Nurses always deal with various clinical problems when caring their patients. Nursing clinical decision making is an evaluation process of nursing care to the patient which evaluated by nurses every day. The phenomenon showed that there was a lack of nurses' ability to make a clinical nursing decision in the nursing process of patients at the Intensive Care Installation (IPI) of Arifin Achmad General Hospital of Riau Province. The study aims were to analyzed the factors related to nursing clinical decision making This research was a quantitative study with used cross-sectional design. Population were all nurses in the intensive care installation consisting of ICU, CVCU and PICU. Sample of this study were 60 nurses which taken by used total sampling technique. Data analyze was used multivariate with logistic regression test. The results showed that the factors related to clinical nursing decision making were length of work and training certificates. Meanwhile age, education and work unit factors were not related to clinical nursing decision making. The most dominant factor related to clinical nursing decision making was length of work (OR = 8.312). The results of this study could be an information for nurses to improving their ability in making clinical nursing decision, nurses competency and work experiences in their work units, so that the quality of nursing care services and the quality of hospital services can be improved.

This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out why sports policy in West Java is able to produce various awards. Seeing the extent of the assessment of sports policy in West Java in the Field of Early Childhood Sports Culture. The author tries to focus on policies in the field of sports acculturation, more specifically sports acculturation policies in the Karawang district. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method by carrying out several approaches to the study of literature, interviews and field studies in the field under study. The purpose of this qualitative research is to know the continuation of sports development after the leadership of the Governor and the head of West Java and the district in particular, and to find out the direction of West Java sports development policies specifically in the field of sports culture in Karawang district and new policies or evaluations of the policies that have been implemented.

The aims of this research to found the Discovery Learning system affect of Science concept understanding in fifth grade of SDN Pinayungan I District Telukjambe Timur. The approach of this research is is quantitative. The subject of this research are the fifth grade semester 2 students of SDN Pinayungan I in period 2018/2019. By choosing two of the four classes as a research sample, this is VD as the experiment class and VC class as the control class, which amounted to 27 students in each class. 5 question essay tests which uses as the instrument of eliciting data. The data analysis is to try the hypothesis with statistic descriptive calculation that is category medium score and category deviation. The result of understanding Science consept validity test showed that the 5 question is valid. The results of reliability test obtained a value of 0.76. From the hypothesis test, showed significant affect between before and after apply the Discovery Learning system of Science concept understanding level. This obtained rcount as big as 0.791 ≥ rtabel 0.344 with significant 0.05 and n = 27 then the hypothesis are accepted. From this research indicates that affect of Science concept understanding with apply Discovery Learning system in fifth grade that obtain a significant affect.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan gadget pada kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Adapun penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumen penelitian dan 10 orang siswa kelas V sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk perhitungan angket dilakukan dengan sakala Guttman yang mempunyai rentang skala presentase antara 0% sampai 50%, 50%, 50% sampai 100% dengan hasil presentase titik kesuaiannya di atas 50% yaitu 66.5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 66.5% penggunaan gadget mendekati berdampak pada kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Kata kunci: Dampak penggunaan gadget, interaksi sosial The purpose of this study was determine the impact of the use of gadgets on the sosial interaction abilities of 5th grade elementary school student Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. The research used is descriptive qualitative with a questionnaire as a research instrument and 10 fifth grade elementary school students as respondents. Data collection techniques for qustionare calculations performed with the Guttman skala has a percentage scale ranging from 0% to 50%, 50%, 50% to 100% with results of the percentage point of conformity above 50% that is 66.5%. The results showed as much as 66.5% of the use of gadgets could have an impact on the ability of social interaction grade 5 elementary school students in Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. This study aims to determine students who have difficulty reading whether it is difficulty distinguishing letters or difficulty spelling a word in grade III of Elementary School at SD Negeri Plawad VI, East Karawang. This research is a type of qualitative research. The population used in this study was 2 of the 21 total students in class III SD Negeri Plawad VI, East Karawang. This data collection technique through interviews and also the A DANA media demonstration method. Interviews were conducted with 4 respondents represented by the Principal, Teachers, Students and also Parents of Students. The data reduction analysis technique in this study is to select the main things that are in accordance with the focus of the research and the researcher uses to classify, direct and discard the data obtained by the researcher in the form of data from interviews, observations, and documentation from informants. So that it can provide a sharper picture of the results of the observations. The results of this study seem to be very helpful for students who have difficulty reading. After learning to read using the A DANA media according to the schedule applied, these students experienced changes such as easier spelling and smoother reading which was different from before.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cengkong II Kecamatan Purwasari kabupaten Karawang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 3 orang yaitu guru kelas IV, 1 orang siswa dan 1 orangtua siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran daring pada masa covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan dan wawancara. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri atas pengamatan dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan melakukan Teknik analisis data model Miles and Humberman. Hasil dari pengamatan dan wawancara diperoleh bahwa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cengkong II Kecamatan Purwasari Kabupaten Karawang pada masa pandemi covid-19 melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran daring / online. Aplikasi whatsapp, google meet, google form, zoom dan kine master adalah aplikasi yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran daring / online. Handphone, kuota dan jaringan internet yang kuat dan stabil merupakan faktor utama dalam proses pembelajaran daring / online, agar tercapainya materi ajar dan tujuan pembelajaran selama guru menjelaskan dan menyampaikan materi yang telah disiapkan. Selain itu terdapat kendala dalam proses pembelajaran daring yaitu: jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan tidak semua siswa memiliki handphone / gadget. Kata kunci : Implementasi pembelajaran, model pembelajaran daring / online. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at Cengkong II State Elementary School, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. The subjects of this study were 3 people, namely the fourth grade teacher, 1 student and 1 student's parent. The object of this research is the online learning process during the covid-19 period. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The data collection instrument consisted of observations and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by using the Miles and Humberman model data analysis technique. The results from observations and interviews showed that the Cengkong II State Elementary School, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency during the covid-19 pandemic carried out distance learning (PJJ) using an online / online learning model. WhatsApp, Google Meet, Google Form, Zoom and Kine Master applications are applications that are used in the online learning process. Mobile phones, quotas and a strong and stable internet network are the main factors in the online learning process, in order to achieve teaching materials and learning objectives as long as the teacher explains and conveys the material that has been prepared. In addition, there are obstacles in the online learning process, namely: unstable internet network and not all students have cellphones / gadgets.
