Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan ditentukan oleh kualitas barang yang dikehendaki pelanggan, sehingga jaminan kualitas menjadi prioritas utama bagi setiap perusahaan yang dijadikan tolak ukur keunggulan daya saing perusahaan.Pengalaman pembelian yang memuaskan menjadi salah satu alasan untuk tetap tertarik pada produk tersebut, pada akirnya mengarah pada pembelian ulang. Tujuan dari penulis melakukan penelitian ini yaitu : Untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai kualitas produk yang di tawarkan di PT.Duta indo omnitron. Untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai harga yang ditawarkan di PT.Duta indo omnitron cirebon. Untuk mengetahui tanggapan kepuasan konsumen di PT.duta indo omnitron cirebon. Besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di PT.Duta indo omnitro cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner. Kualitas produk (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel ini di ukur oleh 6 indikator yaitu kinerja,daya tahan,kehandalan,fitur produk,kesesuaian dan desain. Adanya indikasi pengaruh positif terkait indikator Penelitian ini, sesuai dengan yang dilakukan oleh zaitil akbar (2017) Hubungan Kualitas Produk Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk Deterjen bahwa kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi yang bernilai 1,252 (0,029; 1,223) dan nilai fhitung lebih besar dari pada f tabel (1649,929 ≥ 3,232) pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Selain itu, nilai signifikansi kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen lebih kecil dari pada nilai signifikansi α = 5% (0,000≤0,050) yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen signifikan.  Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) adalah 0,988 yang berarti kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas produk dan harga hanya sebesar 98,8% dan sisa nya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian. Nilai konstanta sebesar -0,153 menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel kualitas produk dan harga dianggap konstan, maka nilai Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak akan menjadi sebesar -0,153. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa Nilai koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk 0,029 dan harga sebesar 1,223. Berdasarkan pertanyaan dari rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana hubungan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen hasil output diatas, dimana nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,160 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 2,021. Maka dapat diketahui t hitung(2,160) >t tabel (2,021) atau dengan kata lain hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, kesimpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di PT.duta indo omnitron. Berdasarkan pertanyaan dari rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana hubungan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Untuk t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 36,784 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 2,021 Maka dapat diketahui t hitung (36,784) >t tabel (2,021) atau dengan kata lain hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak,  kesimpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara harga dengan kepuasan konsumen di PT.duta indo omnitron. Abstract

This study aim to obtain empirical evidence whether or not the influence of capability and recruitment to woman representation. This research using correlational quantitative method and data processing assisted with SPSS 20. Population of this reasearch are 6 political parties that exist in Cirebon Regency. The results of this study indicated that only varaible capability has a positive and significant influence on the woman representation and has a correlation between variables in the medium category. While the recruitment variable  has  a  correlational  between  the  variables  in  the  low  category  and  it  is  not significant. Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Kualitas Pelayanan Pemberian kredit PD. BPR KLANGENAN terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang memeliki penjaman kredit sebesar Rp.5000.000 di PD. BPR KLANGENAN. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Dimana di ambil dari total nasabah 350 dan keseluruhan 2258 Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental Sampling. Jenis datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji F Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty mempunyai pengaruh bersama, artinya keempat variabel tersebut selalu mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah. Dengan kata lain dapat dikatakan secara serentak variasi kelima variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel terikatnya yaitu Assurance. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh T hitung lebih besar dari F tabel sehingga : wujud fisik, keandalan, , Daya tanggap, jamina ,empati dan Kepuasan Nasabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Besarnya koefisien determinasi ( 2 R ) kelima variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah 95,% kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh : wujud fisik, keandalan, , Daya tanggap, jamina , dan empati sedangkan sisanya yaitu 5% kepuasan nasabah debitur dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Wujud Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jamina, Empati dan Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health in the modern era is now an inseparable necessity from the development of healthy and smart Indonesian people. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. For this reason, the need for synergy between leaders and employees. Employees still complain about the way leaders handle each employee's complaints, such as complaints of discrepancies between salaries and work performed, employees still feel discriminated in the sense of being discriminated according to social status, the length of the process of determining to become permanent employees, and so forth. From the factors mentioned above that the role of the leader in leading must be wise and fair both for the organization and employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of whether or not the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is mediated by organizational justice. This study used a correlational quantitative method and the data processing was assisted with SPSS 22. The population of this study was all employees of RSIA Cahaya Bunda including permanent employees and contract employees while the study sample was only 127 permanent employees. Determination of samples using Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational justice and organizational justice is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and clarity about the influence of the phenomenon of personality, motivation to career success, either partially or simultaneously based on self-leadership theory. In addition, to determine whether there is differences in personality, motivation to career success between men and women. The unit of analysis is a lecturer in the area of Cirebon region. The total samples are 120 people. The method used is descriptive and verification method. To test the model and hypotheses used regression analysis. The results showed that personality and motivation affects the career success. The Influential of personality and motivation of success is together toward career success. There was no difference in personality, motivation to career success among male and female in the college.

Abstract

This study explicates the aspects of work-life balance that occurred in the work environment during the Covid 19 pandemic. Covid-19 has changed the work patterns mostly carried out from home utilizing virtual media which in turn exert influence on the performances of the agent PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance. The quantitative method with descriptive and verification research types was applied in this study using the saturated sampling technique by employing all of the population. A total of 63 respondents of working agents at PT. BRI Cirebon Life Insurance were involved. The data analysis technique was focused on analyzing the multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, the simultaneous, and the partial aspects. The calculation method is supported by the use of the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained from this study pinpoint that job performances were significantly affected by each dimension of Work-Life Balance (WLB) such as the Time Balance, the Involvement Balance, and the Satisfaction Balance. In addition, those three aspects simultaneously and significantly influence the employees’ performances. At last, the findings signify that delays in awarding and the time flexibility impeded the performance of the agents. Some proposed actions are recommended to help the employees work optimally.

Abstract

The role of justice plays an important function in shaping the behavior and perceptions of employees about the organization. Being interested in observing organizational justice is a key model and can act as a basic source of results for employees and organizations developing ideal relationships and building shared job satisfaction between employees and employers in PD. Sumber Utama Ciperna. This research is a type of casual research with a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire instrument by taking a sample of 66 employees which means it is a saturated sample. This research shows that leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction because there is a relationship between superiors and subordinates that is quite harmonious, communication is established between superiors and good subordinates, there is also a relationship of mutual trust given by superiors to their subordinates and the involvement of superiors in defending their employees in front of other superiors. Organizational justice partially has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Leader member exchange and Organizational justice simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: LMX, Organizational Justice, Employee Job Satisfaction
