Abstract

Outcomes. Academic Year 2022/2023. Thesis. Muhammadiyah Bone University Economic Education Study Program. Supervised by Supervisor Ir. Basri M.Si and Supervisor II Hamka, S.E.M Si. This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of critical thinking skills partially on student learning outcomes, (2) the influence of partial learning independence on student learning outcomes and (3) the influence of critical thinking skills and learning independence simultaneously on student learning outcomes. results. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 18 Bone. The research approach is ex post facto. The population in this study were all students in class XI IIS of SMA Negeri 18 Bone, totaling 32 people consisting of 18 men and 14 women. The sample was determined using full sampling. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that: Critical thinking skills have a partially positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 18 Bone students, because the P-value is 0.000 < 0.05 or the calculated t value is 6.521 > t table in df (30) is 2.042. Learning independence has a partially positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 18 Bone students, because the P-value is 0.001 < 0.05 or the calculated t value is 3.760 > t table in df (30) is 2.04. The ability to think critically and independently learn simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 18 Bone students as indicated by a significant value of 0.00 (sig 0.00 < 0.05) and a calculated F value of 119.915 > the F table value in df (2)(30) is 19.50.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how prepared teachers are in facing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 3 Palakka, Bone Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively statistically through frequency tables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that teacher readiness in facing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 3 Palakka is in the high readiness category. This is in accordance with the results of the data recapitulation which consists of five indicators, of which there is one indicator in the Sufficient category, namely the indicator of technology use. Meanwhile, indicators in the high category are four indicators, namely curriculum indicators, lesson plans, teaching materials and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study examines the complex terrain of property rights in Indonesia, revealing gaps, historical trends, legislative impact, and theoretical insights. The method used is qualitative. Legal writings (constitutions, statutes, commentaries), court decisions, policy papers, and historical records relating to property and land rights law in Indonesia were considered as the primary research sources. Data were analysed using triangulation and N-Vivo. The results show that modern property law is the result of historical developments characterised by post-independence changes and colonial legacies. A careful balance is required to address the challenges posed by the encroachment of economic interests on legislative provisions intended to protect people's rights. The weaknesses and contradictions found in the legislative framework highlight the need for flexible solutions to meet the changing demands of society. The intersection between Islamic law, state law and customary law is best understood through the lens of legal pluralism theory. The consequences for marginalized groups highlight the urgency to prioritize their rights, which requires community engagement and participatory legal reform. The theoretical implications of legal pluralism support it as an analytical instrument, and the comparative analysis places Indonesia in a global context and offers suggestions for useful policy responses. The study concludes by recommending a flexible legal framework, international cooperation, and further investigation to support a more inclusive and egalitarian understanding of land rights in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA di MA DDI Massenreng Pulu yang berjumlah 27 siswa yang terdiri dari,12 perempuan dan 15 laki-laki. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket/kuesioner. Dan tekhnik analisis data yaitu uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas, uji Normalitas, uji Linearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Setelah peneliti memperoleh data dari penyebaran angket kemudian dilakukan olah data dalam analisis pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS 26 diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dibandingkan probability yaitu sebesar 0.004 < 0.05 maka kesimpulannya variabel x berpengaruh terhadap variabel y atau model regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksikan pengaruh variabel x terhadap variabel y.

Abstract

Tujuan penulis mengadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa Pengaruh Efektifitas Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa, serta memberikan masukan yang berharga kepada pihak sekolah khususnya XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Bone, bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual dapat berpengaruh minat belajar siswa, dan untuk memperoleh pengalaman praktis dengan bidang penelitian yang bersifat ilmiah yang dapat disumbangkan kepada dunia pendidikan pada khususnya.Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dependet variable (variable bebas) dan independent variable (Variabel terikat). Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual sebgai variable bebas dengan simbol X. Minat belajar sebagai variable terikat dengan simbol Y. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex post facto yang bersifat kolerasional. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Bone yang berjumlah 132 orang. Penelitian ini digunakan sampel sebanyak 64 orang siswa, dengan menggunakan rumus Uji Regresi (Regresion Test). Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual , dan minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Bone, dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai sig. yaitu media audio Visual sebesar 0,179> 0,05, sehingga sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh Media Audio Visual terhadap minat belajar . Ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung = < t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,717 > 0,05 Dalam pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh media audio Visual terhadap minat belajar, sehingga hipotesis diterima ada pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual terhadap minat belajar siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Bone.

Abstract

  Environmentally sustainable development is of utmost importance today. Amidst the global challenges of climate change and environmental degradation, Indonesia is facing an urgent situation to balance economic growth with environmental sustainability. This study examines the factors determining sustainable development targets in Indonesia using vector error correction models (VECM). This study uses economic and environmental data from 1992 to 2022 to analyze the relationship between energy consumption, urbanization, environmental policy stringency, and the environmental quality index. The tests used in this study include statistical tests, lag criterion tests, cointegration tests, VAR stability tests, and Granger causality tests. The study results indicate a long-term influence of the variables of energy consumption, urbanization, and environmental policy stringency on environmental quality. In the short term, urbanization has a significant positive effect on environmental quality in Indonesia. These findings emphasize the importance of strong environmental policy integration to mitigate environmental degradation and achieve sustainable development in Indonesia. Strategic policy recommendations for policymakers are to reduce the use of fossil fuels, switch to renewable energy, and implement a sustainable urbanization model by considering strategic urban spatial aspects.

Abstract

Purpose – Quality education with Islamic values will result from character education with good management. This study analyzes and plans character education in MAN 1 Malang Regency and MAN 1 Malang City while implementing and evaluating character education in these institutions. This study also looks at the role of character education in MAN 1 Malang Regency and MAN 1 Malang City. Design/methods/approach – This research uses case studies and multi-case designs. In-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation were used to collect data. To conclude, the data are presented in an interactive model. The data’s trustworthiness, transferability, dependence, and certainty were tested for validity. Analyze data with reflective thinking. Findings – The findings of this study indicate that character education is planned using a curriculum that includes character education. Character education with good habits, role models, extracurricular activities, and fostering the organizational culture of character education, regular meetings, and home visits to assess the impact of character education on students’ morale by producing character education management. Based on the previous year’s evaluation, designing academic and non-academic curricula, managing the extracurricular environment, and creating a religious culture. Madrasa environment, teaching and learning activities, and extracurricular activities. The head of the madrasah conducts evaluation activities gradually, periodically, and continuously involving the waka and related fields and learning from the vision and mission of the madrasa, creating moral habituation, environmental protection, and cooperation with all stakeholders. Research implications/limitations – The study highlights the significance of merging character education with Islamic values in two Islamic schools through good habits, role models, extracurricular activities, and organizational culture while stressing the importance of regular evaluations and collaboration among stakeholders. However, the research’s qualitative methods and limited scope may not be generalizable to all Islamic educational institutions. Practical implications – Integrating character education in curricula, emphasizing good habits and extracurricular activities, continuous evaluations, and stakeholder collaboration can effectively promote Islamic values in educational institutions.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dianggap sebagai kejahatan yang sangat serius di Indonesia, pemerintah memberlakukan hukuman mati bagi pelaku kejahatan semacam itu. Namun, meskipun penerapan hukuman mati, jumlah kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak belum sepenuhnya mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak harus dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perbandingan penerapan hukuman mati di Indonesia dengan negara-negara yang tidak menerapkannya dalam kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor penyebab kejahatan tersebut dengan menggunakan teori asosiasi diferensial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan perbandingan. Objek penelitian adalah studi perbandingan mengenai hukuman mati terhadap kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dan faktor-faktor penyebab kekerasan seksual yang dilihat dari teori asosiasi diferensial. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan studi kasus hukum. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa hukuman mati untuk kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di Indonesia telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 dan pelaksanaannya juga telah dilakukan di beberapa negara seperti India dan China. Namun, ada negara-negara seperti Norwegia, Belanda, dan Kanada yang tidak memberlakukan hukuman mati. Adanya kebutuhan akan kepastian hukum terhadap hukuman mati muncul dari peningkatan tindakan kejahatan seksual yang dilakukan terhadap anak-anak.     Sexual violence against children is considered a very serious crime in Indonesia, the government imposes the death penalty for perpetrators of such crimes. However, despite the implementation of the death penalty, the number of cases of sexual violence against children has not fully decreased. Therefore, the factors causing sexual violence against children must be studied in depth. This research aims to explore the comparison of the application of the death penalty in Indonesia with countries that do not apply it in cases of sexual violence against children and to find the factors causing such crimes using the differential association theory. The research method used is normative research with a statute and comparative approach. The object of research is a comparative study of the death penalty for sexual violence against children and the factors causing sexual violence viewed from the differential association theory. While secondary data comes from books, journals, and legal case studies. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings show that the death penalty for sexual violence against children in Indonesia has been regulated in Law Number 1 of 2023 and its implementation has also been carried out in several countries such as India, and China. However, there are countries such as Norway, the Netherlands, and Canada that did not impose the death penalty. The need for legal certainty toward the death penalty emerges from an increase in sexual offenses committed against minors.

Abstract

Adultery is a religious and legal prohibition against sexual intercourse between men and women without a legal marriage. It applies to individuals in religion, culture, and society. This research will discuss how the legal review of the criminal offense of adultery in Indonesia and how it is implemented in legal practice.The research method used is normative juridical legal research and approach through legislation.The results of this study explain that the criminal offense of adultery is regulated in the Criminal Code as a complaint offense. The legal review related to the criminal offense of adultery needs to clarify the practice of implementing the provisions in the Criminal Code against the perpetrators because it has not been able to provide a deterrent effect. In fact, the implementation of criminal regulations is not optimal due to the indifferent society towards norms, social values, and religion.
