Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between professional money teachers with professional teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar, 2) the relationship between the discipline of working with the professionalism of teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar, and 3) the relationship between the Advantages of the teaching profession and discipline of cooperation with the professionalism of teachers in MTs Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative research with correlation research type. This study was conducted in 9 (nine) MTs Pematangsiantar is MTs Negeri, MTsS MESRA, MTsS Khoirotul Islamiyah, MTsS Guppi, MTsS Madani Al Islamiya School, MTsS Ibnu Sina, MTsS Fathul Islamiyah, MTsS YPI, MTsS Al Khairiyah. The population was 88 people and the sample size of the study was 72 people. The results showed; 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between vocational teacher teacher of professionalism of the teacher, if the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.439. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the discipline of working with the professionalism of the teacher when the correlation coefficient is 0.502, and 3) a positive and significant relationship between professional money and discipline with the professionalism of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.561.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze (1) To analyze quality planning in improving academic services at Tanjung Pura STAI-JM Tanjung Pura, (2) To analyze quality control in improving student academic services at STAIJM Tanjung Pura, (3) To analyze quality improvement in improving student academic services at STAIJM Tanjung Pura. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this research: (1) planning the quality of academic services in the research results that in their planning, universities prepare for achieving academic services through RENSTRA. In which there is an academic service achievement with an achievement, namely E. Academic and student affairs, which includes services such as E. Journals, E. Letters, academic calendars, student guidelines and student activities. (2) quality control in improving academic services, of course Higher education prepares a strategy that has been planned so that with this strategy it is easy to achieve it. The strategy being prepared is to provide a service to students, both academic and non-academic services. (3) Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura High School in improving the college's academic services, one of which is by improving the provision of the best services aimed at improving the quality of the college. The third finding in this research in improving the quality of STAI-JM Tanjung Pura's academic services is by increasing good cooperation with related agencies such as government, agencies, the Ministry of Religion, not only in the world of government but in the community environment, MOA Educational Institutions both domestically and Overseas . This aims to provide a way for students to develop in their knowledge. Whether it is providing a forum for student training or KKN.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the presentation of the muhadharah program and the impact of implementing muhadharah in instilling students' self-confidence at Muhammadiyah 48 Medan Private Middle School. Self-confidence is one of the important things in an individual. This is because it is related to how they actualize the abilities, potential, talents and interests that they have since birth or that arise as a person develops in their life. This research uses qualitative research. This research is field research ( Field Research ). This research is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research, which means describing the situation using information that supports it. The data sources that will be used in this research consist of two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: (1)This program helps students to develop their potential and find out where their potential lies, whether they are competent in giving speeches, reading the Koran , protocols and recitations. (2) The significant differences that occur in students regarding their level of self-confidence through implementing the muhadarah program can be seen through changes in self-confidence starting from grade 7, 8 and 9.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors influencing farmers' decisions in lemongrass farming in the city of Solok. The method used in this research is a case study method, and sampling is done through census method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis used is Multinomial Logit analysis using SPSS. From the research results, it is known that the significant factors influencing farmers' decisions in lemongrass farming in the city of Solok are the variables of farming experience, the role of agricultural extension officers, and interaction among farmers, while variables such as land area, education level, age, and gender do not significantly affect farmers' decisions in lemongrass farming in the city of Solok. 58.1% of farmers engage in farming out of desire, 32.3% participate due to influence, and 9.7% due to invitation.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan program kreativitas siswa dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena terjadinya kemerosotan karakter peserta didik yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam diri mereka. Perlu adanya upaya lembaga pendidikan untuk membentuk program pembiasaan yang nantinya berguna untuk menunjang dan memperbaiki kemerosotan karakter yang terjadi pada peserta didik. Maka dari itu SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan membentuk program student creativity sebagai wadah yang mengakomodir pembentukan karakter dalam diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat ternyata program student creativity terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa, dapat dilihat dari banyaknya prestasi yang diraih di setiap perlombaan dan kejuaraan, terbentuknya nilai-nilai karakter siswa seperti kreatif, religius dan memiliki sikap yang baik kepada teman sebaya, dan juga memiliki tutur kata yang baik.

Abstract

This coaching aims to increase students' creativity in writing scientific papers and achieve success in participating in scientific writing competitions. Apart from achieving achievements in writing scientific papers, coaching also aims to form students' attitudes of obedience, perseverance and discipline in writing scientific papers. KIR Extracurricular is a forum for students who have an interest in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. The method used in this mentoring is the service learning method by following three stages, namely: the preparation stage, namely the preparation of KIR Extracurricular learning modules, the service stage, fostering students' creativity in writing, which is held in one meeting on Saturdays, and the reflection stage, namely looking at the results of written work. students who have been created. The target for coaching is students who are members of the KIR Extracurricular consisting of classes X-XII. The results of this assistance show that fostering student creativity through KIR extracurricular activities, it was found that there were changes and increases in student creativity in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. This coaching runs smoothly by following all stages with the hope of improving student achievement in writing scientific papers.

Abstract

The modification catalysts of layered double hydroxide (LDH) with polyoxometalate based on Keggin type were prepared and characterized using X-Ray, FTIR, and SEM to confirm the layered double hydroxide structure. Intercalation was successfully synthesized and showed a heterogeneous aggregate resulted from SEM analysis. The degradation parameters of LDH pristine and LDH composite were determined by observing a number of factors such as pH, catalyst weight, and degradation time. The modification material resulted by preparation material LDH and polyoxometalate (POM) successfully resulted in the lower band gap value compared to material pristine LDH allowing LDH polyoxometalate as photocatalysts to show good photocatalytic activities. The NiAl-SiW12O40 material had the highest percentage of degradation removing Congo Red up to 86% degradation when compared to another composite material, yet it was still significantly better than LDH pristine. The result showed that the LDH composite presented excellent photocatalytic activity in reducing Congo Red.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out how P5PPRA is implemented in the Independent Curriculum in Aqidah Akhlak Learning at MAN 1 Medan, including planning, implementation, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used to collect assessment data. Moreover, the information checking procedure in this exploration uses information gathering, information presentation, and decision making. The impact of this assessment is that MAN 1 Medan has implemented P5PPRA well even though the implementation of the independent curriculum is still 70%, and has made thorough preparations in implementing P5PPRA. The learning implementation is completed in teams with class X subject educators (1). The involvement of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for supporting factors (2). Providing Budget and Facilities, (3). There are talent interest classes. The source of the obstacle is the educators themselves because they are still clueless about technology and do not understand how an independent curriculum can be implemented.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan P5PPRA dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MAN 1 Medan, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penilaian. Terlebih lagi, prosedur pemeriksaan informasi dalam eksplorasi ini menggunakan pengumpulan informasi, penyajian informasi, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dampak dari penjajakan ini adalah MAN 1 Medan telah melaksanakan P5PPRA dengan baik meskipun pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka masih 70%, serta telah melakukan persiapan yang matang dalam melaksanakan P5PPRA. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran diselesaikan secara tim dengan pendidik mata pelajaran kelas X. (1). Keterlibatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) bertanggung jawab terhadap faktor pendukung (2). Menyediakan Anggaran dan Fasilitas, (3). Terdapat kelas minat bakat. Sumber kendalanya adalah para pendidik sendiri karena masih gaptek terhadap teknologi dan belum memahami bagaimana kurikulum mandiri dapat diterapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Optimisme dengan Work Readiness dalam menghadapi persaingan di dunia kerja pada Siswa Kejuruan Menengah (SMK) di Negeri kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan berbasis survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK N di kota Padang. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa SMKN kelas 12 di kota Padang yang berjumlah 238 siswa. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala optimisme dan work Readiness. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu correlation product moment untuk menguji adanya hubungan antar variabel. Hasil uji hipotesis ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r=0,199 dengan signifikansi p = 0,002 (p<,0,05). Hal ini menandakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan work readiness dalam menghadapi persaingan di dunia kerja pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di kota Padang.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan kaum akademisi yang secara umum berada dalam tahap perkembangan usia emerging adulthood. Berbagai dinamika yang terjadi pada tahap perkembangan ini memengaruhi bagaimana cara individu dalam mengevaluasi kehidupannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana self-compassion dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan orang tua berkontribusi terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis cluster sampling berdasarkan fakultas yang ada di Universitas Negeri Padang. Mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi menjadi subjek penelitian berjumlah 269 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala yang disusun dengan model Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan orang tua berkontribusi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 64.5%.
