Abstract

AbstrakProses pengangkutan sampah di kota Batam dilakukan oleh truk pengangkut sampah. Truk pengangkut sampah masuk ke perumahan dan mengambil sampah yang ada di depan setiap rumah warga. Jumlah truk sampah tidak memadai sehingga sampah menumpuk di depan rumah warga. Warga mengambil inisiatif untuk membuang sampah tersebut di sembarang tempat sehingga tercipta TPS liar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari jumlah truk pengangkut sampah yang optimum agar tidak terjadi timbunan sampah di depan rumah warga dan mencegah timbulnya TPS liar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah teori antrian dengan populasi terbatas. Truk sampah melayani sejumlah rumah dalam satu wilayah. Jumlah rumah dalam satu wilayah bersifat terbatas dan tetap. Rumah ditetapkan sebagai pelanggan jika jumlah sampah yang ada di depan rumah lebih dari 5 kantong atau lebih dari 20 kg. Beberapa data yang akan diobservasi adalah tingkat kedatangan dan kecepatan pelayanan. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat dihitung beberapa parameter seperti tingkat antrian, waktu objek dalam antrian, probabilitas objek dalam sistem antrian, probabilitas sejumlah objek dalam antrian, dan biaya total yang merupakan penggabungan antara biaya antrian dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori antrian dengan populasi terbatas dapat diterapkan untuk menghitung jumlah truk pengangkut sampah yang optimum. Implementasi usulan perbaikan berdampak pada peningkatan kecepatan pelayanan dari 267,2 rumah per hari menjadi 480,8 rumah per hari. Jumlah truk yang optimum untuk satu wilayah perumahan setelah implementasi perbaikan adalah 2. Abstract[Determination of the Optimal Number of Trucks in the Garbage Transport Process] The garbage collection process in Batam city is carried out by garbage truck. Trucks must enter the housing and take out the garbage that is in front of each house. the number of garbage trucks is not enough so that the garbage overflows in front of the house. Residents took the initiative to dispose of the garbage in any place so as to create illegal polling stations. The objective of this research are to find the optimum garbage truck to avoid garbage pile in front of the residents' house and to prevent the occurrence of illegal polling stations. The approach used is queuing theory with limited population. Garbage trucks serve a number of houses in one area. The number of houses in one area is limited and fixed. The house is designated as a customer if the amount of garbage in front of the house is more than 5 bags or more than 20 kg. Some data to be observed is the arrival rate and speed of service. Some parameters to be calculated are the queue level, the time of the object in the queue, the probability of the object in the queue sistem, the probability of a number of objects in the queue, and the total cost which is a combination of queuing costs and operational costs. This research was conducted in Batam City. The results show that queuing theory with limited population can be applied to calculate the number of optimum garbage trucks. Implementation of the proposed improvements has an impact on the increase of speed of service rate  from 267.2 houses per day to 480.8 houses per day. Abstract

This research was conducted at UKM Jovelyn in Batam city. Jovelyn's UKM produces various kinds of cakes and is marketed in markets in Batam City. The UKM opened 4 branches and marketed its products to 7 markets in the city of Batam. Product distribution is still random and not properly regulated. This resulted in a very large transportation cost, up to 1/3 of the total production cost. This shows that product transportation is still not carried out effectively and efficiently. The transportation problem is converted into a mathematical form so that the problem can be solved by the transportation method. The transportation method aims to minimize the objective function which is a function of transportation costs. The transportation method is basically the same as the linear program where at each iteration a selection is made to enter the basic variabel and leave the basic variabel. There are several iteration methods, namely the northwest corner method, minimum cost method, genetic algorithm, Vogel's approximation method, minimum row method, Russell's approximation method and column minimum method. Previous research has shown that the Vogel's approximation method, and Russell's approximation method are more efficient and accurate. This study uses both methods and a sensitivity analysis is performed to optimize the calculation results. Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Simo was established since 2002 and produces various hygiene products such as detergent soap, bath soap, softener and others. Currently, Simo has a mainstay product in the form of bath soap for the hotel. However, these products still cannot dominate the Batam market. Sales of bath soap are declining. The decline is due to soap products that are made not in accordance with customer expectations. This study looks for product specifications that meet customer expectations. The method used is quality function deployment (QFD). The purpose of this study is to design a quality soap product in accordance with customer expectations. The customer voices are grouped in such a way as to get an overview of customer expectations. The process of grouping is done by using exploratory factor analysis method. Through exploratory factor analysis, the company can get customer expectations that may not be explored through the questionnaire. Through this general overview, customer expectations are detailed up to the tertiary stage. The priority of customer expectations is determined based on the questionnaire data so that the allocation of resources can be done appropriately. Details of these expectations are related to the technical characteristics. Through the technical characteristics, the company is able to make products according to the customer expectations.

Abstract

The process of transporting waste in Taman Cipta Asri housing is done by garbage truck. Trucks carrying garbage into the housing and take the garbage that is in front of every house residents Park Cipta Asri. Taman Cipta Asri housing is divided into 4 regions. The number of garbage trucks carrying garbage is one truck for each residential area. The performance of the garbage truck has never been analyzed so that people can not assess its effectiveness. The approach used is a single server queue theory with limited population. The number of houses serviced by garbage trucks in one area is limited and fixed. The house is designated as a customer if the amount of garbage in front of the house is more than 5 bags or more than 20 kg. Some data to be observed is the arrival rate and speed of service. Based on these data can be calculated several parameters such as queue level, object time in the queue, the probability of objects in the queue system, and the probability of a number of objects in the queue. This research was conducted in Taman Cipta Asri Housing of Batam City. The results show that single server queue theory with limited population can be applied to analyze queue system performance in garbage transport process

Abstract

This study aims to find the level of energy consumption, CVR% and Boddy mass index through the pulse before and after sports. In calculation of CVR% there are 4 people needed improvement, 1 person must reduce the activity time so as not to injury while doing sports. In determining the heartbeat pulse (pulse) by testing the wilxocon turns out the higher heart rate before exercising, the higher the heart rate after exercise or vice versa. In addition, by doing chi square test between energy consumption with obesity has nothing to do.

Abstract

UKM Jovelyn is a small medium enterprise (SME) that engaged in the field of bakery production. Until now, they produce cakes and cookies. They sell products throughout the Batam area which includes (Tiban market, aviari market, mitra market and puja bahari market), shops, school canteens and so on. The SME targets several things such as profit per month, number of hours worked, number of overtime hours, machine utilities, labor utilities and so forth. Until now, the SME has not been able to reach the targets because the UKM has not determined the production amount based on the appropriate calculation. The number of products made is determined only on an intuitive basis. Determination of the amount of production cannot be determined by the usual simplex method because the objective function in the usual simplex method contains a target. Problem solving is done by using goal programming. The results of the calculation analysis show that to achieve the optimal value, the SME must produce coconut root cookies, butter cookies, nastar cookies, snow princess cookies and peanut cookies respectively 11.89 kg, 22.43 kg, 24.96 kg , 1.97kg and 0 kg. Sensitivity analysis is carried out after there are changes in conditions that result in changes in the linear program matrix, so the number of products that must be made also changes which include coconut root cookies as much as 12.8 kg, as much as 16.91 kg of butter cookies, nastar cookies as much as 25.7 and the last is 3.39 kg of nut cookies which in the initial calculation, nut cookies were not produced. The sensitivity analysis is not done by recalculation but rather by modifying the matrix and completing iteration with primal dual.

Abstract

One of the goals of investment is to get a benefit in the form of profits and funds saved. Based on official data compiled on the IDX's official website, company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be divided into 9 sectors, one of which is consumption industry. The consumption sector is a general sector used by the general public consisting of the food and beverages, the pharmaceuticals, househol, and houseware sector. Investors must choose which shares to buy or sell. Investors can analyze a stock using fundamental and intrinsic analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze issuers that have the 10 largest market capital in the industrial consumption sector, then analyze the performance of issuers using a fundamental approach EPS, PE Ratio, Price to Sales, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Return on Capital Employed, and Interest Coverage. The final stage is to determine the undervalued and overvalued companies using 4th quarter 2020. Based on 10 companies that have the largest market capital in the consumer industry sector (UNVR, HMSP, ICBP, KLBF, GGRM, MYOR, INDF, SIDO, MLBI, and KAEF) can be concluded that (1) The highest EPS ratio is GGRM and the lowest is KAEF, the lowest PER Ratio is GGRM and the highest is KAEF, the lowest PS Ratio is KAEF and the highest is UNVR, the highest ROA ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest ROE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF , the highest ROCE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest IC ratio is HMSP and the lowest is KAEF; and (2) There are 2 issuers in the undervalued category, namely GGRM and HMSP; while included in the overvalued category is KAEF.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sebuah UKM yang membuat produk tahu, tempe dan susu kedelai. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan solusi untuk menentukan komposisi jumlah produk yang mampu memaksimumkan laba. Metode yang digunakan adalah program linier dengan metode simpleks. Program linier dengan metode simpleks merupakan metode persamaan linier dengan model fungsi tujuan dan fungsi konstrain atau fungsi kendala. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah maksimalkan laba berdasarkan keuntungan yang diperoleh tiap produk dan berdasarkan fungsi kendala. Fungsi kendala disusun berdasarkan batasan yang ada pada UKM tersebut. Batasan tersebut yakni biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, jam tenaga kerja dan kapasitas mesin. Metode simpleks digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah kapasitas produksi yang dapat memaksimumkan laba. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk mengetahui rentang jumlah sumber daya agar keuntungan tetap tercapai. Komposisi produk yang harus dibuat oleh UKM tersebut adalah tahu sebanyak 28,75 atau 29 kotak dan susu kedelai sebanyak 5 kotak. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menyatakan bahwa rentang nilai bahan baku adalah 420< b1<680 dan rentang jumlah tenaga kerja adalah 0< b2<10.8333. Jika nilai b berada pada rentang tersebut maka profit akan tetap bernilai positif

Abstract

The previous researches showed that Trust was normally influenced by the effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Service quality and Website Quality The previous researches examined the direct impact of Service Quality, Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Website Quality and Trust on Customer’s Behavioral Intention. Limited attention has been paid to treating those aspects as multiple and interrelated dependence relationships. This research attempts to examine how Service Quality, Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Website Quality and Trust affect Customer’s Behavioral Intention. This research uses 5 latent variables which consist of 3 exogenous constructs and 2 endogenous constructs. The impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variable was analyzed by linear regression. Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among constructs.

Abstract

The previous researches showed that Value was normally influenced by Service Quality and Website Quality. Limited attention has been paid to treating those aspects as Construct. This research attempts to examine how Service Quality and Website Quality affect Value. This research uses 3 latent variables which consist of 2 exogenous constructs and 1 endogenous constructs. The impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variable was analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among constructs.
