Abstract

The aim of this research is the Islamic Religious Education Subject Teacher Deliberation in improving the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers; Describe the role of MGMP PAI in improving the pedagogical competence of high school level Islamic Religious Education teachers; Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI Subject Teacher Deliberations in improving the pedagogical competence of high school level teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction. The data validity technique used is data reduction. The data validity techniques used are triangulation and member check. The results of this research show that: as a guide or direction for teachers, as well as directing, guiding teacher activities in the learning process to achieve goals, so that they can understand and comprehend the learning process conveyed by the relevant agencies in the Forum. Apart from that, the Forum is a form of effort carried out by the Ministry of Religion of Sambas district to improve the competencies of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at high school level; The PAI MGMP forum plays an important role in the process of improving teachers' teaching abilities. MGMP PAI acts as a reformer, mediator, collaborator, clinical and academic supervisor, evaluator and school developer, along with supporting agencies. So that teachers become enthusiastic and enthusiastic in carrying out their duties as educators; Supporting factors such as the existence of a legal umbrella that protects and further strengthens a PAI MGMP organization, namely the existence of the RI RELIGION MINISTER REGULATION Number 16 of 2010 concerning the PAI MGMP organization. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in the PAI MGMP include the lack of budget support from the relevant agencies.

Abstract

The study investigates the factors influencing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students' motivation at Kampung Inggris Jogja, a non-formal education center. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight intermediate-level students. The analysis revealed that both intrinsic factors (interest, needs, hobbies, goals) and extrinsic factors (teachers, parents, environment) significantly affect students' motivation. The findings indicate that students are highly motivated, with a slight dominance of intrinsic motivation. The study concludes that both intrinsic and extrinsic factors are crucial in EFL learning at Kampung Inggris Jogja.

Abstract

This study aims to research the extent of information prevention fraud disclosed at PTKIN throughout Indonesia through a theory agency. Types of research This study is quantitative descriptive with descriptive statistical methods and tests of Kruskal Wallis. Amount of the sample in the study This is 34 PTKINs, categorized as "very good/good "PTKINs. The collection of this data uses the existing information on the PTKIN website. Research data This was analyzed using the SPSS V.23 program. Results study. This shows that based on an analysis of content information prevention fraud revealed on the website, each PTKIN uses the Fraud Prevention Disclosure Index (FPDI), which found that PTKIN in Indonesia, on average, reveals 79 items out of 100 FPDI items. Overall, the level of disclosure for PTKIN in Indonesia is sufficient. PTKIN in Indonesia is already Very strong in Index Disclosure Prevention Fraud, including integrity, rules, internal audit, core values, scholarship, maintenance awareness, procedures, response research, and prevention strategies fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze: 1) How creative teachers are in using learning media to improve aspects of children's physical motor development at PAUD Permata Hati; 2) What are the forms of teacher creativity in utilizing learning media; 3) What obstacles/constraints do teachers face in utilizing learning media to improve aspects of physical motor development? This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological research, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that; 1. Teacher creativity in utilizing learning media, namely by planning, in preparing RPPH, media, and preparing materials, with implementation so that it is carried out effectively and efficiently, evaluation by carrying out continuous assessments. 2. Forms of teacher creativity in utilizing learning media, namely: fluency in generating ideas/problems regarding media by sharing with teachers from other schools, flexibility/flexibility by utilizing the materials used to create learning media by utilizing used materials, originality in creating new and unique media and teacher skills in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning in the classroom so that children are active when delivering learning material 3. Barriers/constraints faced by teachers in utilizing learning media to improve aspects of physical motor development children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Permata Hati Dusun Sange Bakau, namely: lack of funds to buy media, the facilities provided by the school are inadequate, and teachers must be able to condition students.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where there is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension that occurs causes several complaints and one of them is complaints of pain in the neck area. Several therapies are used in the management of neck pain in hypertensive sufferers, either using pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapy. Murrotal Qur'an from the results of the study appears to have been widely used as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy in various cases related to pain. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of the Murrotal Qur'an on neck pain in hypertension sufferers. This research is a pre-experimental one group pre test-post test design research. The sample consisted of 34 people with hypertension who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The research was carried out in the work area of ??the Lumpatan Community Health Center, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The results of statistical tests using the Paired T test obtained a p value of 0.000. Abstract

Increased blood pressure in patients with hypertension is mostly always accompanied by complaints of headaches. If headaches are not treated, they can really interfere with the daily activities of people suffering from hypertension. The use of salami therapy is used more than existing conventional therapy, namely the use of pharmacological drugs. Actually, there are several non-pharmacological therapies or complementary therapies that can be done to overcome this problem. One of the complementary therapies that can be done is cupping therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of cupping therapy on reducing head pain in patients with hypertension. The research design used a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. The research population was 850 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling with a sample size of 50 respondents consisting of two groups, namely the intervention group with wet cupping treatment and the control group. The average head pain scale in the intervention group before cupping was 3.4 and after cupping it was 1.64, while in the control group the average head pain scale was 3.22 on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) scale. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a p value of 0.000. This shows that there is an effect of cupping therapy on reducing head pain in hypertensive patients. In the future, the author hopes that the cupping treatment method can be used as one of the implementations of complementary medicine at UPTD Puskemas Kemalaraja East Baturaja OKU Regency South Sumatera Province.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi banyak orang. Jaringan internet memerlukan sistem kerja yang terintegrasi antara komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak agar dapat digunakan secara bersamaan. Pentingnya pemantauan jaringan internet disadari dengan adanya Administrator Jaringan. Salah satu teknik monitoring Unifi Access Point adalah dengan menggunakan Unifi Network Management Controller. Penelitian ini merespon permasalahan pada Unifi Access Point pada BPR X Batam yang mengalami lemahnya sinyal dan keterbatasan dalam berselancar di internet. Dengan dirancangnya sistem hotspot captive portal Mikrotik yang terintegrasi dengan UniFi Controller, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa administrator dapat dengan mudah mengatur pengelolaan hotspot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unifi Network Management Controller memudahkan pengguna hotspot dengan captive portal, memungkinkan admin memantau aktivitas pengguna, serta mengelola dan memantau perangkat nirkabel. Selain itu penelitian ini memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan lemahnya sinyal dan terbatasnya akses internet pada Unifi Access Point.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and find out about: 1) instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers, 2) strategies for instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers, 3) methods of instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul mosque teenagers Izza. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is phenomenology. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display/data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique for checking the validity of the researcher's data uses: triangulation and member check. The results of this research show that: 1) instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers are a) honest values, b) trustworthy values, c) patient values, d) sincere values, e) polite values, f) responsible values answer, g) tolerance value. 2) strategy for instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers is a) strategy for choosing the right time, b) strategy for speaking according to what is being done, c) strategy for taming the heart, d) strategy for preparing facilities and infrastructure. 3) the method of instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers is a) the personal approach method, b) the lecture method, c) the example method, d) the habituation method, e) the Advice method.

Abstract

This research explores the internalization of Sufism values in forming an attitude of religious moderation in the Thoriqoh Syadziliyah Al Masudiyah Jombang congregation amidst increasing radicalism. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results show that the internalization of Sufism values such as asceticism, tawakkal, sincerity, patience, gratitude, love, willingness, tolerance, and non-violence is carried out through the recitation of Selapanan Ahad Legi with active learning methods involving the congregation's cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. As a result, the congregation developed a moderate attitude toward religion, reflected in a simple lifestyle, optimism, sincere quality of worship, strong fighting power, not being easily provoked, gratitude, love for others, and tolerance of diversity. Further research is recommended to examine the effectiveness of internalizing Sufism values in different age groups or social backgrounds and its impact on community social cohesion.
