaan dalam menentukan layak atau tidak nya kopra yang akan diolah oleh perusahaan dan kemudian dijadikan santan bubuk. Software yang dirancang ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) secara garis besarnya, dan merupakan metode penjumlahan terbobot. Konsep dasar dari metode SAW yang digunakan dalam software tersebut adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut atau variabel data. Variabel yang terdapat pada Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) dalam pemilihan buah kelapa yang akan dijadikan santan bubuk terlebih dahulu ditentukan dari beberapa bobot. Bobot-bobot tersebut haruslah dapat dipenuhi secara maksimal ataupun paling mendekati untuk memperoleh jawaban layak atau tidak nya kelapa tersebut untuk dijadikan santan bubuk. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), Software, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Variabel

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, evaluasi proses pembelajaran ditandai dengan bagaimana keberhasilan seorang dosen bisa mengarahkan dan memberi pemahaman kepada mahasiswa tentang tema, target, tujuan dari suatu materi perkuliahan. Tahapan pembelajaran pada evaluasi penggunaan pembuatan soal-soal quiz, latihan baik secara online maupun offline dengan pemanfaatan media internet.Karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk dapat memanfaatkan, apalagi mampu memproduk piranti lunak yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media belajar-mengajar. Selain untuk keperluan presentasi yang biasanya guru menggunakan Ms Powerpoint atau untuk keperluan berkomunikasi secara online melalui blog maupun media sosial, guru juga perlu memanfaatkan alat bantu bantu dalam membuat soal-soal atau kuis sebagai sarana evaluasi hasil belajar perserta didik.Ada banyak software, baikgratis (freeware) maupun berbayar yang disediakan oleh para pengembang media yang fungsinya untuk membantu pembuatan soal-soal di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Diwilayah pesisir banyak masyarakat yang berprofesi menjadi nelayan untuk memenuhi keperluan hidupnya. Akan tetapi kurang bijaknya beberapa nelayan di wilayah pesisir dalam melakukan penangkapan sehingga menimbulkan beberapa permasalah di bidang perikanan dan kelautan. Dan sekian banyak permasalahan di dalam perikanan yang sering terjadi salah satu nya adalah kerusakan ekosistem yang disebabkan oleh para nelayan yang menangkap dengan alat tangkap ilegal seperti dengan pukat harimau ataupun bahan peledak sehingga dapat merusak ekosistem dari laut. Walaupun tidak semua nelayan menangkap ikan dengan ilegal ada juga nelayan yang masih menggunakan penangkapan ikan dengan metode tradisional misalnya jaring. Selain itu juga sering terjadi pembuangan sampah dan limbah berbahaya ke laut oleh beberapa oknum-oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab sehingga air laut akan tercemar, maka dari itu permasalahan kerusakan ekosistem laut adalah masalah yang harus diberi perhatian khusus bagi masyarakat dan juga pemerintah mengingat bahwa laut merupakan sumber daya kehidupan yang banyak digunakan serta bermanfaat bagi manusia. Dan Indonesia merupakan poros maritim didunia sehingga menjadi tanggung jawab yang besar untuk pelestarian laut di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the superior students in a school based on the achievements of the students. To solve this problem, the writer uses the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. MOORA is a relatively simple method that can rank a number of alternatives by subtracting the previously weighted benefit and cost criteria. The results showed that the highest ranking value was found in alternative A1 with a result of 0.1906 and followed by alternative A2 with a result of 0.1901.

Abstract

Cash Direct Assistance is a program from the government due to the covid-19 pandemic conditions where with this Cash Direct Assistance is expected to be able to help restore the economy of people affected by government policies to stay at home and maintain their respective health. In determining the recipients of this assistance, the smallest government, namely the village government, still uses manual selection according to the criteria so that it requires a lot of time and high accuracy and a sophisticated application program is needed to overcome it. So in the design of the BLT Dana Desa application, the author designed using the PHP programming language with a decision-making system based on the SMART method where this application system was designed based on changing the processing system in the manual assessment of the recipient's family who was directly selected, now the author changes the assessment system for prospective recipients of cash direct assistance based on an application where this application will facilitate the determination of eligible families get assistance through a government program, namely direct cash assistance for village funds.
