Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi:1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya pendidikan; 2) jenis biaya pendidikan; dan 3) model pembiayaan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan biaya pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya pendidikan, antara lain: a) kenaikan harga; b) perubahan gaji guru; c) perubahan populasi dan kenaikan prosentasi anak di sekolah negeri; d) meningkatnya standar pendidikan; e) meningkatnya usia anak yang meninggalkan sekolah; f) meningkatnya tuntutan terhadap pendidikan lebih tinggi; g) adanya keterbukaan, partisipasi, akuntabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan; dan h) belum ada model pembiayaan yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai acuan dalam operasionalisasi biaya pendidikan; 2) jenis-jenis biaya pendidikan meliputi: a) biaya langsung; b) biaya tidak langsung); c) biaya pribadi; d) biaya masyarakat; e) monetary cost; dan f) non monetery cost; dan 3) model pembiayaan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien yaitu model human capital di mana aspek pembiayaan dapat mempengaruhi taraf produktivitas yang dapat mempengaruhi taraf pendapatan seseorang atau kelompok sehingga pada akhirnya dapat berkontribusi terhadap kecepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan. Kata kunci: biaya pendidikan, model dan efektivitas biaya pendidikanPendahuluanPendidikan adalah unsur yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan, termasuk dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pendidikan merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah dan masyarakat secara bersama-sama baik dalam penyediaan sarana prasarana, tenaga pengajar, fasilitas pembelajaran maupun dari segi pembiyaan untuk pemerataan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Biaya pendidikan sebagai faktor utama yang turut menunjang proses pendidikan dengan demikian untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional, salah satunya aspek yang harus terpenuhi adalah persoalan anggaran atau pembiayaan pendidikan tersebut, hal ini perlu dukungan dana yang cukup memadai sehingga pendidikan dapat mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan harapan.Dari sejarah kita mengetahui bahwa umat Islam pada zaman pertengahan, yaitu di zaman majunya pengetahuan dalam Islam, sudah mengetahui perlunya biaya besar untuk membangun dan mengelola sekolah atau madrasah yang bermutu. Biaya dalam pendidikan meliputi dua klasifikasi, yaitu biaya langsung (direct cost) dan biaya tidak langsung (indirect cost). Biaya langsung terdiri dari biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk keperluan pelaksananaan pengajaran dan kegiatan belajar siswa berupa pembelian alat-alat pengajaran, sarana, belajar, biaya transportasi, gaji guru, baik yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, orang tua, maupun siswa sendiri. Sedangkan biaya tidak langsung berupa keuntungan yang hilang (opportunity cost) yang dikorbankan oleh siswa selama belajar.Pelaksanaan proses pendidikan yang efisien adalah apabila pendayagunaan sumber daya seperti waktu, tenaga dan biaya tepat sasaran, dengan lulusan dan produktifitas pendidikan secara optimal. Apabila diperhatikan keadaan sekarng ini, pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia jauh dari efisien, dimana pemanfaatan segala sumberdaya yang ada belum menghasilkan lulusan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Keadaan ini dapat dilihat dari masih banyaknya pengangguran di Indonesia, hal ini lebih dikarenakan oleh kualitas pendidikan yang telah mereka peroleh kurang efektif. Pendidikan yang mereka peroleh tidak menjamin mereka untuk mendapat pekerjaan sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan yang mereka jalani, padahal mereka sudah mengeluarkan biaya yang tidak sedikit dalam proses pendidikan tersebut.Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai pembiayaan dan efisiensi pendidikan. Adapun rumusan kajian pada makalah ini adalah: bagaimana defenisi pembiayaan pendidikan dan bagaimana efisiensi pendidikan,  dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pembiayaan dan efisiensi pendidikan termasuk untuk mengetahui urgensi pembiayaan dalam pendidikan, efisiensi internal, efisiensi ekternal dan hal-hal berkaitan dengan hal-hal tersebut.

Abstract

Al-Washliyah sebagai organisasi pembaharu pendidikan Islam memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap pengembangan kualitas pendidikan Indonesia mulai tingkat dasar sampai jenjang yang paling tinggi.  Salah satu bentuk bukti pengembangan kualitas pendidikan Indonesia Al-Washliyah adalah bahwa paling tidak Al-Washliyah memiliki empat puluh lima madrasah Aliyah di Sumatera Utara. Setiap siswa wajib untuk mempelajari mata pelajaran Ke-Al Washliyahan untuk membangun karakter lulusan Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah. Mata pelajaran Ke-Al Washliyahan adalah mata pelajaran wajib di madrasah Al-Washliyah. Hal ini sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Majelis Pendidikan PB Al-WAshliyah Nomor: Kep-001/MP.P-AW/XXI/X/2018 tanggal 30 Oktober 2018. Adapun ruang lingkup materi pembahasan pada kurikulum keAl-Washliyahan terdiri dari komponen/aspek yaitu:Organisasi al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah; Sejarah Berdirinya; Landasan akidah dan ibadah; Lambang dan lagu; dan Kiprahnya dalam bidang dakwah dan sosial. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Ke Al-Washliyahan.

Abstract

Building the morals of the nation's children is the main responsibility of integrated Islamic education. Education that instills faith, morals, intelligence and aesthetics based on the development of the child's soul. Here, collective awareness of Muslims is needed. This means that assessing joint strategies to build the morals of the people and nation is a necessity. The regeneration of monotheism, devotion to worship, noble character and high knowledge are the internal demands and challenges of Muslims. Islamic education needs to start from teaching monotheism to deepen faith, improve morals, strengthen worship, expand mu'amalah for the glory of Muslims as the best people (khaira ummah), who move on the middle/fair path (ummatan washotan), and in the unity of monotheism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

Abstract

Learning Malay Arabic script is part of the school curriculum, learning Arabic Malay is included in the category of local content learning. It cannot be guaranteed that all schools or madrasas have a Malay Arabic script curriculum, there are also some schools that do not use the Malay Arabic script as local content. In this research, researchers conducted research at SD Al Azhar Medan regarding the analysis of the implementation of the Arabic Malay Script learning curriculum at SD Al Azhar Medan including methods, strategies, evaluation tools, and difficulties felt by teachers in teaching Arabic Malay Script learning. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The aim of teaching Malay Arabic Script in schools is to develop students' language skills in mastering reading and writing Malay Arabic Script. Malay Arabic script is an important lesson in the curriculum as a local content curriculum so that the Malay Arabic script must be designed as well as possible during learning, in order to create an active and creative learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in the learning of Malay Arabic Script at Muhammad Fahri Integrated MIS. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation carried out at Mahammad Fahri Integrated MIS. The results of the research show that the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in Malay Arabic script subjects is taught from grade one to grade six, this learning is carried out in schools and continued at MDTA. The learning resources used are books owned by the teacher. Learning methods include introducing hijaiyah letters, writing letters, recognizing and writing words, as well as various Malay Arabic script exercises. The challenge experienced by the teacher in this lesson was the students' difficulty in writing letters and translating from Indonesian or Latin to Malay Arabic script. Efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include repeating material, providing examples, and providing various exercises to hone students' skills.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of educational organizational communication by using a descriptive qualitative research method, a literature approach and literature related to the theme of this research. The results of the author's analysis show that organizational communication is very necessary in running the organization of educational institutions, so there is good educational organizational communication at the MIS Madinatussalam school. The success of educational institutions is largely determined by management and organizational factors as well as the interpersonal communication skills possessed by each stakeholder in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as expected by stakeholders, so communication skills for school personnel are indeed the task of school managers and leaders to always improve so that the benefits or contribution of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing achievements are clearer. educational goals in educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the strategies used by teachers in delivering Malay Arabic script learning material to students through arranging a song at SD Al-Azhar Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative. Nowadays, song composing activities are not only carried out for entertainment purposes alone, and are not only carried out by singers for their own needs, but now song arrangements are used by teachers, as a medium that can support learning. This is done because today's children prefer to listen to something that sounds like a song rather than listening to the teacher explain, therefore today's teachers change song lyrics into learning material so that they are easy for students to remember. The research findings are that song arrangements in Malay Arabic script learning activities are a very unique learning strategy and are also effectively used in Malay Arabic script learning so that students will be more enthusiastic and will also understand the learning more easily and through arranging a song learning activities will also have an impact. positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Administration plays an important role in the success of a school, of course this must be supported by how the application of administrative functions is orderly and organized. This study aims to determine how the application of administrative functions in the Integrated School of Muhamadiyah 36 Medan. This research was conducted with a qualitative method in the form of a survey. The source of data to be obtained comes from the results of interviews and observations of teachers and administrative staff. The results of the research obtained state that Muhamdiyah 36 Medan Integrated Elementary School is an orderly and organized educational institution in accordance with the role of administrative functions to be achieved.
