Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembiayaan kontrak bagi hasil dan kontrak jual beli terhadap margin bersih, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel independen yaitu pembiayaan kontrak bagi hasil dan pembiayaan kontrak jual beli, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah net margin. Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh pembiayaan kontrak bagi hasil (X1) dan pembiayaan kontrak jual beli (X2) terhadap net margin (Y), baik secara parsial (individual) maupun simultan (bersama-sama). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan kontrak jual beli memberikan nilai tambah yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembiayaan kontrak bagi hasil. Semakin tinggi pembiayaan kontrak ini, semakin tinggi pendapatan bisnis bank syariah. Sebab, konsep pembiayaan kontrak bagi hasil mengandung nilai kewajaran baik bagi bank pemilik dana maupun bagi nasabah penerima dana, kedua belah pihak diuntungkan, namun di sini membuka celah untuk melakukan kecurangan. Selain itu, adanya prinsip tanggung jawab timbal balik, untung rugi, menyebabkan berkurangnya kewajiban yang harus ditanggung oleh pelanggan yang pada akhirnya membuat pelanggan kurang aktif dalam menjalankan usahanya. Berbeda dengan konsep jual beli, bank sebagai penyalur dana hanya menikmati keuntungan atas penjualan barang modal untuk nasabah, disini arus kas masuk atas angsuran pokok pembiayaan dan margin tidak mempertimbangkan perkembangan usaha nasabah, bank hanya akan mendapat imbalan sesuai dengan keuntungan dari pengadaan barang modal.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah merupakanusaha yang berhasildalam hal memotivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dan memberikan kesempatan berkreatif.Penelitianinibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM binaanBank Sumut CabangKampung Baru Medan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah motivasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada tingkat signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja pada tingkat signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Secara bersama-sama motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada tingkat signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Adjusted R Square diperoleh pada 0, 968, yang berarti 96,80% dari kinerja karyawan UKM binaanBank Sumut CabangKampung Baru Medan dijelaskan oleh motivasi dan kompetensi sedangkan sisanya 3,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen berbasis komputer dan sistem presensi finger print terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bandara Internasional Kualanamu. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 130 pegawai dengan menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen dan sistem presensi finger print berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bandara Internasional Kualanamu.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the influence of organizational culture variables on organizational commitment, look at the influence of organizational justice on organizational commitment and see the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment. The population in this study was all employees of PT TELKOMSEL Distributor Center Akar Daya Mandiri as many as 117 respondents using non-probability sampling. Data that have met the validity and reliability and classical assumptions are processed to produce regression equations namely: Y= 6.974 + 0.018X1 – 0.103X2 + 0.186X3. Where organizational culture has an insignificant influence on organizational commitment because it has a value of the coefficient of tcount > ttable 0.320 > 1.658 at a significant 0.750 < 0.05 so it can be conveyed that the research hypothesis H1 is rejected, Organizational justice does not have a significant influence on organizational commitment because it has a value of the coefficient tcount > ttable – 1,403 > 1.658 at a significant 0.163 < 0.05 so it can be submitted that the H2 research hypothesis was rejected. Work motivation has a significant influence on organizational commitment because it has a coefficient value of tcounting > ttable 3.472 > 1.658 at a significant 0.001 > 0.05 so it can be conveyed that the research hypothesis H3 is accepted. The coefficient of determination indicates that the value of RSquare is 0.440 or equal to 44.40%. This means that, organizational culture, organizational fairness and work motivation are able to explain organizational diversity by the remaining 44.40% explained by other variables that were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Exports, Inflation, Money Supply, GDP, Imports, and Per capita Income to exchange rates. Where variable monetary policy (Exchange Rate, GDP, Money Supply, Inflation, Per capita Income) and macro policy (Export and Import). Using time-series data from 2010 to 2019. The data analysis model is a Vector Autoregression method viewed and sharpened by Impulse Response Function analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition. The results of the IRF analysis know that the response stability of all variables is formed in the five or medium or medium-term and long-term periods, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations from positive to negative responses or vice versa. Some variables show a positive reaction or remain negative in short to long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that variable exchange rates in the short and medium term are recommended by the Variable Exchange Rate itself and the Money Supply Amount. At the same time, the long term is affected by Imports. Export variables in the short term are recommended by the Exchange Rate, while the medium and long term is affected by Per capita Income. Then, import variables in the medium and long short term Imports are affected by Exports. Variable GDP in the short and medium-term is influenced by GDP itself and the exchange rate, while in the long run, it is influenced by Per capita income. Inflation in the medium and long short term is affected by imports. The money supply in the medium and long short term is affected by inflation and imports, while exports influence per capita income in the short, medium, and long time. So that can be recommended in this study is as input for the government, namely through Bank Indonesia, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Banks of the State, which is the object of research in controlling exchange rates as an effort to maintain currency market stability in emerging markets of Muslim Countries through inflation control to increase price stability that can boost economic growth.

Abstract

Human quality as a workforce is the basic capital to create good performance. Work performance for employees in a company is important, as well as creating a work performance is a dream and hope that every company must achieve. Work motivation, work communication and employee personality are some of the factors that affect the work performance of an employee in a company. This research was conducted at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan, which is a State-Owned Enterprise in the form of a National-based Public Company. The research population of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan employees as the sample is 78 employees. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work communication, and employee personality on the work performance of employees who are moderated at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. This research method uses a moderating     2      model. The results of the study contained 2 (two) independent variables, namely work motivation and work communication, 1 (one) moderating variable, namely the personality of the employee, and 1 (one) dependent variable which had a significant influence on the work performance of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. Suggestions submitted to the company's management, should pay attention to the role of its employees, in order to improve employee performance.   Keywords: Motivation, Communication, personality , work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain the partial or simultaneous influence of the variables of organizational culture, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees at PT. JASA MARGA. The total population used is 78 respondents, employees who work at PT. JASA MARGA which was taken using a questionnaire as a data collection method in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous significant effect between the three variables, and a partially significant influence between the organizational culture, work discipline and compensation variables on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of communication and leadership on conflict resolution. Communication and leadership, which is an integral part of the organization, generally have a strong influence on the organization or even not, depending on how they communicate and use their leadership in managing the organization. The research method used is correlational research which aims to detect the extent to which variations in one factor are related to variations in other factors based on the correlation coefficient. Organizational communication structure is defined as a system of pathways through which messages flow or as a pattern of interaction between the people who make up the organization (Nica in Hener, 2010). Leaders influence others through their ability to motivate, inform, inspire, have technical competence, communicate effectively, and convey a vision (Pierce & Newstrom in Kaimenyi, 2014). Organizational conflict is a disagreement between individuals or groups within the organization, focusing on factors ranging from resource allocation and division of responsibilities to the employee organization as a whole (Hossain, 2017).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information-based management systems computers and finger print presence systems on employee performance at Kualanamu International Airport. The study was conducted on 130 employees using the Structural Equation analysis tool.Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS version 20.0. The results showed that the management information system and the finger print presence system had a positive and significant effect on employee performance Kualanamu International Airport.

Abstract

Social media has now become an increasingly important tool for all types of businesses. During the pandemic, one of the most successful social media campaigns was Stay-at-Home. This condition causes changes in consumer spending behavior in fulfilling life needs. This research aims to provide an analysis of the influence of social media on consumer behavior. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study reveal that social media has changed consumer shopping behavior, especially during the pandemic. However, this behavior has become a post-covid-19 culture. This condition is of course a unique challenge for entrepreneurs to continue to innovate to develop modern products and services so that businesses survive and are able to continue to create consumer loyalty. It is hoped that this research will be an evaluation material for entrepreneurs if currently the business model has changed a lot, then it is time for them to change the old way to a new one by adopting social media and being flexible in improvising with modern marketing tools.
