Abstract

Hepatitis adalah kelainan hati berupa peradangan sel hati. Peradangan ditandai dengan peningakatan kadar enzim hati. Peningkatan disebabkan adanya gangguan kerusakan membran hati. Ada dua faktor penyebabnya yaitu faktor infeksi dan faktor noninfeksi. Faktor penyebab infeksi antara lain virus hepatitis dan bakteri. Hepatitis Virus adalah penyakit menular dalam bentuk peradangan hati yang disebabkan oleh virus. Jenis hepatitis virus terdiri atas hepatitis A, B, C, D, dan E. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat bagaimana mengenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko hepatitis. Metode PKM penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko hepatitis, sasaran PKM masyarakat di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan Sabtu 23 November 2019. Hasil kegiatan PKM didapat bahwa dari 70 masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, 70% masyarakat mengetahui dan dapat menyebutkan mengenai tentang penyakit hepatitis terutama masyarakat sudah dapat mengenali gejala hepatitis dan perilaku yang beresiko yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit hepatitis. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan berupa ceramah tentang kenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko hepatitis sangat efektif dilaksanakan pada masyarakat. Kepada pihak terkait seperti DinKes dan Puskesmas Simpang Tiga dapat mengagendakan kegiatan ini secara rutin dan melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan baik kepada masyarakat tentang penyakit hepatitis A, B, dan C.

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan penyakit saluran pernapasan atas atau bawah yang disebabkan agen infeksius. Penyakit-penyakit berbasis lingkungan memang masih merupakan penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia. Penyakit ISPA di Indonesia berada pada 10 daftar penyakit terbanyak di rumah sakit. penyebab ISPA berkaitan dengan kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal penderita. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat bagaimana mengenali faktor resiko penularan penyakit ispa. Metode PKM penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan tentang faktor resiko terserang penyakit ISPA dan pecegahan dari penularannya, sasaran PKM masyarakat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Limapuluh Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan Sabtu 30 November 2019. Hasil kegiatan PKM didapat bahwa dari 50 masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, 80% masyarakat mengetahui penyakit ISPA dan 40% memahami cara pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit ISPA

Abstract

Blood pressure is the pressure contained in the blood vessels that occurs when the heart pumps blood throughout the body. If the blood pressure is less than 120/80 mmHg it is under normal conditions. Hypertension occurs when the systolic / diastolic blood pressure exceeds 140/90 mmHg. The causes of hypertension are divided into two groups, namely: a) Essential Primary Hypertension is hypertension which has several possible causes; b) Secondary hypertension is hypertension caused by disturbances in blood vessels or certain organs, such as the kidneys, adrenal glands, and aorta. The purpose of PKM is to increase public knowledge and understanding of how to recognize symptoms and behaviors at risk of hypertension. The PKM method is in the form of counseling and health education on identifying symptoms and behaviors at risk of hypertension, targeting community PKM in RT 05 RW 12, Tangkerang Selatan District, Pekanbaru City. Activities will be held on Thursday, September 10 to September 19, 2020. The results of the PKM activities showed that of the 20 people who participated in the activity, 70% of the people knew and could mention about hypertension, especially the community was able to recognize the symptoms of hypertension and risky behavior that could cause hypertension. Health education and counseling activities on identifying symptoms and behaviors at risk of hypertension are very effective in the community. To related parties such as RT 05 RW 12 Tangkerang Selatan District to be able to coordinate with the local health center so that they can schedule activities like this on a regular basis, in order to provide knowledge to the public about recognizing symptoms and risky behavior from hypertension so that this disease can controlled. Keywords: Hypertension, RT 05 RW 12 Tangkerang Selatan    Abstrak Tekanan darah adalah suatu tekanan yang terdapat didalam pembuluh darah yang terjadi saat jantung memompakan darah keseluruh tubuh. Jika tekanan darah kurang dari 120/80 mmHg maka dalam kondisi normal. Hipertensi terjadi jika tekanan darah sistolik/diastoliknya melebihi 140/90 mmHg. Penyebab hipertensi dibagi menjadi dua golongan yaitu ;a) Hipertensi Primer Eesensial merupakan hipertensi yang memiliki beberapa kemungkinan penyebabnya; b) Hipertensi sekunder merupakan hipertensi yang disebabkan karena gangguan pembuluh darah atau organ tubuh tertentu, seperti ginjal, kelenjar adrenalin, dan aorta. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat bagaimana mengenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko penyakit hipertensi. Metode PKM berupa konseling dan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko penyakit hipertensi, sasaran PKM masyarakat di RT 05 RW 12 Kelurahan Tangkerang Selatan Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis 10 September sampai dengan  tanggal 19 September 2020. Hasil kegiatan PKM didapat bahwa dari 20 masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, 70% masyarakat mengetahui dan dapat menyebutkan mengenai tentang penyakit hipertensi terutama masyarakat sudah dapat mengenali gejala penyakit hipertensi dan perilaku yang beresiko yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit hipertensi. Kegiatan konseling dan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko penyakit hipertensi sangat efektif dilaksanakan pada masyarakat. Kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait seperti perangkat RT 05 RW 12 Kelurahan Tangkerang Selatan untuk dapat berkoordinasi dengan pihak puskesmas setempat agar dapat mengagendakan kegiatan seperti ini secara rutin, agar dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang kenali gejala dan perilaku beresiko dari penyakit hipertensi sehingga penyakit ini dapat dikendalikan.   Kata Kunci : Penyakit Hipertensi, RT 05  RW 12 Tangkerang Selatan

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Hingga saat ini, tuberkulosis masih menjadi penyakit infeksi menular yang paling berbahaya di dunia. Selama ini penyakit infeksi seperti TB diatasi dengan penggunaan antibiotik. Rifampisin (RIF), Isoniazid (INH), etambutol (EMB), streptomisin dan pirazinamid (PZA) telah dimanfaatkan selama bertahuntahun sebagai anti-TB. Namun, banyak penderita telah menunjukkan resistensi terhadap obat lini pertama ini. Sejak tahun 1980-an, kasus tuberkulosis di seluruh dunia mengalami peningkatan karena kemunculan MDR-TB (Multi Drug Resisten Tuberculosis). Bakteri penyebab MDR-TB adalah strain M. tuberculosis yang resisten terhadap obat anti-TB first-line seperti isoniazid dan rifampisin. Kepada pihak terkait seperti DinKes, puskesmas, dapat mengagendakan kegiatan ini secara rutin, pihak Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru agar dapat memanfaatkan dan melakukan edukasi kepada pasien yang hadir di Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru

Abstract

Anemia is a medical condition in which the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin is less than normalis <12 gram/100ml. Province of Riau is a region wiyh high anemia rates in Indonesia with prevalence exceed the threshold (36%). Based on the results of a survey conducted at SMAN 1 of TelukBelengkong Indragiri Hilir Regency was obtained from 10 female students and 7 people who were anemia. The purpose of this research was the knowing relationship between menstruration, phyisical activity, consumption fe tablet, breakfast, vegetable consumption, tea consumptionwith anemia in female students in the SMAN 1 of Teluk Belengkong Indragiri Hilir Regency year 2019. This research is quantitative analytic with research design a cross sectional. The study population amounted to 90 people with a sample of 90 people. Sampling technique is total sampling with chi square test. The result 60 % have anemia,P value < 0,05 show have relationship between menstruration P value = 0,003 (POR = 4,2), phyisical activity P value = 0,001 (POR = 4,8), breakfast P value = 0,001 (POR = 6,8) and tea consumption P value = 0,014 (POR = 3,2)with anemia in female students in the Sunior High School 1 of Teluk Belengkong. No have relationship between consumption fe tablet P value = 0,355 (POR = 1,7) and vegetable consumption P value = 0,093 (OR = 0,4) with anemia in female students in the Sunior High School 1 of Teluk Belengkong. the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between menstruation, physical activity, breakfast, and tea consumption among female students to the incidence of anemia at SMAN 1 Teluk Belengkong. It is recommended that the school collaborate with the puskesmas in periodic anemia examinations and provide counseling about anemia and prevention efforts

Abstract

The cause of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is the bite of the mosquito Aedes Aegypty which enters the human blood circulation. It was found that the percentage of the House Index was 93.3% of the mosquito larvae in the houses of residents in the working area of ​​the Harapan Raya Health Center. The Objective is to determine the factors associated with the presence of mosquito larvae Aedes Aegypti. This study is quantitative analytic observational with a design cross sectional. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire through interviews, observations, and checklists. The population is 13,750 heads of house hold (KK), the total sample is 189 house holds. Technique Purposive Sampling. Data analysis usingtest Chi square. Results showed the proportion of larvae Aedes Aegypti is 58.7%. Factors related to the presence of mosquito larvae Aedes Aegypti were knowledge (P=0.001; POR=18,494 (CI=8,796-38,881), attitude (P=0.001; POR=5,000 (CI=2,608-9.587), jumantic activity (P = 0.001; POR = 4.717 (CI = 2.519-8.834), the presence of solid waste (P = 0.001; POR = 2.996 (CI = 1.632-5.498), the practice of eradicating mosquito nests (P = 0.001; POR = 136,000 (CI = 46,363- 398,935), and water reservoirs (P=0,028; POR=0,400 (CI=0,335-0,447) The conclusion of seven factors studied were: knowledge, attitudes, jumantic activity, presence of solid waste, practice of eradicating mosquito nests, and water reservoirs. significantly related to the presence of mosquito larvae Aedes Aegypti.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior ( PHBS ) is done at health behavior all of consciousness resulting family members or family to help themselves in the health and could actively in the berperanaktif in health and health activities in the community .The village of sungai raya 347 households consisting all of which have different characteristics and health problems .In the village of sungai raya has never done a survey of phbs at the stage of households covid-19 mainly during the pandemic , so it is not known how the phbs him .Research objectives relating to implementation mengtahui want healthy life at the stage of the community at the time in the village of sungai raya covid-19 old in the year 2020. Quantitative methods used is descriptive. It is a whole population in phbs household 347. households and the restSample 90 families were taken by proportional. random samplingAnalysis using univariat uses software and computerized.The results of the study which are healthy life in the village of sungai raya not achieve the target set by the ministry of health in 70 %, so an active role in the promotion of health and the further is done by penyuluhan-penyuluhan phbs and visits directly to the communities to promote healthy life to people in the village of Sungai Raya.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which has a sudden fever of 2 to 7 days without a clear cause, weakness / lethargy, restlessness, hearDBDurn, signs of bleeding on the skin in the form of bleeding spots (petechiae, bruises (echymosis) or rash (purapura). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of epidemiological surveillance of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) at Sungai Raya Public Health Center in 2020. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach aimed at monitoring activities surveillance at the Sungai Raya Community Health Center, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2020. The informant selection technique is purposive sampling with the key informant of the Head of the Community Health Center, the main informant of the DHF program holder and the person in charge of surveillance. Data analysis uses triangulation of sources. sufficient, the accuracy of the diag assessment value is ba ik, the completeness and accuracy of data delivery has good value, good public access. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of DHF surveillance system is not optimal yet in Sungai Raya Health Center. It is recommended that Sungai Raya Puskesmas be able to make efforts for DHF program holders to take part in surveillance-related training as an effort to increase competence or expertise related to the implementation of DHF training at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 merupakan gangguan penyakit metabolik yang ditandai oleh kenaikan gula darah akibat penurunan sekresi insulin oleh sel beta pankreas dan atau gangguan fungsi insulin. Menurut WHO (World Health Organization) angka mortalitas karena penyakit DM diseluruh Dunia mencapai 1,5 juta orang pada tahun 2015 dan pada tahun 2019 prevalensi penderita DM diperkirakan mencapai 9% dari total populasi dunia. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2019 dari 10 penyakit terbesar penyakit DM berada diurutan kedua yaitu sebanyak 8.716 kasus, pada tahun 2018 meningkat menjadi 12.307 kasus kunjungan terbanyak kasus DM. Dari 20 puskesmas Tiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan analisis yang yang digunakan ialah uji Chi Sqquare. Populasi berjumlah 228 dan sampel berjumlah 100 lansia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Obesitas (P Value : 0,029, nilai POR = 2,706) Riwayat Keluarga (P value : 0,0001, nilai POR = 7,373) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 pada Lansia. Disarankan kepada pihak puskesmas melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dimasyarakat tentang gaya hidup sehat dan senam untuk remaja dan orang dewasa untuk menghindari risiko dm tipe 2 ketika beranjak lansia. This research uses quantitative research methods and uses a cross sectional research design with the analysis used is the Chi Square test. The population is 228 and the sample is 100 elderly. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between obesity (P value: 0.029, POR value = 2.706). Family history (P value: 0.0001, POR value = 7.373) had a significant relationship with the incidence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the elderly. It is recommended that the community health centers conduct outreach activities in the community about healthy lifestyles and exercise for adolescents and adults to avoid the risk of type 2 dm when getting older.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa dinyatakan bahwa pada tahun 2019 jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 148 orang dengan 83 kasus kecelakaan kerja Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja stasiun  Power House PKS PT. Johan Sentosa tahun 2020. Metode: Jenis penelitian observasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif analitik, desain penelitian cross sectional dilakukan di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa, dan waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh operator stasiun Power House di PKS PT. Johan Sentosa yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: Diketahui SOP/prosedur kerja P value 0,015, kompetensi/keterampilan P value 0,002, kebisingan P value 0,026, masa kerja P value 0,043. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara Standar Operasional Prosedur, kompetensi/keterampilan, kebisingin, masa kerja dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja statsiun power house PKS PT.Johan Sentosa. Saran: Perlu dilakukan upaya agar para pekerja mengikuti prosedur kerja yang sudah ditetapkan, meningkatkan keahlian kerja, penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri dan  penempatan mereka sesuai dengan pengalaman atau masa kerja yang dilalui. Johan Sentosa, and the time of this research was conducted in April 2020. The populations were all Power House station operators at PKS PT. Johan Sentosa, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Result shows It is known that SOP / work procedure is P value 0.015, competence/skill P value 0.002, noise P value 0.026, tenure P value 0.043.
