Abstract

Abstrak: Penulis memilih judul Supervisi Akademik Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan tujuannya yang pertama yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan program supervisi akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan, yang kedua untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program supervise akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan, dan yang terakhir yaitu untu mengetahui evaluasi program supervisi akademik di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif analitik yang mana diperoleh hasil pengamatan, wawancara, analisis dukumen, catatan lapangan dan tidak dibuat dalam bentuk angka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan langsung melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Madrasahnya. Dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh bahwa 1) pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan dilaksanakan setiap sebulan sekali dan pelaksanaanya dilakukan secara bertahap pertama mengadakan musyawarah, kedua memeriksa kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran, ketiga kunjungan kelas dan terkhir adanya tindak lanjut atau evaluasi setelah supervisi dilakukan, 2) pelaksanaan supervisi di MTs Swasta Bina Tuna Medan Marelan menggunakan teknik kunjungan kelas, 3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan Kepala Madrasah MTs Swasta Bina Taruna Medan Marelan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah melalui penilaian pembelajaran dengan pemantauan hasil ujian para siswa dan diharapkan melalui evaluasi ini guru lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya.

Abstract

Covid 19 which is endemic in Indonesia causes the learning system cannot be done face-to-face. And therefore the government has set a learning system that must be carried out by Indonesia is an online payment system. Therefore, in this study, it will be seen how the strategies that must be carried out by schools in the learning system from and what obstacles are felt by schools in the current online learning system. Is this online learning system very efficient or not very efficient in the current learning system and in this study we will also discuss the system How methods are used in learning strategies in educational institutions in Indonesia, especially at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Binjai

Abstract

Globalization brings a very significant change impact, especially on changes in the behavior of each individual. The link between globalization and education lies in the birth of a new society characterized by a "knowledge-based society" which is the basis of economic and political globalization which is constantly changing and requires a reflective attitude from humans, namely the ability to reflect on life based on ratios. For this reason, education is very important in realizing a future society based on science. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of Islamic educational institution management in facing global challenges at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan school. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan are: (1) Challenges of Globalization of Management of Islamic Educational Institutions at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan; (2) Management Model of Islamic Education Institutions at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan; (3) The Impact of Globalization on Education Management at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan.

Abstract

The evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated and globalized science and technology (IPTEK), so that it has an impact on almost all human life on earth today, including educational institutions. Educational institutions are required to be able to anticipate these changes by realizing quality education. In education management, curriculum management needs to be carried out by holding and applying the existing management principles so that the output produced is of quality. The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung are: (1) curriculum program planning in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out collaboratively, meaning that by involving school personnel in all stages of curriculum planning; (2) the implementation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out in accordance with the general principles of curriculum development; (3) the evaluation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung is carried out very well, as evidenced by the existence of a systematic effort in setting implementation standards.
