Abstract

ABSTRAK Kerahasiaan rekam medis merupakan pembatasan pengungkapan informasi pasien kepada orang lain. Berdasarkan Permenkes nomor 14 tahun 2018 salah satu hak pasien adalah mendapatkan privasi dan kerahasiaan penyakit yang diderita termasuk data medisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan aspek kerahasiaan rekam medis pada ruang penyimpanan di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dari 7 jurnal yang ditinjau ditemukan aspek yang mempengaruhi kerahasiaan rekam medis adalah akses ke ruang penyimpanan rekam medis, fasilitas di ruang penyimpanan rekam medis, dan pasien yang membawa sendiri rekam medisnya di rumah sakit. Dua literatur menyatakan bahwa penerapan aspek keraasiaan rekam medis sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik, sementara 4 literatur lainnya ditemukan bahwa penjagaan kerahasiaan rekam medis belum berjalan dengan baik diantaranya terdapat petugas lain selain petugas rekam medis yang masuk ke ruang penyimpanan, pintu ruangan yang tidak dikunci, dan rak penyimpanan yang kurang. Hendaknya rumah sakit membatasi akses ke ruang penyimpanan rekam medis bagi yang berkepentingan saja dan mencukupi fasilitas di ruang penyimpanan.  ABSTRACT  Confidentiality of medical records is a limitation on disclosing patient information to others. Based on Ministry of Health Constitution number 14 of 2018, one of the patient's rights is to get privacy and confidentiality of the illness, including medical data. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of confidentiality aspects of medical records in storage rooms in hospitals in Indonesia. The results of the study found that of the 7 journals reviewed, aspects that affected the confidentiality of medical records were access to the medical record storage room, facilities in the medical record storage room, and patients who brought their own medical records to the hospital. Two literatures state that the application of the confidentiality aspect of medical records has been implemented properly, while the other 4 literatures found that the maintenance of confidentiality of medical records has not gone well, including that there were officers other than medical record officers who entered the storage room, unlocked room doors, and shelves. insufficient storage. The hospital should limit access to the medical record storage room for those who are interested and provide sufficient facilities in the storage room.
