Abstract

The research approach used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at Lion Parcel Pos Amal, which is located at Jl. Charity No. 27 district. Medan Sunggal, Medan, North Sumatra. The population in this study were all customers who had delivered goods at Lion Parcel Mitra Pos Amal with a sample of 120 people/customer. The sampling technique in this study used an accidental sampling technique. This study uses primary and secondary data. The result of this research is that trust has a positive effect on the decision to use Lion Parcel services. Service quality has a positive effect on the decision to use Lion Parcel services. Word of Mouth partially has a positive effect on the decision to use the services of Lion Parcel. Determination Test Results that Trust, Service Quality, and word of mouth have contributed to the decision to use Lion Parcel services by 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product facilities on consumer satisfaction with tariffs (toll fees) as an intervening variable (Case Study on Jasa Marga Mabar 1 Toll Gate). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is 118 thousand vehicles and the total sample is 100 toll net users. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Product facilities have a positive and significant effect on toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1. Facilities product has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Toll tariffs have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mabar toll gate 1. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through toll rates at the Mabar toll gate 1 Product facilities have a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction through toll rates.

Abstract

This study was conducted to be able to analyze factors that can affect economic growth in Indonesia. The dependent variable used in this study is economic growth and the dependent variables are BI policy rates, FED policy rates, world oil, exchange rates and green stock markets. The research was conducted in Indonesia with the data taken is the period from 2010 to 2022. The data source used is secondary data by taking data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. Data analysis uses the help of e-views software by conducting multiple regression analysis tests. The results of this study apparently prove that the variables of BI policy rates, FED policy rates and exchange rates affect economic growth in Indonesia, while world oil, and the green stock market have no effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
