Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. 2) Pengaruh solvabilitas terhadap profitabilitas pada PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. 3) Pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. Model yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah regresi linear model dinamis. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah EViews 9. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder dengan pengambilan sampel secara sampling jenuh. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas untuk variable likuiditas adalah sebesar 0.0210 ? 0.05. 2) Solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas untuk variabel solvabilitas adalah 0.0298 ? 0.05. 3) Modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas untuk variabel modal kerja adalah sebesar 0.042 ? 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan Aparatur Sipil Negera (ASN) wanita di kawasan Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) IBM versi. 23. Berdasarkan uji diperoleh bahwa literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

Kondisi UKM kerajinan klompen/bakia dan sandal spon sebagai home industri di Desa Toyomarto Singosari Malang, Jatim berdiri sejak 1992 hingga sekarang. Pemasarannya ke Jawa Tengah (14 %), Surabaya (26%), Madura (10%), Bali (10 %), Malang (20 %) dan sebanyak 10% dikirim ke lainnya; ke Jepang (5 %) dan sekitar 5 prosen ke  manca negara lainnya, meskipun masih labil. Hal ini dilakukan mitra kerja dengan UKM ‘Darto’ dan ‘H.Imam Syafi’i’. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan Persuasif dan kesepakatan (agreement).Hasil program adalah bahan baku asal dari desa setempat dan desa tetangga dengan kapasitas 80-100 gelondong, spesifikasi didominasi katyu sengon mahoni, basia, dan jati. Produksi yang dihasilkan 75-110 buah setiap harinya secara manual. Peluang intervensinya adalah menciptakan perlatan berupa ‘MAL’ yaitu desain yang dilakukan dengan penggerak dinamo, demikian juga oven bahan baku, kemasan produk, peningkatan skill tenaga kerja. Hasilnya menjukkan bahwa produk ‘rumah open’,  ‘MAL’ dan pelatihan skill karyawan dengan berbagai produk yang dihasilkannya.Rekomendasi yang ditawarakan adalah pembinaan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan karena ekonomi kreatif ini potensi untuk dikembangkan dari hulu-hilir. Kemasaran-kemasan pengabidan pun dapat dijabarkan lebih mendetail.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the implementation of an online learning system that makes all learning activities carried out online based on the regulation of the ministry of education and culture no. 15 of 2020. These online learning activities affect all aspects of the school, especially students as subjects who participate in learning activities, namely on student behavior in the aspect of discipline, including collecting assignments that are not on time, being late in joining learning, being late for attendance and so on. The students in question are students of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kuras. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is how are students' perceptions of the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The purpose of this study was to find out how students perceive the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kuras, Pangkalan Kuras District from June 2021 to October 2021. This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection techniques used are questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation with a sample of 102 people. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras with a percentage of 83.57%. are in the "Very Good" category.Key Word: Learning Discipline, Online Learning

Abstract

This study aims to test the whether of self control has an effect on saving behavior on students to the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. And whether financial literacy has an effect on saving behavior in students of the Economics and Bisiness Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University Of Technology Sumbawa. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were obtained by probability sampling method with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection method using a questionnaire . In proving and analyzing this, multiple linear regression was used. The results of study show tgat : 1) Self-control affects the saving behavior of students from the Economics and Business Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. 2) Financial literacy affects the saving behavior of students from the Economics and Business Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. It can be concluded that Self-control and Financial Literacy have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior in conventional banks (students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University Of Technology Sumbawa)

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities were hampered, one of which was in the field of education. Where in every educational institution requires online or virtual learning based on regulations set by the government to break the ropes of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. However, online learning currently has both advantages and disadvantages in the online or virtual teaching and learning process. and in this study it will be discussed about the online learning process in an educational institution to see whether the obstacles and changes contained in schools in the current online learning system

Abstract

Biji padi dan biji nangka merupakan biji-bijian lokal yang mempunyai kandungan karbohidrat, protein, lemak, dan mineral. Biji-bijian tersebut bisa digunakan sebagai media alternatif bibit F1 jamur merang dan jamur tiram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan miselium bibit F1 Jamur tiram dan Jamur Merang pada media biji padi dan biji nangka. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor 1 jenis indukan jamur (Jamur tiram dan jamur merang ), faktor 2 yaitu jenis media (biji padi dan biji nangka ). Hasil penelitian yaitu miselium jamur tiram dan jamur merang dapat tumbuh pada media biji padi dan biji nangka. Pertumbuhan miselium paling cepat tumbuh pada jamur tiram media biji nangka yaitu 7,6 cm, dan jamur merang media biji nangka yaitu 6 cm, sedangkan pertumbuhan miselium paling lambat yaitu pada jamur tiram media biji padi yaitu 2,8 cm, dan jamur merang media biji padi yaitu 3,5 cm, dengan warna putih kompak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence regarding: (1) the effect of tax knowledge on voluntary tax compliance. (2) the effect of trust in tax authorities mediating tax knowledge and voluntary tax compliance (3) The effect of tax digitalization on voluntary tax compliance (4) the influence of trust mediating tax digitalization on voluntary tax compliance. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain 264 samples which were then processed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. In this study, the data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that knowledge of taxation has a positive effect on voluntary tax compliance, knowledge has a positive effect on trust, and trust has a positive effect on mediating knowledge and voluntary tax compliance. This study also shows the positive effect of tax digitization on voluntary tax compliance and the positive effect of Tax Digitalization on trust, and trust also has a positive influence in mediating tax digitalization on voluntary tax compliance.

Abstract

The implementation of curriculum management in improving the quality of education is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated and globalized science and technology (IPTEK), so that it has an impact on almost all human life on earth today, including educational institutions. Educational institutions are required to be able to anticipate these changes by realizing quality education. In education management, curriculum management needs to be carried out by holding and applying the existing management principles so that the output produced is of quality. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of curriculum management in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research at MTsN Binjai are: (1) curriculum planning in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai has been carried out collaboratively, meaning that by involving school personnel in all stages of curriculum planning; (2) the implementation of the curriculum in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai has been carried out in accordance with the general principles of curriculum development; (3) the evaluation of the curriculum in improving the quality of education at MTsN Binjai is carried out very well, as evidenced by the existence of a systematic effort in setting implementation standards.
