The process of transporting waste in Taman Cipta Asri housing is done by garbage truck. Trucks carrying garbage into the housing and take the garbage that is in front of every house residents Park Cipta Asri. Taman Cipta Asri housing is divided into 4 regions. The number of garbage trucks carrying garbage is one truck for each residential area. The performance of the garbage truck has never been analyzed so that people can not assess its effectiveness. The approach used is a single server queue theory with limited population. The number of houses serviced by garbage trucks in one area is limited and fixed. The house is designated as a customer if the amount of garbage in front of the house is more than 5 bags or more than 20 kg. Some data to be observed is the arrival rate and speed of service. Based on these data can be calculated several parameters such as queue level, object time in the queue, the probability of objects in the queue system, and the probability of a number of objects in the queue. This research was conducted in Taman Cipta Asri Housing of Batam City. The results show that single server queue theory with limited population can be applied to analyze queue system performance in garbage transport process

This study aims to find the level of energy consumption, CVR% and Boddy mass index through the pulse before and after sports. In calculation of CVR% there are 4 people needed improvement, 1 person must reduce the activity time so as not to injury while doing sports. In determining the heartbeat pulse (pulse) by testing the wilxocon turns out the higher heart rate before exercising, the higher the heart rate after exercise or vice versa. In addition, by doing chi square test between energy consumption with obesity has nothing to do.

This study aims to determine the best forecasting method and determine which companies have earnings per share share reports with the smallest MAD and MSE forecasting results. The forecasting method is Moving average, and exponential smooting with trend alpha 0.3 and betta 0.3 values using the QM POM program. The sample used was LQ45 shares from 2013 to 2017. The results of forecasting moving average values of MAD = 0.02 and MSE 0.014 and exponential forecasting smooting with trend values of MAD = 0.375 and MSE 0.248.

Quality management system is the ability of an organization to maintain the quality of goods or services that are served. The efforts made by the company are to improve the management system that is prime with ISO 9001: 2008 which is an international requirement for a company's management system. PT Softex Indonesia is the first producer of sanitary napkin made in Indonesia which has obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certificate and applied it in the implementation of production activities. One way to achieve success in maintaining the quality of a product is by improving work performance in order to produce quality products. Based on this, the researchers analyzed the effect of implementing ISO 9001: 2008 on improving employee performance. The data used in this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with parties related to employee performance. The analysis technique used is simple regression using hypothesis testing, namely F test and t test. Based on the results of the study the magnitude of the influence of the application of ISO 9001: 2008 which directly affects the improvement of employee performance. From this study, R Square value was 0.504, which means that 50.4% of employee performance improvement variables can be explained by its independent variables, namely ISO 9001: 2008, while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to determine the extent of teacher knowledge about the 21st century curriculum by using the BORDA function. There are four skills and abilities namely communication, collaboration, critical and creative. The sample used was junior high and vocational school teachers in Batam. The results of his research communication skills have a greater percentage than other skills, namely for junior high school teacher communication knowledge by 43% and vocational school by 34%. Whereas in the SWOT analysis skills and communication skills are the strengths that both have a higher value than other indicators, both junior high and vocational high schools.

Improving company productivity and efficiency in empowering human resource assessment is fulfilled to achieve company goals. one factor that can be done is the development of more effective equipment. Plastic cutting tools in the product packaging process are still simple, less efficient and less effective. The value engineering method is used as a method for selecting an alternative modification to a modified cutting tool and analyze it. At the analysis stage, two alternative modifications were modified from the improvement engine, where the initial design is used as a benchmark in performance evaluation. The result of tool design is the reduction in the number of defective products by 20.68% to 3.1% and The result of the cutting tool design is that there is an average increase in production 246 products per day.

One of the goals of investment is to get a benefit in the form of profits and funds saved. Based on official data compiled on the IDX's official website, company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be divided into 9 sectors, one of which is consumption industry. The consumption sector is a general sector used by the general public consisting of the food and beverages, the pharmaceuticals, househol, and houseware sector. Investors must choose which shares to buy or sell. Investors can analyze a stock using fundamental and intrinsic analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze issuers that have the 10 largest market capital in the industrial consumption sector, then analyze the performance of issuers using a fundamental approach EPS, PE Ratio, Price to Sales, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Return on Capital Employed, and Interest Coverage. The final stage is to determine the undervalued and overvalued companies using 4th quarter 2020. Based on 10 companies that have the largest market capital in the consumer industry sector (UNVR, HMSP, ICBP, KLBF, GGRM, MYOR, INDF, SIDO, MLBI, and KAEF) can be concluded that (1) The highest EPS ratio is GGRM and the lowest is KAEF, the lowest PER Ratio is GGRM and the highest is KAEF, the lowest PS Ratio is KAEF and the highest is UNVR, the highest ROA ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest ROE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF , the highest ROCE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest IC ratio is HMSP and the lowest is KAEF; and (2) There are 2 issuers in the undervalued category, namely GGRM and HMSP; while included in the overvalued category is KAEF.

Human resources (HR) are important in the industrial world, without human resources, natural resources will not develop into high-value finished materials. Knowledge towards the creative industry is not yet available if it has not been given to the community, therefore the community needs to be fostered in the field of creative industries in terms of changing raw materials into finished materials, in terms of changing unused materials into finished goods, in terms of how to find the right opportunities in the field small industries and so on. With the guidance of the community, it is expected that the community will be able to be creative and understand the importance of the creative industry in the field of entrepreneurship. The creative industry implemented is the manufacture of healthy salted eggs without harmful chemical preservatives. Utilizing rubbing ash and salt can increase the resistance of duck / duck eggs and provide a high selling price. The activities carried out are needed by the PKK community who routinely carry out creative activities including the creative industries to increase entrepreneurship.

Salah satu kekurangan yang ada di generasi muda saat ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan dalam hal hard skill dan soft skill. Banyaknya pengangguran di Indonesia disebabkan adanya rendahnya keterampilan dan keahlian yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya kemampuan yang mumpuni untuk dapat bersaing. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, agar dapat memecahkan masalah yang ada, maka tim pengabdi memfasilitasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan hard skill dan soft skill. Metode kegiatan tersebut berupa pelatihan yang dilakukan secara luring dengan target mahasiswa dan generasi muda. Bentuk kegiatan pelatihan tersebut antara lain meliputi pelatihan kepemimpinan, jurnalistik, desain grafis, dan public speaking. Tujuan pelatihan tersebut adalah memberikan bekal berupa keterampilan kepada mahasiswa dan generasi muda dalam menghadapi tingkat pesaingan global yang semakin ketat. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan, hasil yang didapatkan adalah peserta menyatakan puas terhadap bentuk pelatihan karena mendapatkan tambahan keterampilan yang berguna untuk bekal di masa depan. Sedangkan kesimpulan yang didapat adalah adanya pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, dan produktivitas kerja para peserta.

Perkembangan bisnis tahu sangat berkembang pesat di dunia industri rumah tangga Kota Batam. Terdapat banyak keterlibatan aliran proses pada manajemen rantai pasok tersebut, sehingga kelancaran dalam aliran rantai pasok merupakan mutlak yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Namun pada aliran rantai pasok tersebut banyak ditemukan kegiatan yang tidak berjalan efesiensi sehingga mengganggu aliran di manajemen rantai pasok. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja risiko yang akan terjadi pada aliran manajemen rantai pasok usaha tahu di kota Batam, kemudian memberikan usulan perbaikan atau mitigasi berdasarkan risiko yang terjadi pada usaha tahu di Kota Batam Lingkup penelitian dibatasi pada kegiatan perencanaan dan sumber daya dengan menggunakan pendekatan SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference), metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko adalah Analisis Risiko, usulan metode dan efek kegagalan (FMEA) dan perbaikan/pengurangan risiko menggunakan root analisis penyebab (RCA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat risiko yang terjadi di usaha tahu di Kota Batam yang meliputi sering terjadi perubahan penjadwalan produksi dan tenaga kerja, perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku yang tidak tepat, keterlambatan penerimaan bahan baku, perubahan pembelian bahan baku yang tiba-tiba, kegagalan perencanaan penjadwalan dan proses produksi, perbedaan kualitas bahan baku dari persediaan pemasok dan kesalahan pemesanan bahan baku. (2) Usulan untuk meningkatkan risiko adalah dengan menerapkan manajemen persediaan melalui kebijakan keamanan dan ketertiban gudang, meningkatkan koordinasi setiap departemen untuk meminimalkan kesalahan komunikasi dalam pengorderan, melakukan maintenance mesin produksi tahu secara berkala dan penyediaan cadangan sparepart mesin, serta melakukan peninjauan terhadap kebijakan distribusi bahan baku, pemilihan supplier, dan ketersediaan bahan baku.
