Abstract

Komposit alam berbahan dasar daun jati telah dikembangkan di Universtas Negeri Semarang sebagai bahan alternatif pengganti kayu. Bahan komposit tersebut bersifat non konduktif sehingga untuk mengamati morfologinya dengan SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) diperlukan proses coating dengan menggunakan bahan konduktif seperti emas (Au) dan Palladium (Pd). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu coating optimal untuk sampel komposit alam. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan variasi waktu coating yaitu 30 sampai 180 detik dengan penambahan 30 detik pada arus tetap 18 mA. Dari hasil SEM menunjukkan bahwa secara kualitatif waktu coating optimal untuk bahan komposit alam adalah 90 detik. Dari analisis EDX didapatkan penambahan waktu coating mengakibatkan penurunan persentase kandungan unsur bahan komposit alam. Hasil EDX pada waktu coating 90 detik diperoleh kandungan Carbon 10,7 %, Oksigen 1,4% dan Nitrogen 1% dan bahan pelapis Emas 85,5% dan Palladium 0,6%.

Abstract

Modification of conventional radiography systems into a digital radiography system was conducted at the Laboratory of Physics Unnes. The image quality of digital radiography system that was developed in the Laboratory of Medical Physics Unnes need to be tested. The computed radiography (CR) system owned by Diponegoro National Hospital was chosen as a comparison with contrass to noise ratio (CNR) methode. Radiograph image generated by both radiography system then analyzed by software based on MATLAB. This study uses a copper plate phantom exposed to X-rays with a variation of anode-cathode voltage of 50 kV, 60 kV, 70 kV and 80 kV. For each voltage to vary the electrical current and expotion time of 1.6 mAs, 2.0 mAs, mAs 4.0, 8 mAs, 16 mAs and 32 mAs. Comparison of CNR for both systems to variations of tube voltage (kV) have a fixed value for the current and expotion time 4 mAs. Comparison of CNR for both systems to variations in current and ekspotion time (mAs) selected tube voltage 70kV.

Abstract

Small Business is defined as an economic activity carried out by an individual or a household or an agency aiming to produce goods or services for commercial commission and has a sales turnover of 1 (one) billion rupiah or less. While Medium Business is defined as eco- nomic  activity  conducted  by  individual  or  household  as  well  as  an  agency  aims  to  produce goods or services for commercial commodity and have sales turnover more than 1 (one) billion. One  of  the  SMEs  that  developed  in  Dukuh  Delik  Wringin  Jajar  Village  Mranggen  Dis- trict Demak District is the business of making furniture from aluminum material. This busi- ness has been going on for almost 8 years and able to absorb 5 to 10 workers in the surround- ing  environment.  Fluctuations  in  the  amount  of  labor  depend  heavily  on  orders  demanded by  customers.  Products  produced  by  SMEs  include:  Doors,  Frames,  Window  Leaves,  Kitch- en  Set,  Kitchen  Cabinets,  Storefronts,  Corner  Display  Cabinets,  Rolling  Door  and  others. The   purpose   of   community   service   is   to   help   the   SME   businessman   making   furniture from  aluminum  material  in  Dukuh  Delik  Wringin  Jajar  Village  Mr.anggen  District  De- mak District, especially in the field of marketing. The type of marketing chosen by the dev- otees  team  is  by  creating  an  online  store  based  on  Opensource  CMS  that  is  Prestashop. The outcome of this program is expected the SMEs business of making furniture from aluminum material has the ability in marketing their products through online store application system that has been made. In addition is expected also with the training and assistance provided by these business actors are able to manage online stores independently. So that will affect the amount of production and orders that will be able to improve the living standards of business actors

Abstract

Cu-doped ZnO (ZnO:Cu) thin film was deposited on glass substrate using a sol-gel spin coating method. The film was prepared at various spinning rate followed by sintering at 250 °C for 10 min and annealing at 350 °C for 2 hours. The effect of spinning rate on structural properties was investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX). The diffraction pattern indicated that Cu-ZnO thin films showed a strong c-axis orientation, i.e. the peak attributed to (002) plane at a of corresponding to hexagonal wurtzite crystals. An increase in the spinning rate resulted in ZnO:Cu thin films with high homogeneity. It was further proved by SEM and EDX results.

Abstract

Laboratorium Fisika telah memiliki layanan analisis sampel untuk beberapa jenis pengujian seperti analisis struktur kristal, analisis morfologi permukaan sampel, analisis gugus fungsi sampel dan lain-lain. Proses layanan pengujian sampel selama ini masih menggunakan berkas-berkas fisik berupa form kertas yang harus ditulis untuk mengajukan pengujian sampel. Berkas-berkas fisik ini rentan hilang atau tercecer sehingga dipandang kurang efektif dan tidak sejalan dengan kebijakan Unnes yang mengedepankan konservasi dan meminimalkan penggunaan kertas (paperless). Sistem informasi layanan pengujian sampel online memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi secara realtime mengenai status proses pengerjaan sampel melalui aplikasi android yang dikembangkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kegiatan rancang bangun sistem informasi layanan analisis sampel berbasis android pada Laboratorium Fisika Unnes. Sistem informasi berbasis website dikembangkan dengan framework Code Igniter versi 3 dan MySQL sebagai sistem basis data (database). Aplikasi android dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Software Opensource berupa Android studio dari Google. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem adalah dengan menggunakan alpha test dan beta test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik sehingga sistem dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan.
