Abstract

The development of pharmaceutical companies is now growing rapidly and competition is getting tougher, especially for our country Indonesia. Pharmaceutical companies are non-profit businesses that specialize in the development, production and distribution of medicines, especially those related to health. Indonesia's rapidly growing economy is largely driven by pharmaceutical companies. The pharmaceutical industry is currently a rapidly growing industry due to the very high public need for medicines, resulting in an increase in mass consumption, especially multivitamin products and immune enhancers. Based on the current development of the pharmaceutical consumer goods industry, it is not surprising that the number of companies engaged in pharmaceuticals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has increased greatly. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of working capital, inventory turnover and sales growth on profitability through liquidity in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. The population used in this study includes 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020-2023 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Analysis - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the research hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3. 0, shows that working capital has a positive but insignificant effect on liquidity, inventory turnover has a negative but insignificant effect on liquidity, sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on liquidity, working capital has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, inventory turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, Sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Working capital has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity, Inventory turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity, Sales growth has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership, work environment, and motivation on ASN performance by mediating readiness to change on UPT Puskesmas Jangkar. The population in this study is ASN on UPT Puskesmas Jangkar, which is a simple probability sampling method that does not consider the population in this study. The sampling uses saturated samplings, which are sample determination techniques when all members of the population are sampled. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using Structural-partial equation model Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis are tested directly using the PLS 3.0 smart application. Demonstrate that transformational leadership has a positive but non- significant influence on the willingness to change, and the working environment has a significant positive impact on the readiness to change. Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on performance, the working environment has a positive but non-significant impact on Performance, and the motivation for work has a negative but not significant effect on performance. Preparedness to change has a positive but insignificant impact on performance. Transformational leadership has a positive but non-significant impact on Performance through Preparedness for Change, a working environment with a positive yet insignificant influence on Performance via Preparation to Change, and work motivation with a positive but not significant impact on Output through Preparation for Change.

The populations in this study are conventional commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital structure has no significant effect on profitability, non-performing loans have no significant effect on profitability, capital structure has no significant effect on company value, non-performing loans have not proven to have a significant effect on company value, profitability has an effect significant to company value.
