Abstract

Islam does not prohibit the form of transaction unless there is an element of injustice in it, such as usury, hoarding (ihtikâr), and other fraud, or indicated the transaction may give rise to discord or hostility between human beings, such as the existence or nature spekulasi.Transaction gharar muamalah built on the principle beneficiaries , Opinions that allows murabahah, aiming to ease the problems of human life. Most contemporary scholars who forbid and proscribe the practice murabaha bi li al-amir al-Syira ', due murabaha transactions in Islamic financial institutions (LKS) and Islamic banks is not intended to make buying and selling but just Hilah or tricks to justify usury. LKS or Islamic banks in the transaction murabaha selling items that have not yet been incorporated (bai'al-a'dum), where the Islamic banks and customers promised to do a murabaha transaction. Murabaha instrument is used only as a transitional step taken in the process of Islamization of the economy. To avoid the practice of Murabahah will be stuck on the practice Hilah, bai''înah, bay'atâni fi bay'ah, and bai 'al-ma'dum (sell buy something that does not exist / owned), then the contemporary scholars require some requirements the practice of buying and selling murabaha in the islamic financial institutions, among others: 1). Murabahah is selling a commodity with strong price including a mutually agreed profit margin. 2). LKS or Islamic banks, must have purchased commodities / goods and store in his power, or buy through a third person as his agent before being sold to its customers. But if the direct purchase to the supplier is not practical, it is permissible for customer financing provider to utilize as an agent / representative with the use wakalah to buy necessary commodities on behalf of the financing

Abstract

Science and Technology Program for Communities (IbM) Workshop held in village districts Labuapi West Lombok district, in cooperation with two business partners namely the compost "Youth Self" and the group "Amanah Farmer".Targets and outcomes to be achieved: 1) changing the mindset (mindset) effort compost (organic) can become a core business, not a sideline, 2) improving the skills of the group in the production process, so that the production / sales volumes increased by 25%, 3) skills upgrading business plans, financial records models, models of product packaging. As for the group "Amanah Farmer": 1) the requirement for inorganic fertilizer. 2) expected to be more interested farmers to use compost as compared to non-organic fertilizer for compost fertilizer prices much cheaper and safer for health. Method used: 1) training in management / entrepreneurship, 2) provide equipment and assistance garbage breaking machine usage, 3) assistance to create a model of financial records, packaging products. 4) facilitation prepare a business plan.The results showed that activity, there is a change of mindset in the management group of the Youth Self compost, is no longer a side job, but it will be a business activity to earn revenue. Total production increased by 44%. Packaging compost is better and easier to market. Meanwhile, Amanah Farmer groups, there is a paradigm shift in the use of inorganic fertilizer to organic fertilizer, and have an understanding of the negative impact of the use of inorganic fertilizer. Costs of production, particularly the use of fertilizers decreased by 65.51%, after the use of organic fertilizers. Both groups have a model financial records of the group, and be able to draw up a business plan (business plan) in developing a business

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengeluaran pemerintah di sector pendidikan dan sector kesehatan dapat meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variable mandiri yaitu Pengeluaran Pemerintah di sector pendidikan, pengeluaran pemerintah di sector kesehatan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif berupa data historis selama enam tahun dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2015. Tehnik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan memberikan gambaran bagaimana perkembangan pengeluaran pemerintah di sector pendidikan , sector kesehatan dan gambaran peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Selanjutnya akan dianalisis bagaimana peningkatan IPM tesebut jika terjadi penambahan pengeluaran pemerintah di sector pendidikan maupun di sektor kesehatan dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengeluaran pemerintah pertahun pada sector pendidikan dan sector Kesehatan selama periode penelitian sebesar RP 798.677.174.616 (Rp 659.306.886.038 pengeluaran di sector pendidikan dan 139.370.288.578 pengeluaran di sector kesehatan) atau rata-rata pengeluaran pemerintah sebesar 18,21% pertahun dengan komposisi 15,11 % untuk sector pendidikan dan 3,10% untuk sector kesehatan. Dalam kurun waktu tersebut terjadi kenaikan IPM dari 58,86 pada tahun 2010 menjadi 62,83 pada tahun 2015 atau terdapat kenaikan sebesar 3,97 poin. Jadi dengan pengeluaran pemerintah sebesar tersebut ternyata mampu meningkatkan IPM rata-rata setiap tahunnya adalah 0,794 poin. Dari data tersebut dapat pula digambarkan bahwa setiap ada tambahan pengeluaran biaya pendidikan sebesar 15,11% dan biaya kesehatan sebesar 3,10% maka dapat menaikkan IPM sebesar 0,794 poin. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata IPM di Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebesar “60.96”, ini berarti capaian pembangunan manusianya tergolong kelompok “sedang”. Untuk mempercepat capaian pembangunan manusia dari kelompok “sedang” : 60 ≤ IPM < 70 ke tingkat kelompok “tinggi” yakni: 70 ≤ IPM < 80 maka dibutuhkan tambahan alokasi anggaran untuk sector pendidikan dan sector kesehatan dalam tahun-tahun berikutnya. Dari kondisi ini disarankan agar pemerintah untuk tahun-tahun yang akan datang secara bertahap meningkatkan pengeluarannya di sector pendidikan dan kesehatan agar IPM di kabupaten Lombok Timur dapat segera mewujudkan IPM ke tingkat kelompok “Tinggi”

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the direct influence of motivation on performance; (2) examine the direct influence of motivation on job satisfaction; (3) examine the indirect influence of motivation on performance through job satisfaction; (4) Examine the direct influence of the work environment on performance; (5) Examine the direct influence of the work environment on job satisfaction; (6) Examine the indirect influence of work environment on performance through job satisfaction; (7) Examine the influence of job satisfaction on performance. This research was conducted in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch of Mataram with population of 50 people, the researcher took 45 people as the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire.Analysis method using inferential statistic and path analysis. The results showed: (1) motivation directly has a significant influence on the employee performances; (2) Motivation directly has a significant influence on the employee satisfactions ; (3) Motivation indirectly has no significant influence on performance through job satisfaction. Thus job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of motivation on performance; (4) The work environment directly has a significant influence on the employee's performance; (5) The work environment directly has a significant influence on the employee satisfaction; (6) The work environment indirectly has no significant influence on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of the work environment on performance; (7) Job satisfaction directly has a significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal control and public cparticipation in reducing the tendency of fraud in managing village funds in e Batukliang district of Central Lombok. The research method used a qualitative method approach with descriptive research types. The study was conducted in Batukliang district which consisted of 10 villages. For internal control variables, 10 respondents used were village secretaries taken from each village. While for the variable of public participation used 10 respondents, the respondents used ware one hamlet head for each village taken randomly. The results showed that internal control was seen from the control environment, risk setting, control activities, application of information and monitoring systems, on average 76% of respondents gave very important answers, 8% answered their roles and 16% answered enough to play a role. So it can be concluded that internal control plays an important role in reducing the fraud tendency of managing village funds in Batukliang district of Central Lombok. While community participation both in terms of planning and implementation aspects play a very important role in reducing the fraud tendency in the managing the village funds in the Batukliang district of Central Lombok Regency because 100% of respondents gave very role answer

Abstract

This study aims to estimate receipts revenue (PAD) in North Lombok regency. By estimating local authorities have an idea of the extent of his ability to run the regional autonomy in the future. This type of research is classified as descriptive research. Variables to be researched the development of revenue (PAD) using data periodically from 2009 to 2015. Analysis of the data regarding our reception area while using the descriptive analysis to estimate the acceptance of PAD using analytical tools Trend Linear Least Squares Method (Method of Least Square). The results showed that the income of acceptance Realization (PAD) in 2009 up to 2015, an average of 59.9% comes from local tax revenue, 13.5% of the levies, 1.9% Income results Wealth Management Areas separated and 24.7% of the other legal PAD. Realization of local revenues derived from PAD 10.47%, 87.70% came from revenue transfer, and 1.83% comes from other legitimate income areas. Thus it can be said that the contribution of revenue from PAD to total local revenues in North Lombok is very little that is 10.47%. This indicates that the level of Financial dependencies North Lombok regency government against the central government is very high, especially from Central Government Transfers - Balance Fund. The average growth in revenue during the year of observation in 2009 to 2015 is still low in terms of quantity as well as with the average estimate of PAD acceptance for the future that is 2016 and 2020 are also low in terms of quantity despite estimated revenue estimation PAD terms the percentage will be increased by an average 20% per annum or at Rp 328,983,938,234.31 year

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of exports, imports and macroeconomic variables on the movement of the stock price index of the agricultural sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The research data were secondary data for the 2000-2019 observation period. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS application. Hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test for partial testing and testing the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the export variable had a positive and insignificant effect, imports had a positive and insignificant effect, the rupiah exchange rate had an insignificant negative effect, inflation had a non-significant positive effect, and bank interest rates had an insignificant negative effect on the stock price index of the agricultural sector. The ability of the independent variable is only able to explain 50.60% of the stock price of the agricultural sector, the remaining 49.40% is influenced by other variables outside the model. This means that the variables studied in this study are not sufficient to explain the dependent variable, so that potential investors are strongly encouraged to consider other variables before making investment decisions

Abstract

The human development index as an indicator in measuring of the development of a country or a region reflects the improvement in the quality of human resources that must be achieved as a goal of sustainable development proclaimed by the United Nations Development Program. West Nusa Tenggara Province as one of the provinces in Indonesia with a human development index which is in the medium level category in 2021 (68,65), is still below the average national human development index (71,94, 2020 ). This is a research with documentation data collection method, aims to determine the effect of strategic variables that are components in measuring the human development index, namely poverty level, dependency ratio, average length of schooling and life expectancy of the population, during the period 2015 – 2021. The result show that the poverty rate and population dependency ratio have a negative effect on the human development index while the average length of schooling and life expectancy show a positive effect. The provincial government of West Nusa Tenggara, is expected to accelerate development programs, especially those strategic variables used to increase the achievement of the human development index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education, work experience and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Rajawali Nusindo Mataram. The population of this study were employees at PT Rajawali Nusindo Mataram, the data of this study were obtained by interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research is associative type by using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, it shows that the education variable has a partially insignificant effect on the performance variable, with a value of (-2,680) <1.703. The work experience variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, with a value of 4.632>1.703. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, with a value of 3.096>1.703. Based on the F test, it shows that the variables of education, work experience and organizational commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance variables, with a value of 18.491 > 2.96. Based on the beta test, it shows that the work experience variable has the highest value of 0.543 compared to the variable education and organizational commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Utama Pejanggik. Penelitian merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan karyawan PT Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Utama Pejanggik berjumlah 60 orang serta analisis data menggunakan skala pengukuran, uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan dan parsial. Berdasarkan tabel regresi linear berganda variabel kepribadian memiliki nilai beta sebesar 0,247, variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai beta 0,421, dan komunikasi memiliki nilai beta 0,371. Dari seluruh variabel dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki nilai beta paling tinggi sebesar 0,421, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komunikasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.
