Abstract

Pengaduan masyarakat adalah salah satu upaya untuk membuat masyarakat berperan serta dalam usaha pemerintah meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan penerapan good governance. Masyarakat dapat membantu memberikan informasi kepada pemerintah mengenai permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di daerah atau kota tempat tinggal mereka melalui instansi terkait guna segera dapat diatasi. Pengaduan masyarakat saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi ke instansi terkait, sehingga menyulitkan baik dari penduduk dan dari pemerintah. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun aplikasi yang akan memiliki kemampuan memonitoring pengaduan masyarakat secara terintegrasi langsung kepada instansi-instansi pemerintah terkait pengaduan yang diajukan.Pengaduan masyarakat berbasis android ini dapat membantu masyarakat untuk melakukan pengaduan secara mudah dan cepat selama tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor-kantor pemerintah. Masyarakat juga bisa mengetahui status dari pengaduan yang telah diajukan. Aplikasi pengaduan ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pemerintah dan instansi terkait memberikan tanggapan dan menangani pengaduan warga secara cepat.

Abstract

The microcontroller is one of the necessary parts of a computer system. In a simple microcontroller will produce a specific output based on the input received and the program given. The microcontroller as semiconductor technology its presence greatly assist the development of electronics world. With a functional architecture but contains a lot of transistor content is integrated, thus supporting the creation of a more portable electronic circuit. One effort made to graduate Computer Systems courses can compete in the world of work is to provide more practice. Therefore it takes the media trainer microcontroller training to facilitate practical activities. Through this research, hope can realize a media trainer microcontroller training that can do the instructions given. That is, the most critical part of a computerized system is the program itself created by a programmer.

Abstract

Subject scheduling is an important element in teaching and learning activities in schools. Scheduling lessons often take a long time due to many factors such as determining teacher teaching hours allocation, the limited number of teachers and teaching in a large number of classes. The problem that often arises is the clash of teaching hours at the same time. One solution to scheduling problems is through the optimization method of Genetic Algorithms. Genetic Algorithms are methods inspired by Mendell's theory of genetics and evolution to solve problems that require optimization. The constraints that were used as constraints in this study were clashing hours of teaching teachers and clashing the same class at the same time. In this study, the results of implementing Genetic Algorithms as a method of optimizing lesson scheduling have not yet obtained optimal results. The solution with the best fitness value is achieved by the number of chromosomes as many as 20, the number of generations is 200, the probability of crossover (Pc) 0.5 and the probability value of mutation (Pm) is from 0.15 to 0.35. The fastest time for Pm value is 0.15 for 91.22 seconds, while for Pm value of 0.35, it takes 91.65 seconds.

Abstract

PaTik Bali merupakan aplikasi keyboard virtual berbasis mobile. Keyboard PaTik berfungsi menulis aksara Bali. PaTik memiliki fitur autocorrection sesuai dengan pasang pageh aksara bali. Pada google playstore, jumlah perangkat terinstall lebih dari 89.000 perangkat mobile. Dalam penelitian ini ingin diketahui tingkat kenyamanan pengguna dari segi User Experience. Maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi pengalaman pengguna PaTik Bali. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Kelengkapan aspek, yaitu attractiveness, pragmatic quality dan hedonic quality menjadi keunggulan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Selain itu, sudah disedikan Data Analysist Tool dalam format excel untuk memudahkan pengukuran User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Evaluasi dilakukan pada suatu populasi yang berjumlah 34 data. Evaluasi User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) memiliki penilaian yang baik. Daya tarik memiliki nilai rata-rata 1.8, kejelasan memiliki nilai 1.7, Efisiensi memiliki nilai 1.6, Ketepatan memiliki nilai 1.7, Stimulasi memiliki nilai 2, dan Kebaruan memiliki nilai 1.3. Hasil analisa untuk kualitas pragmatic dan hedonis pun memiliki penilaian yang baik masing-masing memiliki nilai rata-rata 1.72 dan 1.73. Dan analisa benchmark juga memberikan nilai 1.73 yang dikatakan baik. Analisa dengan menggunakan UEQ menunjukkan user experience dari pengguna PaTik Bali dapat dikatakan baik dengan nilai rata-rata diatas 1. AbstractPaTik Bali is a mobile-based virtual keyboard application. PaTik keyboard functions to write Balinese script. PaTik has an autocorrection feature in accordance with the Balinese script. On the Google Play Store, the number of devices installed is more than 89,000 mobile. In this study, we want to know the level of user comfort in terms of User Experience. So in this study an evaluation of the experience of PaTik Bali users was conducted. The evaluation was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Completeness of aspects, namely attractiveness, pragmatic quality and hedonic quality are the advantages of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). In addition, Data Analysis Tool has been provided in Excel format to facilitate the measurement of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The evaluation was carried out on a population of 34 data. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) evaluation has a good rating. Attraction has an average value of 1.8, clarity has a value of 1.7, Efficiency has a value of 1.6, Accuracy has a value of 1.7, Stimulation has a value of 2, and Novelty has a value of 1.3. The analysis results for pragmatic and hedonic quality also have good ratings, each having an average value of 1.72 and 1.73. And benchmark analysis also gives a value of 1.73 which is said to be good. Analysis using UEQ shows that the user experience of PaTik Bali users can be said to be good with an average value above 1.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a wireless network technology that is capable of scanning and can be used to monitor environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors. One of the devices used in data communication at WSN is XBee. XBee is a device in WSN that uses radio frequency as a data transmission path from one device to another. In sending data, Xbee can be affected by the distance and signal strength between devices. In this research, Xbee communication distance analysis is done outdoors and indoors so as to get data in the form of maximum distance vulnerable from Xbee. The results of this study indicate that the Xbee Pro Series 2B that is measured outside the room is capable of sending data up to a distance of 110 meters, while the Xbee Pro Series 2B device that is measured indoors is capable of sending data up to a distance of 20 meters.

Abstract

Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP) is a hybrid routing protocol on MANET, because the routing protocol isbase on two protocols, namely IntrAzone Routing Protocol (IARP) and IntErzone Routing Protocol (IERP).Through IARP, each node identifies distance to all nodes in its routing zone. Although the network is very large,the update process is only distribute locally in its routing zone only and not the whole network. While IERPprotocol is responsible to find a route to a node that is located outside the zone. The selection of neighboringnodes completely done by Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP), which is performe by the node selection NDP issending beacons broadcast message. NDP only use TTL to decide whether the neighboring nodes in broken ormaintained.In this research, the method of signal strength based link-sensing stability adaptation into the work processof the NDP. This method works based on the signal strength of a node. Signal strength of a node are reliableif the node does not exceed the predetermined threshold value. Reliable nodes that will be stored in theneighbor table and will be a reference to the IARP routing process. Nodes are not reliable will be disconnectedand will not send beacons at the message again.The selection of reliable neighbor nodes by calculating signal strength and link quality is able to improvethe performance of ZRP routing protocols. Protocols tested in scenarios designed by the wide variationarea. The test results showed an increase of 4:13 kbps increase in throughput, a decrease of 9.98 ms e2e delayand routing overhead decreased by 3.83%.

Abstract

Peramalan merupakan seni dan ilmu dalam memprediksi sesuatu di masa yang akan datang. Proses peramalan akan melibatkan data historis pada masa lampau (seperti data penjualan tahun lalu) dan memproyeksikan data tersebut pada masa mendatang dengan pemodelan matematika. Peramalan digunakan pada PT. Puri Wira Mahkota untuk menentukan kuantitas produk yang seharusnya disediakan oleh unit produksi pusat melalui kantor cabang selaku pihak distributor. Nilai ramalan yang dihasilkan akan ditinjau tingkat akurasinya melalui grafik perbandingan tingkat fluktuasi hasil ramalan dengan data observasi yang diperoleh. Hasil dari model peramalan naif harus menjadi dasar untuk menentukan apakah nilai ramalan dikatakan bagus (akurat). Tidak digunakan untuk menetapkan target peramalan yang bersifat sewenang-wenang (seperti Mean Absolute Percentage Error 10% dikatakan "Sempurna", Mean Absolute Percentage Error 20% dikatakan "Bagus") tanpa adanya konteks kemampuan peramalan dari data observasi. Jika hasil peramalan yang diperoleh lebih buruk dari peramalan naif (berarti dapat dikatakan sebagai hasil ramalan yang "Buruk"), maka jelas proses peramalan perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil yang buruk dan tidak sesuai dengan data aktual tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang kemudian dianalisis untuk peningkatan proses peramalan dengan tujuan memperoleh hasil yang mendekati akurat.

Abstract

The Balinese language which is used in daily life on the island of Bali has experienced a shift in usage so it needs to be preserved. In an effort to preserve the Balinese language and script, the Provincial Government issued Bali Governor Regulation Number 20 of 2013 and Regulation number 1 of 2018. I Made Suatjana submitted a proposal that the Balinese script be included in Unicode to make it easier to display Balinese script on digital media. Cokorda Rai Adi Pramartha developed keyboards or keyboards and an application called T@miang to facilitate typing Balinese characters on computer devices. Computer equipment is slowly becoming obsolete, replaced by mobile devices used by 53.03% of users in Indonesia, so it is necessary to build a Balinese script keyboard that can be used on mobile devices. PaTik Bali is built for mobile devices with Android operating system. PaTik Bali layout is adapted to T@miang keyboard layout. PaTik Bali version 1.0 only uses the Balinese script on each keyboard key. In version 2.0 each button on PaTik Bali has been added Latin letters because of the large number of entries on the Google Play page. Based on data recorded on the Google Play Console, there are 41,820 devices that have installed the Balinese Keyboard (PaTik Bali) application, 99.19% are from Indonesia. In general, the PaTik Bali application can be accepted in the community, this can be seen from the average rating given by users on Google Play which is 4.27 on a scale of 5. However, some users complain about the incorrect form of letters. The PaTik Bali application uses fonts that have been embedded in the Android operating system so that it can be used as a keyboard in other applications. This font still has enough problems. To fix this problem, it is necessary to develop the Balinese font then ask Google as an Android developer to enter the new font into the Android operating system.

Abstract

The use of video conferencing technology is increasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bigbluebutton and jitsi are examples of open source video conferencing platforms that can be installed on their own servers. The server is created using a cloud-based virtual machine. Analysis of quality of service which includes delay, packet loss, throughput, and jitter is needed to determine the quality of service and the comparison of the two platforms. Observations were also made on the use of CPU, memory / RAM, and disk usage for each server. There are 3 test scenarios carried out. Each scenario is carried out on each existing VM specification. From this test, it is known that in the delay parameter, the highest bigbluebutton is obtained, which is 35,35 ms. And then the highest jitsi delay is 17,66 ms. In packet loss parameters, jitsi obtained the highest yield, namely 0,29%, while for bigbluebutton only 0,16% of packet loss was the highest. Throughput, bigbluebutton and jitsi all got very bad results. However, bigbluebutton obtained better results, namely, the highest throughput was 5.6%. While Jitsi obtained the highest throughput, namely 2,8%. Whereas for the jitter parameter, jitsi obtained 0,00 ms results on all tests in each VM. Meanwhile, bigbluebutton, get 0,1 ms on test 3 on VM 1
