Abstract

This research examines the structure of Carl Gustav Jung’s analytic psychology theory. The object of the reseach is to looks how the archetypal structure of the main character Hafizhul Furqon in Muhammad Irata’s Novel “Di Antara Dua Sujud”. The purpose of this study is to determine what forms of archetypes explaining them clearly. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the study found that the main character dominated the Persona structure, portraying him as a selfless individual who suppresses his own feelings and prioritizes others. Additionally, in terms of the Self, Furqon is depicted as a simple person in his pursuit of happiness, taking full responsibility for his choices from the beginning and following through to the end. Finally, there exists the Shadow aspect; initially, Furqon elevates the status of women but undergoes a sudden change in attitude when he discovers a weakness in the woman her put on a pedestal, inducing him to hate her and shatter the hearts of women who had previously esteemed him

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of inner conflict felt by the character Ares, the causes of the inner conflict, and the way the character of Ares overcomes the conflict in the novel That Summer Breeze by Orizuka. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that the most dominating forms of inner conflict in the character Ares are avoidance-avoidance conflicts as much as six data. In the research on the causes of inner conflict, the most dominating causes are driving forces and restraining forces as much as three data each. Meanwhile, Ares way of resolving conflicts is dominated by moving against other people.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas dan menyoroti berbagai implikasi yang muncul dari penerapan metode ini. Pertama, metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara konsisten meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Melalui proyek-proyek yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, siswa terlibat secara aktif, meningkatkan kreativitas, serta rasa memiliki terhadap hasil belajar. Kejelasan tujuan pembelajaran dan relevansi materi dengan kehidupan siswa memotivasi mereka untuk belajar dengan lebih antusias. Kedua, metode ini memberikan dampak positif pada pemahaman konsep-konsep pelajaran. Dengan memberikan pengalaman langsung dan struktur yang terorganisir dengan baik melalui proyek-proyek, siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep secara teoritis, tetapi juga mampu menginternalisasikan dan mengaplikasikannya dalam konteks nyata. Selanjutnya, implementasi metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek juga berdampak pada motivasi belajar siswa serta pengembangan keterampilan di luar pemahaman konsep pelajaran. Siswa menjadi lebih termotivasi karena melihat relevansi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Selain itu, proyek-proyek ini membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan seperti pemecahan masalah, kerja sama tim, dan kreativitas, mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan di dunia nyata. Artikel ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur review untuk memvalidasi efektivitas metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar di Sekolah Dasar. Implikasinya menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan kontekstual bagi pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa di tingkat dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan wujud gambaran dari citra perempuan pada tokoh utama dalam novel Pengantin Pesanan yang meliputi aspek diri dan aspek sosial perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari wujud citra perempuan pada tokoh utama, yaitu Sinta dalam novel Pengantin Pesanan meliputi dua aspek, yaitu aspek diri dan aspek sosial. Dalam aspek diri sendiri meliputi citra perempuan secara fisik dan citra perempuan secara psikis. Pertama, wujud dari citra perempuan pada tokoh utama secara aspek fisik dicitrakan sebagai perempuan yang hamil, melahirkan, menstruasi, tinggi, langsing, berkulit putih, dan cantik. Kedua, wujud dari citra perempuan pada tokoh utama secara aspek psikis dicitrakan sebagai perempuan yang sabar, tetapi mudah mengeluh, keras kepala, sedih, dan mengalami trauma. Di sisi lain, wujud citra perempuan pada tokoh utama secara aspek sosial meliputi citra perempuan dalam keluarga dan citra perempuan dalam masyarakat. Pertama, wujud dari citra perempuan pada tokoh utama dalam keluarga dicitrakan sebagai perempuan yang menyandang status ibu atau istri, serta pandai mengurus rumah tangga. Kedua, wujud citra perempuan pada tokoh utama dalam masyarakat dicitrakan sebagai perempuan yang berperan ganda, ramah, dan patriarki.

Abstract

Learning interest is an intellectual system that is very important in learning activities. However, in learning the Indonesian language at the SMP/MTs level, the tendency of students’ learning interest is still weak. One of the learning materials in the curriculum 2013 is discussion text which is the focus of this study. In writing discussion text, one of the obstacles often faced by students was the lack of knowledge about the language politeness in expressing ideas or something disapproval. Related to this problem, this study aimed to explain the effect of learning interest and language politeness towards the writing achievement of discussion text of eight grade students at SMPN 21 South Tangerang. This research method was a survey method with multiple correlation regression analysis. The population of eight grade students of SMPN 21 South Tangerang was 30 students. Then, the data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to the sample which were 30 students. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics was used. The results showed; (1) there was an interactive effect between learning interest and language politeness towards the writing achievement of discussion text. It was evidenced by the significant value which was 0.000<0.005 and Fcalculated =34,499. Besides, the learning Interest and language politeness collectively contributed 71.9% towards students’ writing achievement of discussion text; (2) there was an effect of language politeness towards students’ writing achievement of discussion text that was more significant than the effect of learning interest. It can be proven from the value of tcalculated =8,249 for language politeness which was greater than the value of tcalculated =1.762 for learning interest.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' speaking skills with a communicative-integrative approach at SMP Nusantara Plus Tangerang Selatan with the material of continuing the story. The subjects of this study were students of class 7A who were relevant to 30 people. The design in this research is classroom action research (classroom action research) which is conducted in three cycles. The data aids used are observation, interviews. The results of the study in cycles 1-3 said that the students' ability in speaking through the communicative-integrative approach had a significant increase. This increase can be seen based on the average value obtained when students carry out the teaching and learning process with the material continuing the story. In the first cycle, the number of students who told stories was 30 students with 70.55%. In the second cycle, 37 students who told stories had increased by 73.46%. In the third cycle, the number of students who told stories was 39 students with a percentage of 83.67%increased by 9.89%. The increase in speaking ability also increases with the increase in the average student activity during learning. The average student activity in cycle I was 65.30%. Student activity in cycle II had an increase of 9.48%, which was 75.77%, and activity in cycle III was 89.90%, which was an increase of 11, 65% of the average activity in cycle II. With the results obtained in each cycle, it is clear that they try to express their ideas and ideas when telling stories using communicative language and pay attention to linguistic and non-linguistic elements.

Abstract

In this COVID-19 situation, it is a challenge for teachers to still be able to create fun, interesting and active learning. Although learning is carried out remotely or online, teachers must be able to increase student activity. Although learning is carried out remotely or online, teachers must be able to increase student activity. Student activity can be created through the application of interesting learning media. One of the interesting learning media in online learning is using the Quiziz educational game. This quiziz educational game usually uses a laptop or smartphone and can be carried out anywhere. The Quiziz educational learning is used for learning Procedure Text in class XI SMK Nusantara 02 Kesehatan. Through the descriptive method, this learning is supported by material observation, evaluation and interviews. The results obtained are that students enjoy this educational game and understand the material available in the Quiziz application faster.

Abstract

Background. In the era of information and communication technology, the use of learning technology in Indonesia is increasingly widespread, including among young children. Today's children not only grow up in a technological environment, but also actively interact with digital devices from an early age. Early childhood literacy is key in understanding the influence of learning technology on their development. Purpose. The main aim of this research is to investigate to what extent and in what ways learning technology influences the literacy development of early childhood children in Indonesia. Through a quantitative approach and involving education students, this research seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of the positive and negative impacts of learning technology and identify factors that influence early childhood literacy. Method. The research employs a quantitative approach through a survey method, targeting 30 education students with a profound understanding of children's developmental stages. A questionnaire was crafted and disseminated through Google Forms to gather insights into students' perceptions and experiences related to the utilization of learning technology and its influence on the early childhood literacy development. The acquired data will undergo quantitative analysis techniques, emphasizing data reduction, presentation, and the derivation of conclusions. Results. The research results show that students have positive experiences in using learning technology, actively utilizing it, especially in the context of early childhood education. Positive perceptions also emerged regarding the influence of learning technology on literacy and motivation of young children. Its social and emotional impact is considered positive, contributing to the emotional well-being and social interactions of early childhood. Conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that learning technology has a positive role in enriching the experience of early childhood education in Indonesia. These positive impacts include increasing literacy, learning motivation, as well as social and emotional aspects of early childhood.

Abstract

This article discusses the phenomenon of Armed Criminal Groups (KKB) in Papua and the influence of their existence on the sovereignty of the Indonesian state. The background of this research is based on curiosity about the impact of the Papuan KKB on state sovereignty. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the existence of the Papuan KKB affects the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and how steps can be taken to resolve this problem. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data is collected using questionnaires that are distributed to resource persons and then the results are analyzed through questionnaire diagrams. This study aims to provide a clear and objective picture of the current situation and how it impacts the country's sovereignty. The results showed that the phenomenon of the Papuan KKB had an impact that threatened the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. These findings demonstrate the importance of taking this issue seriously and strategically by the Indonesian government. This research is expected to be a reference in decision making and policy formulation related to the issue of Papuan KKB.
