Abstract

Goal–The Role of Employee Solidarity on Intention to Leave and Work Burnout: Mediator of Job Satisfaction. Design / Methodology / Approach – Research uses a saturated population or sample of all Indomaret Franchise Shop employees in Kulon Progo. Data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Research Results–Employee Solidarity and job satisfaction play a significant role in Job Satisfaction and work fatigue. On the other hand, employee solidarity does not play a role in the desire to leave and work fatigue, nor does job satisfaction play a role in the desire to leave. Then job satisfaction is not a mediation between employee solidarity and desire to leave, but job satisfaction plays a mediating role between employee solidarity and work fatigue.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality, the influence of self-control and work stress on cyberloafing behavior. The population in this study are lecturers in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling (convenience sampling) technique. Determination tests, F statistical tests and t statistical tests are carried out to answer the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that self-control negatively affects cyberloafing behavior and work stress has a positive effect on cyberloafing behavior. The study has a regression model = -5.064 - 0.206 X1 + 0.755 X2 with an R Square value of 0.357.

Abstract

Objectives–This study aims to examine and analyze the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit and organizational citizenship behavior. Design/Methodology - The population of this research is 74 employees of UPTD Rusunawa. The research model uses the census model. The research method is quantitative with instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. Results - job satisfaction and organizational commitment each play a significant role in intent to quit and OCB at UPTD Rusunawa Sleman. Originality – Research still needs to be done with other research objects that have the same characteristics, and this research can add references for further research.

Abstract

Aim – This research aims to develop and test the influence of personality, motivation and work skills on performance. The population of this study are all members of the NGO KEBAYA (Big Family of Waria Yogyakarta) which has a private business of 60 people. Design / Methodology / Approach – Population or saturated sample research, data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. Descriptive and quantitative qualitative data analysis methods. Research Results–Personality, work motivation and work skills play a positive and significant role in the performance of KEBAYA NGO members. Originality – Personality development, work motivation and skills in the research object are special (transvestites).
