Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Competence, Commitment, Compensation toward Organizational Culture and its Implications on Lecturer performance. This research is compiled in the form of Proportional Cluster Random Sampling and sample size was set at 257 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the descriptive analysis, Transformational Leadership fairly good, Competence fairly good, Compensation fairly good, Commitment fairly good, Organizational Culture fairly good, Lecturer Performance fairly good. The results of the verification analysis showed a significant effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture, a significant difference between the competences of the organization's culture, a significant difference between the compensation of the Cultural Organization, a significant difference between the competences of the Organizational Culture. There is a simultaneous effect between transformational leadership, competence, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment to Culture. There is the influence of organizational culture on the Performance of Private Lecturer at the University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

This research is to find out and analyze the legal regulation of health services for outsourcing workers, to find out and analyze the legal protection of health for outsourcing workers and to examine and analyze the law regarding sanctions for doctors and hospitals that make mistakes in health services for workers. The writing of this thesis research methodology uses normative juridical research methods using an empirical juridical approach, with qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis means that research results do not depend on the amount of data based on numbers, but data analyzed is carried out in-depth and holistically. The normative juridical method means that research data is analyzed according to legal norms and court decisions relating to health services for outsourced workers. Legal materials or materials used to analyze are obtained from library materials that include primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, secondary data used as references in this study, especially those relating to the legal protection of the health of outsourced workers in the health law. Data processing is carried out by editing and making data after the data is sorted and analyzed and then interpreted logically against the applicable provisions. After that, it is presented in the form of sentence descriptions. Based on the results of the study, it is known that health services for outsourcing workers. In-Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, which becomes the primary reference in the world of Manpower, does not find the term outsourcing. In practice, a corporate liability that violates the labour law can be legally prosecuted for companies that do not provide health insurance for workers. Hospitals and doctors who check the health conditions of workers must provide good health services for outsourced workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengananlisis kinerja Aparatur  Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Kota Binjai yang terdiri dari insentif, disiplin,prestise terhadap kinerja Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis) dengan melakukan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisisen determinasi dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang  berstatus PNS pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Kota Binjai yang berjumlah 93 orang pegawai. Seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.  Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Secara parsial variabel disiplin, insentif, dan prestise berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kota Binjai. Disiplin merupakan variabel dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja aparatur pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kota Binjai. Disiplin, insentif, dan prestise secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kota Binjai. AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Apparatus at the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKPAD) of Binjai City which consists of incentives, discipline, prestige for performance.The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with multiple regression analysis. perform data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The population in this study were all employees with civil servant status at the Binjai City Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency (BPKPAD) totaling 93 employees. The entire population is used as the sample. The results of this study prove that partially the variables of discipline, incentives, and prestige have a positive and significant effect on the performance of officials at the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency of Binjai City. Discipline is the dominant variable in influencing the performance of officials at the Binjai City Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency. Discipline, incentives, and prestige simultaneously have a significant positive effect on apparatus performance at the Binjai City Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency. Abstract

PT.Sari Melati Kencana Medan is a company that runs in the field F&B oriented on profit goals and strive to create competitive advantages. Employee performance is one of measuremen, which is often used in determining the effectiveness of company. A company will not able to improve if the performance of employees is stagnan, nevertheless with the high level of compotitionin the business world. In order to improve employees performance by increasing motivation of work and discipline of work. The purpose of this research is tp investigate and examine the effect of the motivation and discipline of work to employee performance of departement product PT.Sari Melati Kencana Medan. This research uses explanatory research approach of 72 respondent that taken with proportionate random sampling method. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires, interviewed, and the documentation technique. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that motivation has positife effect toward performance about 19,6%. Employees discipline has positife effect toward  performance about 17,7%. Motivation and discipline have a significant effect toward performance about 23,8%. Th higher lever of motivation and discipline of work, the higher level of performance. Advice that can be given the company is the company should be focus on laours by making some riviews of work assigments that have been established and need to be adjust between job assignment wit capability f workers. Company should give a spirirt by giving appreciation for the workers and if possible, recreation program for the works, thus eventually will improve the performance of their workers.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline Amd Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a look at the Effect of Operational Cost Budget on Operational Cost Efficiency. The population used in this study is the income statement at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 Belawan Branch, the sample in this study is the company's budget and its realization during a certain period. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocrelation Test) and Hypothesis Testing (R2 Test, and t-Test). This research uses SPSS 21 software to process the existing data. The results of this study partially show that the Operational Cost Budget has a significant effect on the Operational Cost.Keywords : Operational Cost Budget, Operating Costs.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect ofoccupationalsafety (X1) andhealth(X2) on the performance (Y) of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit of West Binjai. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative, with the number of samples are 50 respondents. The analysis used is statistical data analysis using namely multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that world safety (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit of West Binjai. Likewise, the health (X2) partially has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit of West Binjai. then, the simultaneous testing of the variables in this study consisting of occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable which is the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit of West Binjai.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find the effect of ability, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of honorary employees at the Department of Transportation of Binjai City. The population in this research amounted to 45 honorary employees. The number of samples also took as many as 45 honorary employees as respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research used primary data in the type of quantitative data collected through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS 24.0 application. The research was conducted from September 2021 - February 2022. The analytical technique used was using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the ability, work discipline, and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of honorary employees at the Department of Transportation of Binjai City. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of honorary employees was the work motivation variable with the largest tcount of 3,715. In addition, 87.8% of employee performance can be explained and obtained from ability, work discipline, and work motivation, while the rest was obtained from other factors. Employee performance has a very strong relationship to ability, work discipline, and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of communication and leadership on conflict resolution. Communication and leadership, which is an integral part of the organization, generally have a strong influence on the organization or even not, depending on how they communicate and use their leadership in managing the organization. The research method used is correlational research which aims to detect the extent to which variations in one factor are related to variations in other factors based on the correlation coefficient. Organizational communication structure is defined as a system of pathways through which messages flow or as a pattern of interaction between the people who make up the organization (Nica in Hener, 2010). Leaders influence others through their ability to motivate, inform, inspire, have technical competence, communicate effectively, and convey a vision (Pierce & Newstrom in Kaimenyi, 2014). Organizational conflict is a disagreement between individuals or groups within the organization, focusing on factors ranging from resource allocation and division of responsibilities to the employee organization as a whole (Hossain, 2017).

Abstract

This research discusses the partial or simultaneous effect of environment factors, motivation, and discipline on employee performance at PT Cahaya Abadi Terang. A questionnaire was used to gather data from 65 employees of PT Cahaya Abadi Terang. This paper uses multiple linear regression. The study findings demonstrate a substantial simultaneous effect between the three factors and a partly significant influence between environment, motivation, and disciplinary variables on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Legal Protection of Children Victims of Sexual Violence During the Covid-19 Pandemic Study at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning and Women's Child Protection (PPKB and PPA Office) Langkat Regency". This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding legal protection given to vulnerable children as victims of sexual violence in Langkat Regency. In this study using qualitative analysis.Sources of data in the form of secondary and primary and tertiary data. By using a sociological approach, during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has had a tremendous impact, such as increasing risks regarding economic issues, education, aspects of community life in terms of health, politics, violence against children and their families, high stress levels and even cases of violence. so that it has a significant impact on the lives of the children and their families.Its task is to facilitate the protection and needs of women and children. The Office of Population Control, Family Planning and Women's Child Protection (PPKB and PPA Offices) in Langkat Regency will focus more on handling victims of sexual violence against children. The established institution has a role in prevention, service and rehabilitation efforts. The task of prevention in providing protection for children includes socialization, advocacy, counseling and publication activities.
