EFEKTIVITAS DAKWAH ISLAM MELALUI KOLABORASI SENI KENTONGAN DAN HADROH BANYUMASAN (Studi Komunitas Kenthosh, Rawalo - Banyumas) Basuni, Basuni

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the art of culture Banyumas oriented to the wider community by bringing up simple traditional musical instruments that have value and high quality. The combination of a musical instrument with other musical instruments make a variety of rhythmic harmonization. It is able to make art Kenthongan and Hadroh Bersholawat (Kenthosh) synergize each other. In this modern era the fastest thing faded eroded is a culture. Both culturally in terms of ethics, morals, social relations or art that is summed up in a tradition. Therefore, the reason the author chose the theme of culture as a means of Islamic propaganda is relevant because it is known that religion and culture is one element in the unity of complementary and memeiliki chemistry. Religion without culture is a void, and vice versa. The diversity and characteristic of a region is seen in the surrounding natural and human resources. This is what makes the collaboration between art Kenthongan and Hadroh Bersholawat (Kenthos) popular around the community and broad. Therefore, the author tries to interpret a student’s achievements as well as students in developing the science of lectures that have been in its presence to the surrounding community through kentongan and hadroh bersholawat in Islamic dakwah.

Abstract

Al-Falah Al-Islamee School is located in Bannang Sata District, Yala Province- Thailand. Al-Falah is a school located in the border area between southern Thailand and Malaysia. This school is located in the village but has great expectations to be able to compete with other schools. One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is starting from teaching. Teaching English in Al-Falah is very important, this is done to prepare students to be able to communicate well. The problem of students in learning English is that they cannot be active and consider English difficult. Of course, it is the teacher's responsibility to be able to make the students understand by teaching them. The purpose of this study was to find out how the activity and effectiveness of English learning by Al-Falah Al-Islamee teachers based on planning stages of teaching, stages of teaching implementation, and teaching evaluation stage. In this case, the teacher of Al-Falah Al-Islamee has chosen visual media-based English teaching to make the atmosphere of student learning active, creative, and effective. In other words, students can easily understand English language learning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects are principals, English teachers, and students. The object in this study is a learning model using visual media-based English teaching. The data collection technique carried out in this study was a triangulation of data namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was the reduction of display data and verification and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study are that the development of learning using visual media-based English teaching is very effective, this can be seen from students who enthusiastically follow classroom learning and confidence in telling the events of the text. So that these learning activities support in achieving student learning achievements.

Abstract

Kegiatan analisis ini bertujuan dalam mengekplorasi peran yang dimainkan oleh supervisor kepala sekolah di dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan profesional guru serta mengidentifikasi strategi efektif yang digunakan dalam proses tersebut. Konteks penelitian didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa pendidikan berkualitas memerlukan pendidikan yang memiliki kemampuan profesional yang secara baik, dan supervisor kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan kompetensi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi peran supervisor kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta strategi efektif yang digunakan oleh mereka untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan dengan melakukan wawancara secara kualitatif komprehensif terhadap supervisor kepala sekolah dan guru yang menjadi obyek pengamatan. Menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan  secara tematik serta diidentifikasikan susunan kalimat dan pokok pikiran terkait peran dan strategi supervisor kepala sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan profesional guru. Abstract

The Basic Agrarian Law (UPPA) or Law No. 5/1960 was widely praised for having a major impact on Indonesian society, which was responsive and combined elements of communalism and individualism. However, UPPA has unrealized goals that are difficult to deny and most defenses regarding UPPA’s failure point to its normative and ideological nature. The purpose of this paper was to discuss studies on UPPA that focused empirically through the use of theory of public policy implementation by Sabatier dan Mazmanian (1983) related to content variables and policy context and critical implementation theory from researchers who used a bottom-up approach and reviewed the steps of implementing bureaucrats. The research method used in this study was literature study and focused on executive policies, bureaucrats’ steps and the context that covered them. The results showed that executive policy through PP No.86/2018 was not in line with the UPPA decision. The PP was contradictory, wanted to support many variables but was in line with the main objectives of agrarian reform. The implementation of UPPA as a top-down policy required the existence of a dominant actor. Even though the implementing bureaucrats had previously reduced the aim of the law to merely legalizing accounting for land negotiations which operated based on market mechanisms. The increasing number of Indonesian citizens who lived in cities creates increasingly complex land problems, regarding changed in land use and various challenges of sustainable development.Keywords: Public Policy Implementation, Agrarian Reform

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the dynamics of leadership transformation in the development of Green HR at PT Karya Usaha Baru, as well as the strategies used to face and manage these changes. The informants in this research are the General Manager, HRD, Operational Staff, Field Coordinators and workers. The research method used a qualitative case study approach, data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. This research data analysis uses interactive data analysis. The results showed that the leadership plays an important role in the transformation process of GHRM implementation, especially related to strategy formulation. It was also found that the implementation of GHRM Pt Karya Usaha Baru has not been maximized. However, the company has implemented green employee behavior in aspects of recruitment and selection, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, organizational culture, and performance management. Some of the benefits obtained in the implementation of Green HRM are a healthier work environment, building better relationships with partners and getting a positive response by the general public as well as increasing the performance and productivity of the company.

Abstract

Research Aims The human resource transformation (SDM) that has taken place in the medical manufacturing sector has resulted in the formation of capabilities that are both innovative and effective, leading to an increase in the quality of services. Research is being conducted on Citra Medika Hospital in Sidoarjo because of its significant role in the Indonesian population's health. When it comes to the management of SDM, medical imaging hospitals face a unique challenge, particularly when it comes to integrating advances in medical technology with rapidly expanding patient service requirements. Citra Medika Hospital was selected because of its reputation as a forward-thinking hospital in medical technology and the management of the SDM. Furthermore, the continuous occurrence of academic degree fraud constitutes unethical behavior, which is why the decision was made to select this hospital. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the internal and external dynamics that impact the management of SDM in the medical imaging hospital, as well as the strategies utilized to confront and manage changes of this nature. Using qualitative methods and descriptive analysis, this research methodology will be developed to investigate and comprehend human resources transformation at the Citra Medika Hospital in Sidoarjo

Abstract

The purpose of this literature review was to compile relevant findings from different studies and to investigate the factors that contribute to work life balance and burnout. The method used in this research is the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) and Bibliometric analysis using Vos Viewer. Data sources obtained from Scopus for the period 2013-2023. The results of 46 journals were obtained and then data reduction with inclusion and exclusion criteria obtained 6 journals to be reviewed. The results showed an increasing trend of research on work-life balance and burnout and found several topics/keywords that can be used as the basis for further research

Abstract

This literature research effectively found 10 pertinent studies that were taken from papers that were indexed in Scopus (Q1-Q4) using the PRISMA guidelines. Using the Watase Uake program, this analysis classified the themes and demonstrated how the emergent themes were related to one another. The results of this systematic literature review show that several factors affect their performance, including learning orientation, positive affectivity, boundaryless mindset, trust and organizational support, personality and emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competence which includes cultural intelligence and cultural empathy. In addition to these various factors, it also requires cultural adjustment or expatriates adjustment which can be interpreted as an effort from both parties, namely expatriates and the company concerned in reducing cultural and environmental barriers with pro-active efforts from both.
