Abstract

Women's leadership is still taboo for some parts of society, because they still think that women are not as great and strong as men. However, the changing times provide new facts that women can lead like men and even exceed them, because women are more multitalent, more empowering, more communicative, exemplary, compassionate and motherly, intelligent and conscientious and responsible. Theologically there is no difference between women and men in terms of leadership because each has a different role according to their nature. In this study the authors try to explain how women's leadership in the Islamic perspective towards the Principal at SMA Muhammadiyah Pamijahan Bogor with a qualitative approach research method based on three stages of data analysis, namely Data Reduction (data reduction), Data Display (data display), and Verification (conclusion drawing). ) or commonly referred to as data triangulation, namely combining various existing data and sources. From this research, it shows that female leaders in the Islamic Prespective at Muhammadiyah High School are able to set an example and always strive to advance the educational institutions they lead and this can be seen from the development of both the quality of facilities and infrastructure as well as the quantity of students who continue to increase in number.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effect of compensation on teacher performance in private vocational schools, Kec. Pamijahan Bogor is accredited B. This research uses quantitative research. The data collected in the form of numbers was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken was 94 teachers, using a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the regression test, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment and compensation on teacher performance. This shows that the better the compensation provided, the better the optimal teacher performance will be. Therefore, to improve teacher performance, it is hoped that schools will pay more attention to the health of their teachers

Abstract

Teacher teaching performance is the result of the teacher's work carried out during the learning process which includes planning, implementation and evaluation of learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy on teacher teaching performance. This research used a quantitative approach with an associative method involving 54 high school teachers in Tenjolaya District as respondents who were taken using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample. Data is collected primarily using a closed questionnaire or questionnaire using a Likert scale with 5 answer options (SL, SR, KD, P, TP), then the data is processed using inferential statistikal techniques which include classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing to determine the influence and how big it is. The influence of teacher teaching performance variables on self-efficacy variables. The research results show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of high school teachers in Tenjolaya District with a contribution of 43.5%. This means that teacher teaching performance can be improved through self-efficacy.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the work obtained by a teacher who contributes to an institution where he works to achieve the goals of the school's vision and mission. Where the author takes a survey method with a causal approach, this is a method to measure the extent and how much the three variables chosen by the author have a causal relationship with a phenomenon. When the results from the causal approach survey have been obtained, the results will be further analyzed using path analysis. The population chosen by the author is the teacher at the Haji Muhammad Amin Foundation as many as 98 people and the sample is 79 people with a simple random sampling. After doing the path analysis test in the SPSS version 20 application and producing an output. Path analysis testing can be seen from the Coefficients table, it is known that the value of β = 0.537 and 0.211 and score thitung = 5.079 and 1.997 > ttabel 1.66462 at the level of relevance α = 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it is stated that job satisfaction and teamwork have a direct positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

One way to achieve excellence in education at schools is by ensuring the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process. The management of these facilities and infrastructure is crucial because it directly impacts the quality of teaching by the teachers in the classroom. Research through the Learning Environment Improvement Program (PLP) at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya aims to describe the actual condition of facilities and infrastructure management at the school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation. The subjects of this research are the educational staff responsible for facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya, Bogor Regency. The research results indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya has been well implemented, where available resources are utilized.

Abstract

Management is the art of systematically influencing a group to carry out a series of activities through the processes of planning, directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing to achieve educational objectives. This research aims to describe the implementation of library service management at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the research are library staff who also serve as coordinators at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga. The results indicate that the implementation of library service management at the school is still in the development stage but has started to progress well.

Abstract

One of the steps to realize education in superior schools is to complete the facilities and infrastructure needed to support the educational process in schools. Management of facilities and infrastructure is important considering the impact it has on the quality of the teacher's teaching and learning process in the classroom. The purpose of the research conducted through PLP activities at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya was to describe the real conditions in the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The subject of this study is the educational staff of the facilities and infrastructure section. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya, Bogor Regency. The results of the study show that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Tenjolaya has been carried out quite well by managing and making the best use of existing resources to create a superior school education.

Abstract

Students as the main focus of education delivery must receive good and appropriate service from educational service providers (School Institutions), so that the output produced is of high quality and can meet expectations to be able to adapt and be able to compete in this era. This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling service management at SMA Negeri 1 Tenjolaya. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this study was one of the counseling teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tenjolaya. The results of the study show that the management of guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 1 Tenjolaya has been going well, as can be seen from the management functions implemented in the guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of administrative staff competence in the implementation of archival management at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga. This research is a field research and literature study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses literature, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out in two stages where the first stage analyzed during the activity, namely by observation, interview, and documentation, the second stage was the analysis after the activity was carried out which had three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of administrative staff competencies can provide optimal and effective and efficient performance so that work can be completed quickly and can improve the quality of education.

Abstract

One of the major impacts caused by the post-COVID-19 pandemic is the change in education curriculum policies. The education curriculum in Indonesia at home has become an independent curriculum in order to catch up with the loss and lagging behind of learning quality during covid 19. The implementation of the independent curriculum was tested in driving schools. SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang is one of the driving schools targeted for the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study is aimed at knowing how to implement the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results showed that SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang has implemented the independent curriculum since 2021, and has reached the advanced level by the end of the 2024 school year, meaning that the implementation of the curriculum is very good. Therefore, entering the 2024/2025 school year, SMA Negeri 1Cibungbulang towards Implementation of the Independent Curriculum without assistance both in terms of material and funding
