Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of both partial and simultaneous about the characteristics of work and work environment on employee job satisfaction on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch of Mataram. The type of research used in this study is an associative research. The sample in this study is the total number of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Mataram. While data analysis is generated through SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis, partial determination, F test and t test. The results showed that job characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously through F test, work characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction where the value of f count is higher than f table that is equal to 171.098 > 3.20. Work environment is the most dominant variable to affecting employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination also shows that the ability of independent variable consisting of work characteristic and work environment in explaining variation of dependent variable is considered high enough. It can be seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination that is equal to 0.876 or 87.6%. Furthermore, the residual value of adjusted R square (0.124 or 12.4%) is the influence by other variables which is not included in this research study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions of cakes at UD Ratna Cake & Cookies as well as to obtain information about the variables that have the most dominant influence on the purchase decision. This type of research is associative, while the technique of collecting data is through observation and interviews with questionnaires as an instrument. Data analysis was first conducted to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, followed by a classic assumption test including normality test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Then performed multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test to determine the truth of the hypothesis and is followed by the analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed the following equation Y = 0.354 + 0,230X₁ + 0,184X₂ + 0,517X₃. These results suggest that price, promotion and product quality have influence on purchase decisions. Based on t test results obtained at the price variable t <t table (1.698 <1.985) so it is said that the price variable (X₁) had no significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y). On promotion variable results obtained t count> t table (2.022> 1.985) so it is said that the promotion variable (X₂) has a significant influence on purchase decision variable (Y). On quality product variable, it obtained by the t count> t table (4.085> 1.985) so it is said that the variable of product quality (X₃) has a significant influence on variable of purchase decisions (Y). Then based on the F test results obtained F count> F table (32.627> 14.475), which means that the real level of 5%, the price variable (X₁), promotion (X₂), and product quality (X₃) simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase decision variabel (Y). Through coefficient test of determination (R²) obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 50.2%. It means 50.2% variable purchase decisions are influenced by three independent variables which are price, promotion and product quality and the balance of 49.8 influenced enumerated by other variables which not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution channel, and service partially on the purchase decision for brick craft at one of MSMEs named UD Maju Terus in Giri Sasak and to finding out the variabel which having the most dominant effect on the purchase decision. This study used an associative research model. The population in it were all customers of UD Maju Terus. The sampel of this study was as many 60 respondents. The sampel was drawn using purposive sampling technique. The data were gathered by distributing closed questionnaires using Likert scale. They were analysed using multiple liniear regression method. The partial effect were tested by using t-test while the most dominant effect were tested by using Dominant Test (Standardized Coefficient Beta). The result of study tested partially showed that Product (X1), Price (X2). Promotion (X3), Distribution Channel (X4), Service Quality (X5), had significant effects on the purchase decision at UD Maju Terus. This was shown by t-test results where each variabel had a t-count value greater than t-table value. The distribution channel (X4) was the most dominant variable affecting the purchase decision for brick craft at UD Maju Terus, Giri Sasak. The result of the regression equation in this study was Y = 0,0358 + 0,0181 X1 + 0,252 X2 + 0,213 X3 + 0, 284 X4 + 0,165 X5

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan fleksibilitas kerja driver Grab terhadap kinerja dan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening di Mataram. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para driver Grab di Mataram. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling sehingga dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang. Pengujian asumsi klasik termasuk uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis jalur menggunakan program SPSS dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi dan fleksibilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja, sedangkan fleksibilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Ada pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari kompensasi dan fleksibilitas terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education, work experience and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Rajawali Nusindo Mataram. The population of this study were employees at PT Rajawali Nusindo Mataram, the data of this study were obtained by interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research is associative type by using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, it shows that the education variable has a partially insignificant effect on the performance variable, with a value of (-2,680) <1.703. The work experience variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, with a value of 4.632>1.703. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, with a value of 3.096>1.703. Based on the F test, it shows that the variables of education, work experience and organizational commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance variables, with a value of 18.491 > 2.96. Based on the beta test, it shows that the work experience variable has the highest value of 0.543 compared to the variable education and organizational commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Utama Pejanggik. Penelitian merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan karyawan PT Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Utama Pejanggik berjumlah 60 orang serta analisis data menggunakan skala pengukuran, uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan dan parsial. Berdasarkan tabel regresi linear berganda variabel kepribadian memiliki nilai beta sebesar 0,247, variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai beta 0,421, dan komunikasi memiliki nilai beta 0,371. Dari seluruh variabel dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai beta paling tinggi sebesar 0,421, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komunikasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan serta memberikan bekal kemampuan serta keterampilan bagi para pengerajin usaha gula aren dalam upaya mengembangkan usahanya, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatannya. Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para penerajin usaha gula aren di dusun Bentek dan dusun Koloh Berora Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Permasalahan diselesaikandengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan penyuluhan lapangan secara langsung, kemudian melakukan pendampingan manajemen usaha menggunakan metode diskusi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan dengan indikasi adanya perencanaan usaha dengan target penjualan dan harga jual produk yang tepat, adanya peningkatan keterampilanpengerajin gula aren dalam membuat produk higienis, variasi produk serta kemasan dan label yang menarik, meningkatnya wawasan pengerajin tentang promosi secara offline dan online, serta telah memiliki jejaring kerjasama dengan pemasok bahan baku dan para pengecer.
