Sebuah komposisi atau suatu struktur liabilitas adalah pengertian dari struktur modal perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan selama tahun 2015 hingga 2018 (4 tahun) pada perusahaan Sektor Perdangan di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini diolah dari data laporan tahunan perusahaan Sektor Perdangan di Indonesia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi panel data. Hubungan antara struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan akan diungkapkan dari penelitian ini. Variabel independen yaitu struktur modal akan di proksikan dengan debt to equity ratio (DER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), dan longterm debt ratio (LTDR). Dan untuk variabel dependen yaitu kinerja keuangan akan di proksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA). Penelitian pada perusahaan sektor Perdagangan di Indonesia menghasilkan nilai R square model yaitu 0,4574 artinya bahwa 45,74% kinerja perusahaan dijelaskan oleh variabel penelitian ini.

A composition or a liability structure is the understanding of a company's capital structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the capital structure and financial performance from 2015 to 2018 (4 years) in the Indonesian Trade Sector. The sample of this study was processed from annual report data of Indonesian Trade Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this is in accordance with the objectives of this study. The analytical method in this study uses panel data regression. The relationship between capital structure and financial performance will be revealed from this study. The independent variable is the capital structure will be proxied with a debt to equity ratio (DER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and longterm debt ratio (LTDR). And for the dependent variable that is financial performance will be proxied by Return on Equity (ROE). Research on trade sector companies in Indonesia produces a R square model value of 0.9291 which means that 92.91% of financial performance is explained by the variables of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of company Size (SIZE), Liquidity(LIQ), Growth Opportunity (GROWTH), Tangibility (TANG), dan Bussines Risk (RISK) of Capital Structure-property and real estate in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research aiming to work out a systematically explain the facts and properties in an object in the study then do the merger between related variables in it with the presentation of secondary data from the financial statements of banking companies in the country of Indonesia. The population used in this study is a banking company listed in Indonesia stock exchanges in the period 2009-2016. Research results for property and real estate in Indonesia The value of R square model is 0,589 percent means that the variation of capital structure that can be explained by the independent variables in the analysis of Size, Liq, Growth, Tang, and Risk of 58.90 percent of the remaining of 41.1 percent explained by other factors not included in this study.

Kind of research is quantitative with the aim of examines the variables that affect the value of transportation companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 23 transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to be used as research samples with the determination of the sample that is simple random sampling. The hypothesis test used in this study is panel data regression using the E-views 12.0 program and using a significance level of 5%. The results obtained are as follows (1) there is a significant effect of capital structure on the value of transportation companies during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) there is a significant effect of profitability on the value of transportation companies during the Covid-19 pandemic, and (3) there is no significant effect of interest rates the value of transportation companies during the Covid-19 pandemic.

TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE IN STRENGTHENING PROMOTION USING SOCIAL MEDIA FACILITIES IN MSMES IN PASAR KEONG VILLAGE, LEBAK REGENCY, RANGKASBITUNG. This Abdimas aims to provide training and assistance in terms of making promotional facilities on social media for MSMEs in Lebak Regency, namely in Pasar Keong Rangkasbitung Village. The chosen social media is Instagram, because for WhatsApp, on average, the trainees have already promoted there, so Instagram is an additional promotional media for them. There were 15 participants with various businesses, including wet cakes, chips, agricultural products, basic necessities and so on. They are very enthusiastic about participating in the training, because they are guided from the beginning of making Instagram to uploading their products.

The spread of COVID-19 has almost never been predicted by any part of the world. This affects most business fields in terms of global supply, world demand, and the confidence of economic actors. The spread of COVID-19 has caused several business activities which become the driving force of the economy stopped due to government policies. The stay at home policy disrupts the performance of the business field, most of which conduct physical buying and selling transactions. And it has directly impact to a negative economic growth both globally and in every region of Indonesia, including Sumatra including 10 provinces within. For this reason, a SWOT analysis is needed to determine the best strategies that can drive economic growth. This analysis based on logics to enhance Strength and Opportunities, nevertheless at the same time could minimize weakness and overcoming Threats. The results of the position of the Cartesian diagram in this study were to diversify products / technologies both e-commerce and fintech and to carry out the results of the SWOT matrix strategy. After analyzing the SWOT matrix, the results in this study were to choose the S-T strategy, namely using strength to overcome threats.

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Growth Opportunities, and Tangible Assets on the Capital Structure of Property and Real Estate Companies in Indonesia. The population used in this study are property companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the period 2012-2016. The sample used in this study were 32 property companies in Indonesia by using the purpose sampling method to obtain a representative sample that matches the established criteria. In this study, the data analysis method used is the panel data regression method which is a combination of time series and cross sections in property companies in Indonesia. Research results for property companies in Indonesia The R square value of this model is 0.5126 which means that variations of capital structure that can be explained by the independent variables analyzed are LIQ, GROWTH, and TANG by 51.26 percent and the remaining 48.74 percent explained by other factors not included in this study.

Bank Sampah Lestari 25 is a community group in Serang City that carries out business activities to utilize waste to be managed with a system of refuse, reduce, and recycle. This effort is certainly a form of public concern in helping the government improve environmental cleanliness. In addition, of course, you will get income to improve people's welfare and advance the economic structure. The absence of financial management carried out at Bank Sampah Lestari 25 makes the performance of this waste bank not optimal. Financial management is an action to achieve financial goals in the future. Financial management includes personal financial management, family financial management, and company financial management. Financial management is an important part of overcoming economic problems, whether individuals, families, or companies. The objectives of financial management in general are to achieve certain target funds in the future, protect and increase wealth owned, regulate cash flow (income and expenditure of money), and carry out risk management and manage investment risk properly and manage debt and credit. From the results of the implementation of community service activities in the form of financial management literacy, training on recording financial transactions, and preparing simple financial reports, the benefits were very much felt. From ignorance of financial management and irregularity in managing finances to understanding and being able to carry out more regular financial management. Abstrak Bank Sampah Lestari 25 adalah kelompok masyarakat di Kota Serang yang melakukan kegiatan usaha memanfaatkan sampah untuk dikelola dengan sistem refuse, reduce, dan recycle. Usaha ini tentunya sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat dalam membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu tentunya mendapatan penghasilan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan struktur ekonomi. Belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Lestari 25 menjadikan kinerja bank sampah ini tidak maksimal. Manajemen keuangan merupakan sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Manajemen keuangan meliputi manajemen keuangan pribadi, manajemen keuangan keluarga, dan manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Tujuan manajemen keuangan secara umum adalah mencapai target dana tertentu di masa yang akan dating, melindungi dan meningkatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki, mengatur arus kas (pemasukan dan pengeluaran uang), dan melakukan manajemen risiko dan mengatur risiko investasi dengan baik serta mengelola utang piutang. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk literasi manajemen keuangan, pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana memang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari ketidaktahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan dan ketidakteraturan mengelola keuangan menjadi mengerti dan mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih teratur. Institutional strengthening in the form of establishing an organizational structure model, drafting job descriptions and handling conflicts are very important issues today. The need for institutional strengthening is needed not only in large organizations but also very much needed by small organizations such as MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The Garbage Bank is a type of investment from the sale of community waste that is not cashed directly but is recorded as personal savings. The Sustainable Waste Bank, which was established by a community of environmental care residents at Perum Taman Banten Lestari, has experienced ups and downs in its organizational journey, institutional strengthening is expected to be one of the supporting tools so that this organization can survive and grow in the future. From the results of the implementation of this institutional strengthening activity, results were obtained in the form of a more introduction to the importance of making a clear organizational structure and preparation of job descriptions so that there is no overlapping in the implementation of duties and authorities within the organization. Abstrak Penguatan kelembagaan berupa penetapan model struktur organisasi, penyusunan job description dan handling conflict menjadi isu yang sangat penting dewasa ini. Kebutuhan akan penguatan kelembagaan diperlukan tidak hanya di organisasi besar tetapi juga sangat diperlukan oleh organisasi kecil seperti UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah). Bank Sampah merupakan jenis investasi dari penjualan sampah masyarakat yang tidak secara langsung diuangkan akan tetapi dicatat sebagai tabungan pribadi. Bank Sampah Lestari yang didirikan komunitas warga peduli lingkungan hidup di Perum Taman Banten Lestari ini mengalami pasang surut di dalam perjalanan organisasinya, penguatan kelembagaan diharapkan menjadi salah satu tools yang mendukung agar organisasi ini bisa survive dan semakin berkembang ke depannya. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan penguatan kelembagaan ini didapatkan hasil berupa pengenalan lebih akan pentingnya pembuatan struktur organisasi yang jelas, dan penyusunan job description sehingga tidak terjadi tumpang tindih pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh antara komunikasi, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dan metode penelitian melibatkan dua variabel: variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 230 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 86 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan Sampling Insidental. Analisis yang digunakan, yaitu mean, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t. Hasil penelitian: komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sub Bagian Umum dan Pengadaan Kementerian Pertanian RI.
