Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of flipped classroom-based blended learning on students' critical thinking skills. This study is a type of meta-analysis research. Data sources come from 14 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of finding data sources comes from Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, ScienceDirect and PLoS ONE. Keywords search for blended learning data, blended learning based on flipped classroom, and the effectiveness of blended learning based on flipped classroom on students' critical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques with the help of JSAP applications. The results of the study concluded that the average value of effect size (ES = 0.838) high sizeeffect category and standard error of 0.109 . These findings explain that the flipped classroom-based blended learning model has a positive influence on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The theory used in this paper is the theory of management of organizations and human resources by focusing more on faktorkomitmen organasasi, competence, work ability and work performance to be the variables in this study. The method used in this research is a survey approach.this type of research is descriptive and quantitative nature of the research is the explanation. Method of data collection is by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The population is all employees at the Department of Population and Civil registration District of Asahan yaitu31pegawai and set the number of samples of the entire population that there are as many as 31pegawai. Based on the multiple linear equation which is obtained as the following that Ŷ = 2,933+ 0,394 X1 + 0,292 X2 + 0,469 X3 + e. In these equations it can be seen that organizational commitment (X1), competence (X2) and work ability(X3) has a positive regression coefficient that prove its contribution to job performance (Y) of employees in the Department of Population and Civil registration Asahan District in the regression model. Testing simultaneously shows that the value of Fcount (231,921) is large compared with the value of Ftable (2,96), and sig. α (0,000 a) is smaller than alpha 5% (0,05). This shows that the variable of organizational commitment, competence and ability to work in serempakberpengaruh on employee job performance in the Department of Population and Civil registration District of Asahan. Partial test results obtained for the organizational commitment (3,262), competence(2,984) and work ability(5,593).Thus the partial dominant influence on employee job performance in the Department of Population and Civil registration District of Asahan is a variable ability to work.

Abstract

UNCOVERING GEN Z SELF-DIAGNOSIS TRENDS: MOTIVES FOR USING MENTAL HEALTH CALCULATORS ON SOCIAL MEDIA The awareness of mental health among Gen Z is increasing, thanks to public campaigns and intensive education Information technology, especially the internet and social media, plays a crucial role in raising this awareness A study by the Pew Research Center shows that 81 percent of Gen Z seek health information online Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube provide space for mental health professionals and influencers to share knowledge and support, making it easier for Gen Z to access information and assistance. The research used a qualitative method with an phenomenology study of Alfred Suztch with analysis of Phenomenology theory and Symbolic Interaction Theory by George Herbert Mead based on constructivist paradigm. That Gen Z use this calculator for validation and understanding of their conditions, but often without appropriate professional follow-up. These findings emphasize the importance of education and professional support in the use of mental health technology to help Gen Z more effectively and avoid the risk of misinformation. there is a risk of misinformation from using online tools such as mental health calculators that can provide inaccurate diagnoses and cause excessive anxiety. Therefore, it is important to educate Gen Z on the use of these tools and ensure they get adequate professional support to deal with mental health issues effectively. Kesadaran kesehatan mental di kalangan Gen Z mulai meningkat, berkat kampanye publik dan edukasi yang gencar. Teknologi informasi, terutama internet dan media sosial, memainkan peran penting dalam peningkatan kesadaran ini. Studi Pew Research Center menunjukkan 81 persen Gen Z mencari informasi kesehatan di internet. Platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube menyediakan ruang bagi profesional kesehatan mental dan influencer untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan dukungan, memudahkan Gen Z mengakses informasi dan bantuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi Alfred Suztch dengan analisis teori fenomenologi dan teori interaksional Simbolik George Herbert Mead didasari paradigma konstruktivis. Setelah melakukan penelitian peneliti menemukan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa Gen Z menggunakan kalkulator ini untuk validasi dan memahami kondisi mereka, namun seringkali tanpa tindak lanjut profesional yang tepat. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi dan dukungan profesional dalam penggunaan teknologi kesehatan mental agar dapat membantu Gen Z secara lebih efektif dan menghindari risiko misinformasi. Ada risiko misinformasi dari penggunaan alat online seperti kalkulator kesehatan mental yang dapat memberikan diagnosis tidak akurat dan menimbulkan kecemasan berlebihan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengedukasi Gen Z mengenai penggunaan alat-alat ini dan memastikan mereka mendapatkan dukungan profesional yang memadai.

Abstract

This final project is entitled "Redesign of Electrical Installations in the Plantation Technology Laboratory Building of Ketapang State Polytechnic." This study aims to redesign the electrical installations in the laboratory building to make them more efficient and safe. The methodology used includes analysis of existing conditions, calculation of electricity needs, and redesign of electrical installations in accordance with applicable standards. The results of this study are expected to provide optimal solutions in meeting the electricity needs of buildings, improving safety, and energy efficiency. The redesign of the installation must meet existing provisions and meet the things based on: reliability, accessibility, availability, beauty, security, and economy. The problem discussed is the redesign of electricity in the plantation technology laboratory building of Ketapang State Polytechnic including the number of light points and power installations including conductor sockets in the laboratory building. Abstract

Dewasa ini, Perkembangan UMKM jumlahnya telah meningkat pesat, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah memberikan kontribusi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja rata-rata sebesar 96,66% terhadap total keseluruhan tenaga kerja nasional. Dalam rangka implementasi kebijakan Otonomi Daerah yaitu melaksanakan pembangunan ekonomi secara merata untuk semua daerah maka pembangunan di wilayah pedesaan menjadi perhatian masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu, realita perkembangan UMKM masih sangat sulit diterapkan khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Penduduk dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan, hidup dalam kegiatan usaha kecil di sektor tradisional, infrastruktur dan akses pemerintahan yang terbatas menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Maka dari itu, kelompok wirausahawan desa (Entrepreneurs Village) melalui pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) hadir sebagai suatu solusi dari sistem perekonomian yang efektif memudahkan masyarakat untuk siap bersaing dalam pasar global. Dengan tujuan untuk memperluas kesempatan kerja, pemerataan pendapatan, pengentasan kemiskinan, terciptanya wirausahawan desa (Entrepreneurs Village) sehingga mendorong kebijakan untuk melakukan perbaikan infrastruktur, teknologi, permodalan, dan kelembagaan UMKM. Manfaat gagasan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat, pemerintah, peneliti maupun akademisi dalam merencanakan programprogram terbaru yang memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi Negara. Oleh karenanya, Usaha Mikro, kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian lokal daerah dalam egimenggerakkan aktivitas ekonomi ke tingkat internasional. Dalam rangka implementasi, perencanaan, pemberdayaan, dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) regulasi dari pemerintah yang diperlukan untuk memberikan peluang berkembangnya UMKM di pedesaan meliputi perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, akses perbankan, pembinaan SDM, Pengembangan Jaringan Usaha, Pemasaran dan Kemitraan Usaha serta perbaikan iklim ekonomi yang lebih baik untuk mendukung eksistensi masyarakat menghadapi persaingan ekonomi di tengah pasar global.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau kelompok yang bertujuan untuk membangun ekonomi. Usaha Mikro Kecil Mennegah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan juga dalam tumbuhnya ekonomi serta tenaga kerja dan distribusi hasil pembangunan. Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dipandang memiliki prospek masa depan yang baik. Manfaat Usaha Mikro Kecil Menegah (UMKM) bagi perekonomian nasional antara lain: membuka lapangan pekerjaan, menjadi penyumbang terbesar nilai produk domestik bruto, salah satu solusi efektif bagi permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat kelas kecil dan menengah. Sedangkan manfaat Usaha Mikro Kecil Mennegah (UMKM) dalam ekonomi adalah meningkatkan pendapatan, memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya mendapatkan pengalaman berwirausaha, memperkecil angka pengangguran, mempererat rasa kebersamaan, mengembangkan potensi masyarakat, mengembangkan usaha yang telah ada sebelumnya, serta menumbuhkan rasa ingin maju dan tujuan paling utama adalah untuk membangun ekonomi. Dengan tujuan utama membangun ekonomi untuk mendorong kebijakan untuk melakukan perbaikan infrastruktur, teknologi, permodalan, dan kelembagaan UMKM. Manfaat gagasan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat, pemerintah, peneliti maupun akademisi dalam merencanakan programprogram terbaru yang memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi Negara. Oleh karenanya, Usaha Mikro, kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun ekonomi dalam menggerakkan aktivitas ekonomi sampai ke tingkat nasional.

Abstract

In developing countries the necessity and the possibilities to manufacture machines locally are inc!easing. Often be necessary equipment, machines, material and the skilled labour as well as technical staff are available, but what is missing is the information and the know-how. One category of machines used to harness walet power and which can be produced locally, are water turbines. In some countries there is an established tradition in the production, installing and running of small water mills. Often these are units with simple vertical axis wheels or are large water wheels. For example, one country with experience on vertical axis water wheels.This research summarizes the simple calculations for designing a Pelton turbine with a head of water falling of 1130 m, with a discharge of Q = 28.5 m3/s, so that based on the calculations, a power of P = 288 MW is obtained.

energy as a source of electrical energy, both solar, wind, hydro and other renewable energy sources, a potential source of uranium in Indonesia.What needs attention is how to design energy policies to use each type of energy optimally, so as to avoid over-exploitation of fossil energy on the one hand, and on the other hand prevent neglect of renewable energy sources.
