Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, Brand Image (citra merek) dan trust (kepercayaan) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand image (citra merek) dan trust (kepercayaan) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (3) untuk mengetahui diantara kualitas pelayanan, Brand Image (citra merek) dan trust (kepercayaan) yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif Hasil penelitian adalah persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 3,550E-17+ 0,214 + 0,213 + 0,510 + e. Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 2,732, sebesar 1,663. Brand Image berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 2,469, 1,663 sebesar. Trust berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 5,721, sebesar 1,663. Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, brand image (citra merek) dan trust (kepercayaan) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan nilai sebesar 36,091, sebesar 2,72. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah trust (kepercayaan)dengan nilai sebesar 5,721

Abstract

Kinerja dosen merupakan salah satu indikator dalam meningkatkan kualitas Perguruan Tinggi. Semakin tinggi kinerja dosen maka kinerja perguruan tinggi akan semakin baik. Kinerja merupakan output pelaksanaan tugas yang harus diselesaikan oleh dosen dalam hal ini adalah pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi yang meliputi pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian. Untuk mencapai kuantitas dan kualitas pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi diperlukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai peneliti untuk yaitu: Menganalisis pengaruh Profesionalisme terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui Komitmen Organisasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Di Lingkungan Lldikti Wilayah VII Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam rancangan penelitian adalah explanatory riset dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berpedoman pada kuesioner yang diperoleh dari sumber primer. Data primer dianalisis secara deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Profesionalisme dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Dosen. Dalam kaitan ini ditemukan bahwa Profesionalisme paling dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Dosen. Khususnya Profesionalisme pada Kompetensi Sosial yang dicerminkan oleh kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat. Hal utama yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen adalah memiliki kompetensi sosial yang mampu membangun Kerjasama yang baik dan stabil baik dengan dosen lainnya, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat untuk menunjang Pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap kisah sukses Mbak Yul, seorang produsen rengginang di Desa Semiring, Kecamatan Mangaran, Kabupaten Situbondo. Telah mengembangkan bisnisnya secara signifikan. Penelitian ini mencoba memahami perjalanan Mbak Yul dalam merintis dan mengembangkan produksi rengginag, serta faktor-faktor yang menunjang kesuksesannya. Metode penelitiannya meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan Mbak Yul, observasi di lokasi produksi, dan analisis data ekonomi terkait usahanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan Mbak Yul tidak lepas dari dedikasi, inovasi variasi rasa rengginang, dan penggunaan platform online untuk memasarkan produknya. Rengginang Mbak Yul berdiri sejak tahun 2016, dimana tempat ini menjadi satu kesatuan dari mulai produksi, showroom dan hunian. Proses produksi Rengginang Mbak Yul masih manual, sehingga membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja untuk memproduksi Rengginang. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan komunikasi lokal juga mendukung pertumbuhan bisnisnya. Kesuksesan Mbak Yul di bisnis rengginang memberikan inspirasi bagi para pengusaha muda dan pelaku usaha mikro untuk mengikuti jejaknya. Kajian ini memberikan gambaran potensi bisnis rengginang dan peran pentingnya dalam mempromosikan kuliner tradisional Situbondo.

Abstract

Marketing is an essential part of the sustainability and development of a company. Therefore, Rumah Makan Tunggal Rasa must be able to choose the right marketing strategy to develop the business and maintain business stability because it is one of the keys to business success. This study analyses and tests store image and product quality's effect on customer loyalty at Rumah Makan Tunggal Rasa, with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling techniques are determined by probability sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that the store image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer quality has a significant effect on purchase satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable store image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact.

Abstract

Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company. It would be difficult for an organization to carry out the mission and goals to be achieved without the human aspect. The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the impacts of work motivation and work environment on performance of village apparatus with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case studies in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are village apparatus in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village in Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Information technology development has penetrated the government world, where almost all agencies have used technology in data processing and report-making. Information technology can overhaul a system so that the government becomes more transparent and accountable in providing and presenting services oriented to the public interest. The development of information technology in the government environment has an essential role in providing convenience in various aspects of public service activities. Implementing information technology into various public services in the government has strategic values and is considered capable of conquering difficulties in changing the work culture for the better. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion previously described, several conclusions can be drawn from the overall research results, namely as follows: Work commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a negative insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work commitment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment variables in influencing employee performance at PT BumiSubur 5 at MlandinganSubdistrict with job satisfaction as a mediating variable by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction (H1 accepted), work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction (H2 accepted), work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (H3 accepted), work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (H4 rejected), job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance (H5 accepted), work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H6 rejected), and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H7 accepted).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Product Diversity on Consumer Satisfaction with Consumer Loyalty as an Intervening Variable at “Lva Boutique “Clothing Store in Asembagus, Situbondo. with Consumer Loyalty as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all visitors to the Lva Boutique AsembagusSitubondo Clothing Store. The sampling method is random (simple probability sampling) without regard to the strata in the population in this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural equation model-partial Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis of direct influence using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality significantly affects consumer loyalty. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service and price on purchasing decisions through product quality at Waroeng Kopi Kayu Mas, Asembagus District, Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service has a positive and significant effect on product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through product quality
