Abstract

Cockroaches as mechanical vectors for some pathogenic microorganisms such as: Streptococus, Salmonella and contributing to spread diseases of dysentery, diarrhea, cholera, hepatitis A viruses and Polio. Controling of cockroaches presents using synthetic insecticides but it can be subtitutes by naturalinsecticides that called srikaya leaf extract. The aims of this study to looked the content of secondary metabolite compounds in srikaya leaves, determining the mortality of cockroaches and LC50. This study used 6 cockroaches with concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20% and 30%, K (+) baygon, K (-) aquades with 3 times replications and observed for 3 hours. The data were analyzed using Probit Analysis to determine LC50. The result of identification of phytochemical compound, srikaya leaf contains flavonoid, saponin, alkaloid and tannin. The percentage mortality of cockroach at concentration 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30% respectively were 11,11%, 22,22%, 27,77%, and 53,33% with LC50 346.736 ppm.

Abstract

One of the efforts in population control of Aedes aegypti is by fogging, basil leaf is oneof natural insecticide that can be replaced with current chemical one that are commonlyused. Our aim is to measure effectiveness of basil leaf extract on Knockdown time ofAedes aegypti and effective concentration on spray usage. Twenty mosquitoes with sixdifferent intervention, each 5%, 10%, 25%, 50%, positive control, and negative control.All intervention repeated 4 times in every 5 minutes for about 1 hour. The results willbe statistically analysed using one-way ANOVA. Results: concentration of 5% and 10% have KT50 with Insecticide Score of 1 and 2 respectively without any Knockdownconcentration; concentration of 25% have KT50 with Insecticide Score of 3 and WeakKnockdown; concentration of 50% have KT50 with Insecticide Score of 5 and QuickKnockdown. Kruskall-Wallis test p-value=0,000 (p<0,05) with Spearman correlation of+0,87 or 87%. The most effective concentration on Knockdown time of Aedes aegyptiis 50%. In conclusion, Basil extract can be effecctifely used as natural and alternativeinsecticide for fogging.

Abstract

Cockroaches can transmit disease to humans both mechanically and biologically, among others, dysentery, diarrhea, cholera, hepatitis A virus and polio in children. One effort that can be done in reducing the American cockroach without using synthetic insecticides is by using durian leaf extract (DuriozibethinusMurr). The purpose of this study was to determine the content of secondary metabolite compounds present in the skin of durian, determining the mortality of the American cockroaches and determining the LC50 value. This research was conducted by using experimental laboratory method in vivo. Durian leather extracts were made in various concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30%, then put the American cockroach into the test box and observed for 3 hours. Based on the research, durian leaf extract contains flavonoid compounds, saponins, tannins and alkaloids. Percentage of mortality of American cockroaches. at concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% respectively ie 11.11%, 22.22%, 38.88% and 61.11% with LC50 values ​​of 2,63x105 ppm. It can be concluded that durian skin extract is capable of killing American cockroaches characterized by the percentage of death of American cockroaches.

Abstract

One way to control blowflies is by using chemical pesticides; however, it causes negative effect to human, environment, and other organisms. One alternative effort is to apply garlic as insecticide and larvicide to control infestation. The study aimed to investigate the effect of garlic extract towards the mortality of blowfly’s larvae and effective concentrations using LC50 and LC90. Ten blowfly larvae were used for each of these concentrations: 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 4%, with negative control of 5 repetitions, observed every 6 hours within 2x24 hours. The Kruskal-Wallis test result showed a Sig value of 0.001<0.05, while Spearman analysis found Sig value of 0.001<0.025, which meant that there was a significant effect of increasing garlic extract concentration toward blowfly larvae mortality. Mann-Whitney test found Sig value of 0.001<0.05. Probit analysis showed LC50 and LC90 values were at 2.701% and 5.498% concentrations. 4% concentration caused the most larvae mortality. It is suggested to use garlic liquid extract to control blowflies.

Abstract

Upaya yang sering dilakukan mengendalikan lalat daging dengan inseksida kimia, namun menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap manusia, lingkungan dan organisme lain. Diupayakan memanfaatkan  daun Belimbing  sebagai penolak alami dalam pengendalian lalat daging. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh serbuk daun Belimbing Wuluh  sebagai penolak alami dan jumlah takaran yang efektif terhadap lalat daging. Menggunakan 15 ekor lalat daging pada setiap jumlah takaran 1 gr, 2 gr, 3 gr, 4 gr,5 gr kontrol negatif tanpa serbuk, kontrol positif dengan serbuk Top Killer, dilakukan empat kali pengulangan setiap 10 menit pengamatan selama 60 menit. Uji Normalitas Kolmograv-Smirnov, P–value 0,200> 0,05. bermakna sebaran data tiap kelompok  berdistribusi normal. Uji Varian, P–value 0,066>0,05, disimpulkan ada kelompok mempunyai varian data  homogen, dilakukan uji ANOVA. dengan nilai Sign 0,001. Terdapat  pengaruh jumlah  takaran serbuk daun Belimbing Wuluh terhadap penolakan lalat daging. Jumlah takaran 5 gr merupakan jumlah takaran paling efektif sebagai penolak alami pada lalat daging (Genus Sarcopaga).

Abstract

Efforts are often made to control meat flies with chemical insecticides, but they harm humans, the environment, and other organisms. We use belimbing wuluh leaf as a natural repellent in controlling meat flies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of belimbing wuluh leaf powder as a natural repellent and the number of effective doses against meat fly. Using 15 samples at each dose of 1 gr, 2 gr, 3 gr, 4 gr, 5 gr, negative control without powder, positive control with Top Killer powder, performed four repetitions every 10 minutes of observation for 60 minutes. Kolmograv-Smirnov normality test, P-value 0.200 0.05 means that the data for each group is normally distributed. Variant test, P-value 0.066 0.05, so there was a group that had homogeneous data variants, an ANOVA test resulted in a Sign value of 0.001. There is an effect of the belimbing wuluh leaf powder dose as the repellent of meat flies. The 5-gram dose is the most effective as a natural repellent of meat flies (Genus Sarcopaga).

Abstract

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan fungsi penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama di wilayah kerjanya Puskesmas berwenang untuk melaksanakan penyelenggaraan rekam medisrekam medis, karena rekam medis merupakan  berkas atau dokumen yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan, dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Kegiatan rekam medis terdiri dari proses penyelenggaraan dan proses pengolahan. Maka Perlunya pemahaman tentang pengelolaan rekam medis sehingga petugas loket pendaftaran bisa menerapkan pengelolaan rekam medis di Puskesmas tersebut. Sebagian peserta masih belum mengetahui pengetahuan tentang teori pengelolaan rekam medis, dengan adanya pengabdian ini dapat bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sehingga penerapan rekam medis di Puskesmas Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru dapat berjalan dengan baik dan benar Kata Kunci : Penerapan, rekam medis, Puskesmas

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan perumahan yang kurang mendukung seperti drainase dengan kondisi kurang memenuhi syarat serta masyarakat kurang menyadari adanya hubungan antara kekumuhan tempat tinggal dan epidemi penyakit, akan menimbulkan salah satu dampak pada masyarakat yaitu penyakit infeksi parasit nematoda usus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi drainase, jenis parasit nematoda usus, kepadatan dan frekuensi kehadiran telur parasit nematoda usus pada pemukiman kurang sehat di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Purposif Sampling. Dipilih tiga level pemukiman yang termasuk kriteria pemukiman kurang sehat. Dari ketiga daerah pemukiman di atas dipilih lingkungan kelompok rumah yang punya drainase permanen, semi permanen dan drainase konvensional. Masing-masing kelompok drainase diambil 20 rumah yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Untuk membandingkan perbedaan kepadatan telur dari jenis-jenis nematoda parasit usus manusia yang ditemukan pada tanah antar lokasi pemukiman dilakukan dengan uji Kruskall-Wallis. Ditemukan telur dari dari 2 jenis parasit nematoda usus di tanah lingkungan pemukiman kurang sehat yaitu A. lumbricoides, T. trichiura pada semua lokasi drainase. Berdasarkan analisis statistik Kruskall Wallis ternyata kepadatan telur A.lumbricoides antar lokasi berbeda nyata, sedangkan kepadatan telur T. trichiura antar lokasi tidak berbeda nyata. Frekuensi kehadiran telur A. lumbricoides lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan telur T. trichiura. Frekuensi kehadiran dari telur tersebut berturut-turut adalah 66,67 % dan 53,33%
