Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan PKM di KWT Harapan Jaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT Harapan Jaya dalam melakukan pengemasar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT Harapan Jaya dalam melakukan pemasaran. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra (Kelompok Wanita Tani Harapan Jaya) adalah dengan cara pendekatan partisipatif aktif secara berkelanjutan antara tim pengusul dengan mitra. Tim pengusul sebagai pengendali Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang berperan aktif melakukan pendampingan dan pembinaan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan kepada mitra. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di KWT harapan jaya menunjukan peningktan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT, mulai dari praktik pengemasan produk, sampai dengan praktik pemasaran produk meggunakan media market place facebook dan Instagram.

Abstract

A marketing system is efficient if it is able to deliver production results to consumers at the lowest possible cost and relatively even margins to the actors involved. But in reality, when production is in surplus while demand is not, it causes the market mechanism to produce price distortions. This study aims to analyze the rice marketing system with an organizational approach and market demand (market trends, market demand functions, and price elasticity). The data is obtained from the relevant authorities as well as from observations and internet searches. The results showed that the marketing actors for unhusked rice/rice consisted of collectors, rice millers, inter-district traders, and retailers where almost half of the profits were enjoyed by rice mills. The results of the market demand function analysis show that rice consumption will tend to decrease if there is an increase in rice prices. Consumers will divert some of their consumption expenditure on rice substitute products. The results of market trend analysis show that rice consumption has a positive trend over time. Keywords:  Market Demand,  Market Trends, Organizational Approach, Price Elasticity, Rice Marketing System.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the types and utilization of ICT, (2) analyzing business profits and the effect of ICT adoption on MSME revenue performance, and (3) analyzing factors affecting the ICT adoption of processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province. This research was conducted in Lampung Province, covering Bandar Lampung City, Central Lampung Regency, Pringsewu Regency, South Lampung Regency, Metro City, and Pesawaran Regency. Locasi is determined intentionally (purposive), considering that the location has adequate ICT facilities and access. The samples from this research were MSME actors in the production of superior processed foods, especially banana chips, cassava chips, emping melinjo, tempe chips, eyek-eyek, crackers, jackfruit chips, and kelanting based on the KJPU in Lampung Province. This study used a sample of 40 respondents. This research is a survey method. The data used in this study were divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The data are tabulated, mathematically analyzed, and statistically analyzed according to the purpose of the study. The results showed that the highest level of ICT use used by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province, namely mobile phones, reached 95%. The most widely used social media whatsapp reached 77.5%. The most widely used use of the marketplace is the shoppe marketplace, but the use of the marketplace as a marketing medium for processed food MSME products is relatively low, only reaching 30%. Internet usage is quite high, reaching 82.5% and respondents think that the internet has an important role in marketing products, communicating with customers, and finding packaging information and product labels. Adopsi of ICT by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province is still relatively low. Business revenues for processed food MSME actors were obtained by IDR 4,213,737.50, business profits obtained by IDR 2,448,951.73 in 2021. The level of ICT use has a significant influence on the performance of Processed Food MSMEs.

Abstract

PT LG merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang peternakan khususnya peternakan ayam petelur. Pemeliharaan ayam petelur membutuhkan penanganan yang baik agar dapat menghasilkan ayam dengan kualitas telur yang optimal. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan penerapan Good Farming Practice (GFP) pada perusahaan sebagai pedoman budi daya ternak ayam petelur yang baik. Sistem pemeliharaan yang diterapkan dengan baik dapat menekan angka kematian pada ternak menjadi lebih rendah, sehingga jumlah telur yang diproduksi dapat meningkat. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi kegiatan proses produksi telur dan (2) Menjelakan penerapan Good Farming Practice (GFP) di PT LG. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah ini adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Kegiatan proses produksi di peternakan ayam petelur pada PT LG terdiri dari pemilihan jenis bibit ayam, pemberian pakan, pemberian air minum, pengaturan suhu kandang, dan pengendalian penyakit, sehingga perlu membangun kandang isolasi dan sistem biosecurity farm yang mendukung. Penerapan Good Farming Practice (GFP) menjadi pedoman budidaya ternak ayam petelur yang baik berdasarkan Permentan Nomor: 31/Permentan/OT.140/2/2014 bagi peternakan pada PT LG agar tingkat mortalitasnya berada dalam batas toleransi (0,01-0,3%).

Abstract

Coffee ready to drink merupakan salah satu solusi meminum kopi ditengah aktifitas masyarakat, kopi siap minum kian berkembang dengan munculnya life style masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi kopi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen yang mengkonsumsi coffee ready to drink, Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara accidental sampling. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan responden yang mengkonsumsi coffee ready to drink di dominasi oleh wanita dengan usia muda 20-25 tahun dan Pendidikan sarjana serta berstatus sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa.
