Abstract

Problems of the research that exist at SMA Negeri 1 Baso, student learning competencies were still low. The effort that can be done was to apply the cooperative learning model with the PQ4R type with science literacy content of  SMA Negeri 1 Baso. The purpose of this research was to study student learning through a cooperative model of PQ4R type with science literacy content at SMA Negeri 1 Baso. This type of research was  experimental research with randomized posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class X MIPA SMA 1 Baso registered in 2018/2019. Sampling was done using the Simple purposive Sampling technique, which was chosen as the research samples were class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class and X MIPA 3 as the control class. The instrument used consisted of posttest questions for knowledge competency, observation sheets for students attitudes and skills. The assessment hypothesis using the t-test, can prove the knowledge competency tcount 4.09> ttable1.67, competency assessment value 86% with very good categories for experimemt class  and 58% with enough categories for control class. Competency of skill value tcount 3.55> ttable 1.67. This was an accepted hypothesis. Thus, It was concluded that the cooperative model of PQ4R type with science literacy content improve the competency of knowledge, attitude, and skill of class X MIPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Baso.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of some doses of natural inoculants on the growth of Shorea pinanga seedling. The research was carried out with several steps including seed provision, inoculation of ectomycorrhyza, planting and maintenance in the nursery. The result of the research showed that height and number of branches were different at the significant level of 5 %, while diameter and number of leaves were not significantly different. The natural inoculants dose of 15 g showed the best growth in response to the increment of height, diameter, and number of leaves, while that of 20 g showed the best in the number of branches increment. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that embrace the democratic system in running the goverment. One manifrstation of democracy is the General Election (GE). In the end, people’s power apparently still has a large role in the General Election. This can be seen from the regional head election that took place in the city of Makassar. The people of Makassar preferred empty boxes rather than the sole candidate supported by political parties. This research discusses the juridical review of the victory of the empty box in the Regional Head General Election. This is a normative study with the types and sources of legal material taken from secondary data. The legal materials were gathered through literature review and analyzed qualitatively with deductive conclusions.The results of the study showed that the factors of sole candidates in the regional head elections were divided into juridical factors and non-juridical factors. Juridical factors started with the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 100 / PUU-XIII / 2015. Non-juridical factors are as follows: the nominating process requires high costs and the existence of money politics; weak competitiveness of candidates in political competition; the political interests of the political elite; and the failure of political parties to give political education to cadres. The legal consequence of winning an empty box against a sole candidate is that if the sole candidate loses a valid vote gain of less that 50%, then the next election will be held again in the following year

Abstract

Employees are company assets. Therefore employees are needed for the growthof a company. Therefore, every employee must be able to work together, compact so that work productivity can increase. Establishing good relationships between employees, always maintained for each company. To further strengthen this relationship, the company needs to hold an employee gathering program intended for all workers in the company. In addition to being able to refresh themselves but also can build compactness in work the better. Thus, the researcher wants to know about the employee gathering program conducted by PT Kurnia Mitra Selaras in establishing good employee relations with the theme "Unite Hearts in harmony with Goals". The method used is descriptive qualitative. And the results of the research stated that the employee gathering program "Unite Hearts in harmony with the Goals" in establishing employee relations held on Saturday - Sunday, 3-4 February 2018 at Villa Teratai, Lembang, Bandung can run successfully where the program is in accordance with the event rundown participants felt happy to have a good effect on employee relations where the length of time they rarely communicate among fellow employees because of their respective work activities. Keywords: employee gathering, employee relations

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing student critical thinking skill using practical work method on Thermochemistry lesson. It was conducted at the first semester of the eleventh grade of Islamic Senior High School of Diniyah Puteri Pekanbaru in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. It was using descriptive method and it was pre-experiment with one shot case study design directing to get the information about critical thinking skill appeared, to see student critical thinking skill that could be developed through practical work method on Thermochemistry lesson. The subjects of this research were the eleventh-grade students at the first semester in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. Purposive sampling technique was used in this research, and it was obtained a class comprising 20 students, and they were divided into 4 groups. Observation, interview, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. Final data analysis of observation sheet showed student critical thinking skill that the total percentage was 77.09% and it was on good category.

Abstract

Authorities, transparency, and public participation to the accountability of village fund management and finds the obstacles to its implementation. This Research using multiple regression analysis, with convenience sampling and using questioners.  Results show competencies on the execution of village government authorities have effect negative and significant, contrary to Transparency have positive and significant, but Public Participation does not have effects. According to the result, competencies on the execution of village government authorities still low, villagers knows about village funds in Kecamatan Tigaraksa because they all get the benefit from village fund, and they only follow the instructions

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui rantai pemasaran ternak kuda di Pasar Hewan Tolo, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penentuan data dilakukan dengan metoda survey lapang dipasar hewan dengan wawancara terhadap 10 peternak, 8 pedagang pengumpul, 2 pedagang besar, 10 pedagang pengecer dan 3 konsumen ternak kuda. Data primer dan data sekunder yang digunakan dianalisis secara diskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan analisis margin pemasaran dan share harga. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan rantai pemasaran ternak kuda mempunyai 3 (tiga) mata rantai hingga pada konsumen akhir. Rantai pemasaran menentukan nilai share dengan keuntungan yang berbeda, diperoleh rantai pemasaran I pedagang besar nilai share sebesar 0,6%/ekor, rantai pemasaran II pedagang pengecer nilai share sebesar 0,8%/ekor dan rantai pemasaran III pedagang pengumpul nilai share sebesar 7,2%/ekor. Semakin pendek saluran pemasaran yang terjadi maka semakin besar nilai share yang diperoleh lembaga pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang aktivitas make up artist laki-laki di Kota Padang.. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori tindakan sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Max Weber. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tipe studi kasus dan pemilihan informan melalui teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 20 orang informan. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi dinamika aktivitas pada make up artist laki-laki di Kota Padang, baik itu aktivitas saat meriasnya, yang awalnya menguasai banyak hal seperti hair stylish, make up, fashion, namun sekarang hanya terfokus pada satu bidang yaitu make up , dan dinamika aktivitas setelah bekerja sebagai make up artist, yaitu : (1) selebgram dan endorsement, (2) pelatih tari, (3) aktif di organisasi tata rias, (4) desainer dan (5) mahasiswa.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini: (1) Bagaimanakah hasil belajar IPS siswa Kelas VIII SMPN1 Selakau Kabupaten Sambas sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Complex Instruction, (2) Bagaimanakah hasil belajar sesudah menggunakan model tersebut, (3) Adakah pengaruh model tersebut terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi berjumlah 161 siswa kelas VIII SMPN1 Selakau. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yaitu kelas VIII-C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII-E sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Pengolahan data menggunakan Uji t. Hasil penelitian: (1) rata-rata hasil pre-test kelas eksperimen 46,718 dan kelas kontrol 43,437, keduanya tergolong gagal, (2) rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksperimen 76,406 dan kelas kontrol 72,031, keduanya tergolong baik, (3) hasil uji t diperoleh thitungttabel yakni 2,6372,389 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikan α=1%, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Complex Instruction terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Complex Instruction, Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di kelas VII B SMP Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013, (2) untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share berbantuan LKS. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dimana peneliti sebagai guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan penilaian, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B SMP Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang. Data hasil belajar dianalisis secara deskriptif sedangkan data respon siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: (1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VII B SMP Bhaktiyasa Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 61,81. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar PKn siswa sebesar 81,81, dibandingkan dengan siklus I hasil belajar PKn siswa dengan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share berbantuan LKS terjadi peningkatan sebesar 20%, (2) untuk respon siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share berbantuan LKS diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 42,2 dengan kategori sangat baik.   Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Pembelajaran Kooperatif , Think-Pair-Share dan LKS
