Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mendorong dan membantu potensi kemajuan pendidikan di negara Indonesia, salah satunya adalah beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik(PPA) sehingga diperlukan seleksi penerima beasiswa untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Permasalahan seleksi beasiswa termasuk kedalam permasalahan Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Penelitian ini menganalisis masalah MADM yaitu pemberian beasiswa dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) dan model pemberian bobot Rank Order Centroid(ROC). Pengujian metode yang sesuai dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis sensitivitas untuk mengetahui kombinasi metode yang paling sensitif dalam menghasilkan perankingan akhir penerima beasiswa. Dari hasil pengujian analisis sensitivitas kombinasi ROC-SAW menghasilkan nilai sensitivitas terkecil dengan nilai 0.000144, dan dari 18 percobaan perubahan bobot yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan ranking hasil akhir didapatkan hasil bahwa metode AHP-SAW menghasilkan perubahan ranking dengan persentase 80,56% dari ranking awal, dan ROC-SAW menghasilkan perubahan ranking dengan persentase 90,83% dari ranking awal. Kata Kunci: Analisis Sensitivitas, AHP-SAW, ROC-SAW, Multikriteria

Abstract

Pandemic Corona Disease 19 or called Covid19 raises a situation that requires every level of society to maintain health and perform activities work from home. One suggestion from the government is to implement social distancing for the academic community, one of which is students. However, not all students can do it due to the lack of understanding of social distancing and the demands of working status, this study seeks to measure the level of understanding of students in knowing social distancing and applying it in current conditions. Based on the questionnaire data collection distributed with the number of respondents 287 students with vulnerable ages 18-25 years later conducted a classification of datamining using the C4.5 algorithm with tree modeling, the results obtained that the accuracy of 93.73%, with class precision that is predictions of students understanding social distancing ( 96.97%), students understand but have to work (100%) and students hesitate (75.71%).

Abstract

Penentuan bobot multikriteria dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi suatu kesulitan bagi pengambil keputusan, penentuan bobot diperlukan untuk melakukan evaluasi kriteria. Namun dalam beberapa situasi pengambil keputusan  tidak percaya diri atau tidak memiliki pengetahuan untuk mendefinisikan nilai preferensi untuk bobot dan lebih menyukai menggunakan informasi parsial dan penilaian subyektif terhadap bobot kriteria. Salah satu cara penentuan bobot adalah dengan menentukan urutan prioritas kriteria dan menggunakan Surrogate Weight (bobot pengganti) untuk menentukan bobot sesuai dengan jumlah kriteria yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Surrogate Weight Procedures yang terdiri dari Rank Sum(RS), Rank Reciprocal(RR), Rank Order Centroid(ROC) dan Equal Weight(EW) untuk menentukan bobot dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melakukan perankingan. Simulasi kasus yang digunakan yaitu seleksi pemberian beasiswa PPA (Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik) dengan  9 kriteria dan 22 alternatif. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis perbandingan hasil akhir alternatif dari kombinasi metode RS-SAW, RR-SAW, ROC-SAW dan EW-SAW .Kata Kunci : Multikriteria,Surrogate Weight, SAW

Abstract

Bali is known for its tourism and culture, the most viscous Balinese culture to date is consultation or cooperation. This can be seen from the many upakara (ceremonial) activities involving local communities, such as upakara dewa yadnya, manusia yadnya, and bhuta yadnya. In providing ceremonial information in an area in Bali, involving banjar or kulkul users. Kulkul in Bali is a traditional information medium that is still used to convey information about death, deliberation, and disaster in an area. However, people who live outside the village cannot hear information through the sound of kulkul. In this study, the Android-based Kulkul Beats Website and Information System was pre-built, but it is necessary to perform analysis of its performance testing. The system can provide information about the beat of the kulkul and is able to control the kulkul through the android app. It can also provide information about beats and will be displayed on the website, as well as controlling the kulkul through the android app. Android system testing using black box testing. From ISO 9126 test results, the functionality aspect gets a value of 1, where the function test has run 100% correctly. Test results of 100% reliability aspect test with success results. Usability test results showed 65.9% (good) results with Alpha Cronbach 0.969 (excellent). The efficiency aspect test results got a C with an average score of 77.2 and an average load time of 1.44 seconds.

Abstract

STMIK Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani always strives to improve quality or internal quality sustainably as a strategy to be able to compete with other universities. The institution itself realizes that to achieve educational goals and maintain the quality of education and produce good outputs, it requires commitment, strategies, appropriate methods, and adequate human resources in the process of achieving it. One way to improve the quality of a university is to select teaching staff or lecturers because the quality of lecturers will greatly determine the high and low quality of a university. Based on the problems that arise, a decision support system is needed that can handle the influence relationship between parameters for the selection process for lecturer acceptance. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method were used to determine alternative priorities for prospective lecturers. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria, sub-criteria, and scoring data, while the MOORA method is used to calculate the final score and ranking.

Abstract

Determination of the final result in determining the decision is to determine the best alternative from several existing alternatives based on several predetermined criteria. The criteria are measures, rules, or standards for making decisions. It can be done by combining several Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods such as AHP, VIKOR, SAW, TOPSIS, and others to get the best decision results. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one of the MCDM methods with advantages at the criteria weighting stage. It uses a consistency test to see whether the weights obtained are consistent. In comparison, the VIKOR and SAW methods are also of MCDM methods but do not apply the weighting consistency test. With the advantages and disadvantages of each MCDM method, it is possible to combine several existing methods to provide better solutions or alternatives. This study compares the ranking results between the combination of the AHP-VIKOR method and the combination of the AHP-SAW method in a performance appraisal case study. The AHP method is used to weight the criteria and sub-criteria, while the VIKOR and SAW methods are used in the alternative ranking process. The test results show differences in the alternative ranking results between the two combinations of MCDM methods used.

Abstract

Purpose: CV. Harmoni Permata has several employees, and each employee has a bonus salary. However, in determining who is eligible for the employee salary bonus at CV. Harmoni Permata is still done manually assessment. This causes an error in the calculation because the decision-maker must look at previous historical data to decide.Design/methodology/approach: System design includes systems that can manage user data, position data, criteria data, criteria description data, absences data, task data, and assessment data, which will produce an assessment report. The MOORA method approach is used because it has calculations with minimum and simple math and has a good level of selectivity. Findings/result: The normalization comparison test of the manual calculation of the MOORA method with the system calculation results is the same, with the best five alternative employees who deserve a salary bonus.Originality/value/state of the art: Based on previous research reviews, this study uses the criteria for performance, honesty, attendance, and accuracy by determining the weight based on the type of benefit or cost and the MOORA method in calculating the final value of alternative ranking.

Abstract

The process of selecting from many alternatives to the criteria is a decision that is often determined in decision making. The criteria for which criteria can consist of many attributes are used by decision-makers in making the selection or are called multi-criteria decision making (MADM ). Determining the Artist Music Festival at an event has quite a complicated difficulty, because the assessment of the criteria is heterogeneous. The spider web's approach to integrating criteria results in the selection of the artist form that attracts the most attention, and public interest. Model AHP use of multi-attributes is used in selecting artists to perform at music festivals, selecting artists using criteria, namely Number of Followers (C1), stamp C2, Average Popular Tracks (C3), Average Youtube Viewers (C4), and the price of the artist (C5). Data on the number of followers, popularity, average popular tracks, and average YouTube viewers were obtained using the Spotify and Youtube APIs. The settlement method applied is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Rating Scale algorithm, with an alternative using five samples of Indonesian artists. The research results are expected to provide recommendations for artists as performers in the music festival.

Abstract

Information about consumer spending patterns is needed by retail companies in determining promotion strategies, placing merchandise on shelves, and inventory management. Most applications in retail companies only produce information from the company side. Applications owned by the company have not been able to generate transaction activity information from the customer side. The transaction activity information from the customer side is knowing consumer spending patterns in terms of buying goods. This information can overcome problems that are often faced by companies, namely customer complaints when there is a vacancy in inventory of pairs of goods that are often purchased by customers. This article describes the application of association data mining with the Apriori TID algorithm. Apriori-TID is a development of the Apriori algorithm. Apriori-TID plays a role in finding frequent itemsets based on minimum support. The application can generate goods association rules based on the minimum support and confidence values entered by the user. The association data mining application features dataset import, dataset analysis, and print analysis result reports. The association rules generated by the application are evaluated using the lift ratio method. The number of transactions, minimum support, and minimum confidence affect the number of rules generated by the application.

Abstract

The government's role in the implementation of higher education in Indonesia is to provide a university database. It is hoped that the government and the public can participate in assessing and conducting surveillance with the database. Every tertiary institution must report everything related to the implementation of education, starting from lecturer data, student data, and lecture data. In its performance, a Dikti Feeder application has been prepared that can transmit data. Each university will adjust the data entry following the Dikti standards. As one of the higher education providers, STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been able to report data well, but specifically for final assignments and work practices, it has not been maximized due to the development of a separate system from the academic system. For this reason, a suitable system will be developed to accommodate Thesis and Internship data related to reporting on the Dikti Feeder by applying the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) method using the Cube JS modular framework. Some of the tests carried out are schema file testing, frontend and backend testing, cube client testing, querying testing and load request testing showing the data can be displayed correctly and the process is successful.
