Abstract

ABSTRACTLatar Belakang: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau kedua-duanya. Diabetes Mellitus merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia. Bahkan junlah angka kesakitannya terus meningkat. Data Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi diabetes yakni sebesar 8,5%, meningkat dibandingkan Riskesda 2013 yaituu sebesar 6,9%. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II pada pasien prolanis di Puskesmas Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe. Metodelogi Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah quasi eksperiment. Jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan total populasi yaitu sebanyak 55. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Puskemas Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon karena dari hasil          uji normalitas data diperoleh hasil bahwa data tidak berdistribusi secara normal. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pasien sesudah diberikan edukasi dengan nilai p = 0.000, terdapat peningkatan sikap pasien sesudah diberikan edukasi dengan nilai p=0.000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh antara pemberian edukasi dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II. Saran: Petugas kesehatan perlu meningkatkan intensitas promosi dan pendidikan edukasi khususnya tentang diabetes mellitus tipe II.Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Pengetahuan, SikapBackground: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to defects in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that causes the highest death in Indonesia. Even the number of pain continues to increase. The 2018 Riskesda data shows the prevalence of diabetes is 8.5%, an increase compared to the 2013 Riskesda which was 6.9%. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of providing education on increasing knowledge and attitudes of patients with type II diabetes mellitus in prolanis patients at the Muara Satu Health Center, Lhokseumawe City. Research Methodology: The research design used in this study is quasi-experimental. The number of samples was taken using a total population of 55. This research was carried out at the Muara Satu Public Health Center, Lhokseumawe City. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test because the results of the data normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed. Research Results: There was an increase in mother's knowledge after being given health education with a value of p = 0.000, there was an increase in mother's attitude after being given health education with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: There is an influence between providing education with increasing knowledge and attitudes in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Suggestion: Health workers need to increase the intensity of health promotion and education, especially about type II diabetes mellitus.Keywords: Education, Knowledge, Attitude

Abstract

The Pakchong-1 hybrid cultivar is a highly productive forage grass cross between elephant grass and pearl millet grass (Pennisetum purpureum x Pennisetum glaucum). The research objective was to determine the growth and production response of Pakchong-1 elephant grass to different fertilizer doses and cutting ages. The study was conducted at the JASTRU (Jonggol Animal Science Teaching and Research Unit) of IPB University. This study used a 3 x 3 factorial completely randomized design (3 doses of nitrogen fertilizer x 3 cutting ages) with 4 replications. The data was analysed using ANOVA and the Duncan Multiple Range Test. The fertilizer doses used were 100, 200, and 300 kg ha-1, and the cutting ages were 50, 60, and 70 days. The research results showed that the cutting age significantly increased plant height (180.53 – 210.90 cm), dry leaf weight (3.90 – 5.63 tons ha-1), dry stem weight (2.32 – 4.38 tons ha-1), and total dry weight (6.22 – 10.02 tons ha-1). However, biomass production was not affected. There was an interaction between the fertilizer dose and cutting age in terms of the number of tillers (1.99 – 5.15 tillers per clump) and the number of leaves (5.55 – 11.18 leaves per plant). Based on the research, the optimal point for obtaining the best results in terms of plant height growth, number of leaves, number of tillers, production of fresh biomass, dry weight of stems, dry weight of leaves, and total dry weight of Pakchong-1 elephant grass was a cutting edge of 60 days and the addition of 100 kg ha-1 of fertilizer. Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  celebrity endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Malikussaleh.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa fakultas ilmu sosial dan ilmu politik yang berjumlah 3.832 mahasiswa dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berbentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa yang pernah membeli produk Scarlett Whitening. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser dan Keputusan Pembelian
