Abstract

Knowledge of the impact of early marriage will help adolescents as the nation's future youth to be better able to organize their lives by taking the right steps. Early marriage occurs in adolescents with an age range under 20 years of age. This study aims to determine the knowledge of young women about early marriage in SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba. This research is a descriptive study. The sample in this study were all 49 students of class X IS obtained by total sampling. Based on the results of the research on the description of the knowledge of young women about early marriage in SMA Negeri 2 Bulukumba through three aspects, namely understanding, causes and impacts. Based on the understanding of 49 respondents, 21 respondents (42.8%) wrote good knowledge, then 28 respondents (57.2%) who had sufficient knowledge and 0 respondents (0%) who had less knowledge indicated that the respondents' knowledge was in the good category. II respondents (22.4%) have good knowledge, then 36 respondents (73.5%) who have sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents (4.1%) who have less knowledge, this shows that the respondents' knowledge is in the sufficient category. Based on the impact of 49 respondents, 27 respondents (55.1%) who had good knowledge, 20 respondents (40.8%) who had sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents (4.1%) who had less knowledge, showed that the respondents' knowledge was in the good category.

Abstract

The research entitled inhibition test of stem extract of Harrisonia perforata Merr. on the growth of bacteria Shigella dysentriae has been conducted from April - May 2014. The objective of the research was to study the inhibition stem extract of H. perforate Merr. on the bactery studied. The extraction was used reflux method. The experiment was arranged in Completely Randomized Designed (CRD) by 4 treatments (concentrate extract 60%, 80%, 100% and Contrimoxazale 1% as positive control) and 3 repetitions. The result showed that the best of extract concentrate to inhibite of bacterial growth was 100%. The treatment by 60% and 80% were not significant different statistically. Keywords : Harrisonia perforata Merr.,  Shigella dysenriae, Extract concentrate, Inhibition zone.

Abstract

Antioksidan adalah senyawa yang dapat menghambat aktivitas radikal bebas. Salah satu tanaman di Indonesia yang mempunyai aktivitas sebagai antioksidan adalah daun teh hijau (Camelia sinensis). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan sediaan krim esktrak daun teh hijau (Camelia sinensis) yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode DPPH. Ekstrak daun teh hijau (Camelia sinensis) diperoleh dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut alkohol 70% dan dibuat sediaan krim menggunakan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak daun teh hijau (Camelia sinensis) pada formula I, II, dan III yaitu 2%, 4%, dan 6%. Kemudian di uji aktivitas antioksidannya menggunakan alat spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa krim ekstrak daun teh hijau pada konsentrasi 6% memiliki aktivitas antioksidan paling optimal dengan nilai IC₅₀ sebesar 167,579 ppm yang termasuk dalam kategori antioksidan lemah.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan suatu sistem yang dibangun oleh pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta kepentingan rakyat. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang profesional, akuntabel dan optimal untuk dapat memenuhi hak dari warga negara. Salah satu hak warga negara yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia yaitu tentang kebebasan melakukan perjalanan dan memanfaatkan waktu luang dalam wujud berwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective menurut Kozak, yaitu Ease of use (Kemudahan Pengguna), Content and apperance of the information (Isi dan Tampilan Informasi), Reliability (Keandalan), Citizen support (Dukungan Masyarakat), Trust/Security(Kepercayaan/Keamanan), dan Support in Completing Forms (Dukungan dalam mengisi formulir). Metode pendekatan yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas e-government dalam pelayanan publik berbasis website yaitu Tiket Wisata Surabaya telah berjalan dengan baik. Walaupun, masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya seperti sistem yang terkadang erorr saat digunakan secara bersama-sama, jumlah kuota tiket yang sedikit dibandingkan dengan permintaan dari masyarakat, pemberian informasi terkait wisata yang kurang cepat dan cara pembayaran dalam pembelian tiket wisata. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga serta Pariwisat Kota Surabaya dapat memperbaiki sistem yang sering erorr, memberikan informasi dengan lebih cepat, dan memberikan kuota tiket wisata yang lebih banyak. Kata Kunci: kualitas e-government, pelayanan publik, pariwisata. Electricity Public service is a system built by the government to meet the needs and interests of the people. The government is expected to provide professional, accountable and optimal services to fulfill the rights of citizens. One of the rights of citizens listed in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia is the freedom to travel and utilize leisure time in the form of traveling. This study uses the theory of Measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective according to Kozak, namely Ease of use, Content and appearance of the information, Reliability, Citizen support, Trust / Security, and Support in Completing Forms. The approach method is qualitative with descriptive research type. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the quality of e-government in website-based public services, namely Surabaya Tourism Tickets, has been running well. Although, there are still obstacles in its implementation such as a system that sometimes errs when used together, the number of ticket quotas is small compared to requests from the public, providing information related to tourism that is not fast enough and how to pay in purchasing tourist tickets. Therefore, this study recommends that the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism Office can improve systems that are often erroneous, provide information more quickly, and provide more tourist ticket quotas. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Lampung when measured by the balanced scorecard method which looks at it from four perspectives. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Lampung and the samples used are employees and consumers of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Lampung with a total sample of 100 respondents, of which consumers are 75 respondents while employees are 25 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The measurement results with the balance scorecard from a financial perspective are considered very good. The measurement results with the balance scorecard from the customer perspective are considered good. The measurement results with the balanced scorecard on the internal business process perspective are considered very good. The measurement results with the balanced scorecard on the growth and learning perspective are considered very good. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of the measurement with the performance balance scorecard of the four perspectives of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Lampung overall is considered very good.
